Poland, NATO Agree Deadly Polish Border 'Russian Attack' Was Errant Ukrainian Missile
A mere less than 24 hours ago, before the dust had settled from the explosion and before investigators could come to any definitive conclusions after the deadly incident on the Polish border village of Przewodów, the Western public was already being harangued and forewarned to stay away from 'conspiracy theories' as the early mainstream headlines - pushed especially based on an anonymous US official in an Associated Press report - were fast out the gate with "Russian missiles hit Poland, killing two".
"Article 5" - the NATO collective defense treaty which many had long worried would be the first invoked act leading to WWIII, began trending on Twitter, as Western officials issued confident statements of 'solidarity'. Almost immediately and without evidence, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky demanded "action" from the West over the supposed brazen aggression against a NATO member. "Hitting NATO territory with missiles… This is a Russian missile attack on collective security! This is a really significant escalation. Action is needed," Zelensky said his Tuesday night video address.
And then as missile crash site images widely circulated on the internet, leading even Western sources to express doubt that the projectile was launched by Russia, enter no less than the foreign minister of Ukraine, who attempted to preempt what he slammed as a developing Russia-promoted "conspiracy theory". Like with many other aspects to this war, some of the most obvious common sense questions were quickly declared "off limits" before they could even be asked.

As Reuters reports citing four sources, German authorities have stepped up preparations for emergency cash deliveries in case of a blackout (or rather blackouts) to keep the economy running, as the nation braces for possible power cuts arising from the war in Ukraine. The plans include the Bundesbank hoarding extra billions to cope with a surge in demand, as well as "possible limits on withdrawals", one of the people said. Elections in the German capital of Berlin were so fraudulent they will have to be repeated, the Berlin State Supreme Court ruled today. YouTube had threatened to censor any claims of election irregularities and now looks a lot like Fake News.
“The elections to the Berlin House of Representatives and the district assemblies are declared invalid in the entire electoral area,” the President of the Berlin Constitutional Court, Ludgera Selting (58), ruled today.
The reason are the massive irregularites in the 2021 election. New elections will be held in Spring of 2023.
Ahead of the German elections on Sept. 26, 2021, YouTube had announced they were banning any content that doubts the elections.
Citizens had to wait in line for hours at polling stations. Ballot papers were missing in many polling stations and there were not enough ballot boxes. Many voters were only able to vote after the official closing time of 6 p.m. Some polling places seem to have “guesstimated” the tallies or had exactly the same percentages for the parties in a whole string of locations.

Kyiv Demands Access To Poland Blast Site, Doubles Down On 'Russian Attack' Narrative
Despite the US, Poland, and NATO's Secretary General all having at this point admitted that Tuesday's deadly Polish border incident was not due to a Russian attack, but instead was "likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile" - according to Jens Stoltenberg's own words, on Wednesday the Ukrainian government is still clinging to its accusations that Russia attacked a NATO ally.
Doubling down on the claims, Kyiv is now requesting immediate access to the site of the blast in the Polish village of Przewodów, in order to conduct its own investigation. And yet it sounds like Ukrainian officials are already 'certain' in their conclusions. "Ukraine requests immediate access to the site of the explosion," Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, said on Twitter.
"We advocate for a joint examination of the incident with the missile’s landing in Poland," he added.
But that's when Danilov cited "evidence" in Ukraine's possession pointing to Russia being behind the missile that rained down on the Polish village, killing two. "We are ready to hand over evidence of the Russian trace that we have."
At the same time, Ukraine is now demanding Poland and NATO's own evidence after both asserted the blast was likely due to an errant Ukrainian anti-air missile. "We are expecting information from our partners, based on which a conclusion was made that it’s a [Ukrainian] air defense missile," Danilov said.
In a separate statement, the top Ukrainian official echoed Zelensky's previous day assessment that this was an act of Russian "missile terror" - but qualified that Kyiv remains “completely open to a comprehensive study of the situation."
Importantly, Zelensky had urged NATO to take "action" - presumably military action against Russia, in a highly dangerous moment that many feared could have quickly spiraled into WWIII - if NATO had decided in that moment to simply take Zelensky at this word. Zelensky was even talking "collective defense" of NATO. Instead of an apology, at this point it's clear Ukraine is going to vehemently hold to its narrative.

A good measure of the value of an employee to a company is if their absence makes things more difficult for everyone else, or their absence is barely noticed. If an employee makes no difference and adds no value then there is no point in keeping them around.
Twitter is quickly becoming a blaring example of this issue. Alleged leaks from within the company suggest that most employees under previous management barely worked and are devout “communists” with a hatred of free speech. The leaks also claim that Twitter employees were far more concerned with censoring conservative voices than doing their jobs.
From comments made on social media by employees since Musk's takeover, it appears that these rumors are correct.
For many years now Twitter has operated less like a company and more like a cult compound for leftist ideologues, with free lunches, yoga rooms, smoothie bars, wine bars, expresso bars, and minimal work buffered by pointless meetings and near zero productivity. The company runs a collectivist daycare for overgrown children; 7500 of them along with 5500 outside contractors.
Musk fired at least 3500 primary staff members and it is also recently reported that he has purged at least 4500 outside contractors, many of them moderators tasked with filtering “misinformation”. Interestingly, Twitter users have not noticed much of a difference in terms of functionality for the platform despite the mass layoffs. The only difference has been the ability to speak more freely.
Initial reports of the firings led people to speculate that Musk's actions might be “heavy handed” and that, surely, a lot of employees have nothing to do with the politically motivated side of the platform. However, employee comments suggest that an internal agenda to sabotage the site is underway, justified by purely political ideals, as well as angry reactions to basic responsibilities such as showing up to work for 40 hours a week. Musk's call for free speech on the platform has also elicited a flurry of vitriol, not only from former Twitter management but also a host of average workers.
The mainstream media argues that Musk's firings of employees attacking his takeover is hypocritical because it runs contrary to his free speech ideals. This is a rather ignorant notion often employed by leftists as a means to undermine otherwise logical and legitimate measures by free speech advocates to protect themselves from subversion. Employees on the job do not have free speech rights, and are not protected from being fired if their goal is to throw a monkey wrench into the company's functionality or survivability.

Israel deploys robotic guns in West Bank – AP
The remote-controlled turrets can fire tear gas and stun grenades at Palestinian protesters
Israel has deployed new robotic weapons in the West Bank amid heightened tensions between Israelis and Palestinians. Remote-controlled guns capable of firing tear gas, stun grenades and sponge-tipped bullets have been installed in the city of Hebron and at the massive Al-Aroub refugee camp, the Associated Press reported on Wednesday.
The turrets are mounted on special guard towers equipped with surveillance cameras. The guns themselves also have their own cameras and are remotely operated by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers inside the towers, the news agency said. According to AP, the guns also use artificial intelligence to track their targets.
The weapons were placed in the two hotspots that have recently seen regular clashes between Palestinian protesters and Israeli soldiers. Now, if crowds take to the streets hurling stones and fire bombs at Israeli troops, the turrets in the towers will unleash a barrage of tear gas and sponge-tipped bullets, sources told the news agency.
Israel insists the new systems will help to save the lives of both Israelis and Palestinians, adding that the systems are being tested at this stage and only use “non-lethal” ammunition for crowd control. Palestinians fear that the weapon systems could be misused or hacked, AP said, adding that locals have also warned that their use could lead to potentially lethal situations.
“We are not a training and simulation for Israeli companies,” a Hebron Palestinian activist, Issa Amro, told the news agency, adding that such practices “must be stopped.” Shopkeeper Hussein al-Muzyeen from Al-Aroub camp is quoted as saying that the area now regularly ends up covered in tear gas. “We don’t open the window, we don’t open the door. We know not to open anything,” he explained.
The turrets deployed in the West Bank were developed by the Smart Shooter company – an enterprise boasting contracts with a number of the world’s militaries, including the US Army. It specializes in increasing “the accuracy, lethality, and situational awareness of small arms.”
In October, the UN warned that this year could be “the deadliest” for Palestinians in the West Bank. A total of 32 Palestinians including six children have been killed since the start of the year by Israeli security forces during demonstrations, clashes, search-and-arrest raids, attacks and alleged attacks against Israelis, Tor Wennesland, the special coordinator for the Middle East peace process, said at that time.

Kevin Spacey slapped with more sex charges
The allegations relate to seven offenses against one man, the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service says
Two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey has been charged with seven more sexual offenses, the British Crown Prosecution Service announced on Wednesday.
All the charges relate to incidents involving one man, which allegedly occurred between 2001 and 2004, the service said in a statement.
Spacey, a US citizen, has spent a significant part of his career as a stage actor in the UK, including serving as director of London’s Old Vic Theatre between 2004 and 2015.
The new accusations against the House of Cards star relate to three cases of indecent assault, three of sexual assault, and one of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
The charges were approved following “a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation,” the prosecutors said.
They also stressed that the criminal proceedings against Spacey are active and that he has “the right to a fair trial.”
Judge Mark Wall set a trial date for the actor, whose movies include American Beauty, Seven and LA Confidential, for June 6, 2023. It is likely to take place at the Old Bailey, where Britain’s highest-profile criminal proceedings are usually held.
Spacey appeared at the Old Bailey in July to deny five allegations relating to three men, who are now in their 30s and 40s.
Last month, a New York City jury cleared the 63-year-old of allegations that he molested fellow actor Anthony Rapp in 1986, when the future ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ star was just 14 years old.
Rapp filed his accusations against Spacey in 2017, which led to one of the most renowned Hollywood stars disappearing from the screen. His character in “House of Cards” was killed off, while Spacey’s entire role in Ridley Scott's film ‘All the Money in the World’ was re-shot with another actor.

Tom Cotton Nominates Mitch McConnell for Leader After Vote to Postpone Election Fails
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) nominated Sen. Mitch McConnell for reelection as GOP leader after a motion to postpone the leadership election was quashed during a Wednesday meeting among members of the conference.
The motion to postpone the Senate leadership election failed by a reported vote count of 32-16. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) put forward the motion, which Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) supported.
The election is still scheduled to proceed Wednesday. After the motion to delay was squashed, Cotton and Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) nominated McConnell for reelection, according to NBC News.
McConnell is pitted against challenger Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), who said he is running against McConnell to upend the status quo. Scott was reportedly nominated by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI).
“If you simply want to stick with the status quo, don’t vote for me,” Scott stated. “Republican voters expect and deserve to know our plan to promote and advance conservative values… That is why I am running to be Republican Leader.”
Hours later, McConnell stated he had the votes to be reelected. If McConnell is reelected, he would be the longest-serving Senate party leader in history.
The vote is expected to be held Wednesday afternoon by a secret ballot and behind closed doors. Scott needs to win a simple majority of GOP senators.

Former President Donald Trump received mixed reactions from the political Right to his announcement Tuesday night that he was launching a third presidential campaign.
Trump made the announcement in Florida at his Mar-a-Lago estate in front of a crowd of supporters after he filed the federal paperwork required to run for president. His announcement came despite calls from top former aides, including Kayleigh McEnany and Jason Miller, to postpone his election announcement until after the U.S. Senate runoff election in Georgia.
“My fellow citizens, America’s comeback starts right now,” Trump declared to a cheering crowd. “In order to make America great and glorious again, I am tonight announcing my candidacy for president of the United States.”
The reaction from Democrats, Left-wing activists, and the mainstream media was predictable: pandemonium, outrage, and panic.
However, this report focuses solely on the reaction from conservatives, which was fairly split between two main camps: Die-hard Trump supporters who are ready for more and a growing number of people who are ready for change.
One of the surprising chief complaints of Trump’s speech was that he seemed to have lower energy than he has in the past.
When Trump announced his first campaign for president in 2015, he had just turned 69 years old, and he immediately directed his attacks at the front runner at that point, Jeb Bush, who he labeled “low energy.” Trump, now 76 years old, would be going on 78 years old by the time he would be inaugurated if he were to win the 2024 presidential election.

3 spies arrested for giving China military secrets, importing Chinese magnets for U.S. jets
Three individuals have been arrested for allegedly sending military secrets to China and importing illegal Chinese magnets for use in American jets.
The Justice Department alleged that the three sent approximately 70 drawings with export-controlled technical data on them to a Chinese company without a U.S. government license to do so.
The drawings belonged to two U.S. companies and were related to aviation, submarines, radars, tanks, mortars, missiles, targeting systems, and fire control.
The three individuals are Phil Pascoe, 60, and Monica Pascoe, 45, both of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, and Scott Tubbs, 59, of Georgetown, Kentucky.
Along with a magnet company based in Louisville, Kentucky called Quadrant Magnetics, the three are also charged in an alleged scheme to supply the Defense Department with rare earth magnets smelted and magnetized in China.
Rare earth magnets are the strongest magnets now available. They are made using rare earth metals, of which China is the world’s largest producer, according to Magnetsource.com.
Quadrant used the magnets in components it sold to the DOD for use in F-16 and F-18 jets and other assets. U.S. law says rare earth magnets sold to DOD have to be produced and magnetized in the U.S. or an approved country, which China is not.
On its website, Quadrant, founded in 1992, describes itself as “a worldwide leader in the magnetic industry.”
Quadrant earlier this year announced plans for a $95 million rare earth magnet facility called “Project NeoGrass,” which it said would revitalize U.S. rare earth manufacturing, according to the Courier-Journal.
As part of the project, Quadrant cut a deal with Kentucky that could yield a $3.4 million tax break over 10 years. A spokesperson for Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said the governor’s office “just learned of the charges against this company and are actively reviewing them,” the Courier-Journal reported.

We’re barking up the wrong tree, it seems, in trying to hold the medicines regulators to account. Turns out the whole thing is a US military operation & they alone make all the decisions, legally (because US law has been steadily amended over many years to make this absurd & offensive reality be legal).
This is dramatic new information. It’s clearly hopeless to batter FDA in the hope they’ll confess that they criminally authorised unsuitable treatments, because it appears they had no role (other than theatre) in these injections ending up in 5+ billion humans.
There’s nothing to prevent this cycle repeating, because as I understand it, the trigger is nothing more complex than the HHS Secretary deciding there’s a public health crisis and that prototypical agents X, Y & Z “may be effective”.
It doesn’t sound like there’s a more refined test or standard that HHS sec must use & no one to who their decisions are referred.
To invent an absurd setting, the mass media could pump out information about a new public health threat that “may be treated” by “Blue Juice”, made in billion dose quantities by FakePharma Inc.
Unknown to anyone outside the fraud, Blue Juice contains slow-acting cyanide.
HHS sec determines that there’s a PH crisis, casts around to see prototype “Blue Juice”, decides that this “might be effective” & authorises DOD to distribute said treatment.
Though deaths follow many injections, media & medical professionals simply repeat that it’s “Safe & effective”. HHS sec gets no contrary information that the “Blue Juice” is lethal & doesn’t rescind their order.
I don’t understand how HHS/DOD authority overrides the regulators in territories outside the USA, though I’m going to bet there’s a reciprocal duty on governments in allied nations (what organization I can’t know, but surely more than NATO?).
It reinforces that we’re not going to gain any traction by using the law. That’s because we’ll bring actions that are outside the scope of whatever we’re assuming should happen, like FDA, which we now learn has no legal role in all this.
