Trump didn't shut down the country. That was the states.
Some states never shut down at all.
He left it to the states to decide.
Trump left it up to the states. The states made those decisions.
Therefore, Trump did not shutdown anything.
Calling that a "logical fallacy" is disingenuous. And lazy.
