Raland J. Brunson (“Mr. Brunson”), appearing pro se, commenced this action on June 21, 2021, in the Second District Court of the State of Utah against Defendants in their official capacities. Mr. Brunson seeks redress for the violation of his “constitutional[ly] protected right to participate in an honest and fair election.” His claims are based on, inter alia, the United States Constitution and Defendants' sworn oaths of office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” More specifically, Mr. Brunson alleges that Defendants violated their oaths of office and the Constitution by neither ensuring a fair election nor investigating claims that the Presidential election was “rigged” and “fraudulent” prior to accepting the electoral votes on January 6, 2021. Which brings me to my final point. 2020 was rigged. 2022 was rigged. Many worry what 2024 will bring. These elections have something, eventually to show for themselves. They have to. Part of a larger plan. We have to be in control. If we were not, we see how easy it is to rig things. Donald Trump never would have won 2016.

I just wish I could figure out the vaccine endorsement in all of this.

We are all trying to figure that out. My theory is that Trump was actually talking about a totally different vax than what was delivered. Most people believe that the mRNA vaxxes are what they are advertised to be but I think that they are really just a toxic concoction containing no mRNA at all. This is what Poornima Wagh has stated.

Despite the US, Poland, and NATO's Secretary General all having at this point admitted that Tuesday's deadly Polish border incident was not due to a Russian attack, but instead was "likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile" - according to Jens Stoltenberg's own words, on Wednesday the Ukrainian government is still clinging to its accusations that Russia attacked a NATO ally.

Doubling down on the claims, Kyiv is now requesting immediate access to the site of the blast in the Polish village of Przewodów, in order to conduct its own investigation. And yet it sounds like Ukrainian officials are already 'certain' in their conclusions. "Ukraine requests immediate access to the site of the explosion," Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, said on Twitter.

"We advocate for a joint examination of the incident with the missile’s landing in Poland," he added.

But that's when Danilov cited "evidence" in Ukraine's possession pointing to Russia being behind the missile that rained down on the Polish village, killing two. "We are ready to hand over evidence of the Russian trace that we have."

At the same time, Ukraine is now demanding Poland and NATO's own evidence after both asserted the blast was likely due to an errant Ukrainian anti-air missile. "We are expecting information from our partners, based on which a conclusion was made that it’s a [Ukrainian] air defense missile," Danilov said.

In a separate statement, the top Ukrainian official echoed Zelensky's previous day assessment that this was an act of Russian "missile terror" - but qualified that Kyiv remains “completely open to a comprehensive study of the situation."

Importantly, Zelensky had urged NATO to take "action" - presumably military action against Russia, in a highly dangerous moment that many feared could have quickly spiraled into WWIII - if NATO had decided in that moment to simply take Zelensky at this word. A good measure of the value of an employee to a company is if their absence makes things more difficult for everyone else, or their absence is barely noticed. If an employee makes no difference and adds no value then there is no point in keeping them around.

Twitter is quickly becoming a blaring example of this issue. Alleged leaks from within the company suggest that most employees under previous management barely worked and are devout “communists” with a hatred of free speech. The leaks also claim that Twitter employees were far more concerned with censoring conservative voices than doing their jobs.

From comments made on social media by employees since Musk's takeover, it appears that these rumors are correct.

For many years now Twitter has operated less like a company and more like a cult compound for leftist ideologues, with free lunches, yoga rooms, smoothie bars, wine bars, expresso bars, and minimal work buffered by pointless meetings and near zero productivity. The mainstream media argues that Musk's firings of employees attacking his takeover is hypocritical because it runs contrary to his free speech ideals. In hindsight, COVID might as well been "the worst flu season ever", and we did everything the opposite of what we should have done to prevent the spread and provide actual treatment.

Regarding voting:

America has already won and whatever's happening is an obvious case of someone "holding their thumb on the scale" to get more awareness built up. That someone, if we're to believe the 17th letter of the alphabet, would be patriots.

President Trump has said, many times, he received way more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016. The US isn't a direct democracy, granted. Given the circumstances, however, this statement implies that he "more than won" the 2020 election.

-Since people don't typically vote one party for governor and another party for other offices, it's reasonable to assume something is wonky in some of the elections in some states; but it is a grey area.

-Since some states only elect with mail-in ballots, it's safe to assume not every ballot finds its way into the tallies in the manner in which the person the filled it out intended. We should assume people want to cheat instead of being too trusting of the process. This just keeps everyone accountable.

-Since voting machines have been proven to have ties to foreign nationals, and are remotely accessible for the purposes of script execution, it's the responsible thing to demand logs and conduct full audits - and then never fucking use them again.

Both elections were rigged, indeed. But they were rigged in a way so as to prevent stopping the rigging in key places. This brings exposure, and this exposure brings justice, and change to our elections everywhere. What is (or, what should be) the end goal?

The remote-controlled turrets can fire tear gas and stun grenades at Palestinian protesters

Israel has deployed new robotic weapons in the West Bank amid heightened tensions between Israelis and Palestinians. Remote-controlled guns capable of firing tear gas, stun grenades and sponge-tipped bullets have been installed in the city of Hebron and at the massive Al-Aroub refugee camp, the Associated Press reported on Wednesday.

The turrets are mounted on special guard towers equipped with surveillance cameras. The guns themselves also have their own cameras and are remotely operated by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers inside the towers, the news agency said. According to AP, the guns also use artificial intelligence to track their targets.

The weapons were placed in the two hotspots that have recently seen regular clashes between Palestinian protesters and Israeli soldiers. Now, if crowds take to the streets hurling stones and fire bombs at Israeli troops, the turrets in the towers will unleash a barrage of tear gas and sponge-tipped bullets, sources told the news agency.

Israel insists the new systems will help to save the lives of both Israelis and Palestinians, adding that the systems are being tested at this stage and only use “non-lethal” ammunition for crowd control. Palestinians fear that the weapon systems could be misused or hacked, AP said, adding that locals have also warned that their use could lead to potentially lethal situations.

“We are not a training and simulation for Israeli companies,” a Hebron Palestinian activist, Issa Amro, told the news agency, adding that such practices “must be stopped.” Shopkeeper Hussein al-Muzyeen from Al-Aroub camp is quoted as saying that the area now regularly ends up covered in tear gas. “We don’t open the window, we don’t open the door. We know not to open anything,” he explained.

The turrets deployed in the West Bank were developed by the Smart Shooter company – an enterprise boasting contracts with a number of the world’s militaries, including the US Army. It specializes in increasing “the accuracy, lethality, and situational awareness of small arms.”

In October, the UN warned that this year could be “the deadliest” for Palestinians in the West Bank. Two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey has been charged with seven more sexual offenses, the British Crown Prosecution Service announced on Wednesday.

The election is still scheduled to proceed Wednesday. After the motion to delay was squashed, Cotton and Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) nominated McConnell for reelection, according to NBC News.

McConnell is pitted against challenger Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), who said he is running against McConnell to upend the status quo. Scott was reportedly nominated by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI).

“If you simply want to stick with the status quo, don’t vote for me,” Scott stated. “Republican voters expect and deserve to know our plan to promote and advance conservative values… That is why I am running to be Republican Leader.”

Hours later, McConnell stated he had the votes to be reelected. If McConnell is reelected, he would be the longest-serving Senate party leader in history.

The vote is expected to be held Wednesday afternoon by a secret ballot and behind closed doors. Scott needs to win a simple majority of GOP senators.
