April, 2015- GAME- Great American Minerals Exploration was licensed in Alaska in April 2015, NAICS code 223114 Support Activities for metal mining. Principal shows same name out of Utah, but doesn't license there for another 4 months, see next entry.
August, 2015- GAME is licensed as a foreign corp. in Utah, NAICS code 2131 Support Activities for mining. Principal is Kirton and McConkie C/O Gary Winger
Nov, 2018- Uncle Sam Alaska Inc. Is licensed as a domestic corp. shows CT Corporation System/Matthew Taylor out of Carson City.
October 28, 2019 – Golden Queen Mining Consolidated announces that it has entered into a binding letter agreement with GAME with respect to a business combination transaction, whereby Golden Queen is anticipated to be the publicly traded entity representing the combined company at closing (the “Resulting Issuer”).
GAME will also issue shares of common stock in connection with an option agreement related to its SAM Alaska Project.
(Golden Queen had sold it's holdings in the Soledad Mtns. in May to the Thomas Clay family, cancelled his shares, changed stock exchanges, changed names, and consolidated shares by July).
