decided to do something about 2020 elections, heard that 100 credible witnesses, members of the US senate and US house presented evidence that was much more than enough to launch a 10 day investigation

100 members of congress asked to investigate for 10 days, and 384 were against the investigation, include Biden, Harris and Pence.
-What the case actually does is it gives the Supreme Court Justices the power to remove from office every single defendant that is holding federal office
