Also, there was a Podesta e-mail back in the 2016 dump by Assange that referenced a corporate blackmail process. he called it Rain King, or something to do with rain. not rainmaker. The implication in the e-mail was that they would compromise a CEO of any size company and then force payoffs. Any way to "feed the eye" as Q mentioned. That e-mail seemed to get lost in the pizzagate focus.
