Leon Black accused in lawsuit of raping woman in Jeffrey Epstein's mansion

A struggling single mom filed suit against Leon Black Monday, alleging the billionaire raped her in Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse two decades ago, new court papers show.

Cheri Pierson claims the dead pedophile arranged for her and Black, 71, to meet at his Upper East Side mansion, where the legendary investor and former head of Apollo Global Management assaulted her, according to her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

“She recalls desperately yelling and screaming” and she “tried to kick” but “he was too strong,” the suit states, describing the alleged 2002 incident.

Black’s lawyer Susan Estrich said in a statement that Pierson’s claims are “categorically false” and part of her efforts to “extort money from Mr. Black by threatening to destroy his reputation.”

Pierson — who says she was introduced to Epstein in 2000 by his ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell and an unnamed Ukrainian woman — came forward publicly for the first time in the suit, filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act.

When she was roped into Epstein’s orbit, Pierson was a single mom trying to start a skincare line and struggling to make ends meet. She was paid around $300 for each of roughly five massages she gave to Epstein at the East 71st Street townhouse — where he would masturbate and ask her to perform oral sex on him, which she always refused, the suit claims.

Pierson then stopped seeing Epstein as he “was not happy” that she wouldn’t go further with him. But then in 2002, she called him “in desperate need for money,” the filing states.

The well-connected financier had a messenger bring her a card with $300 and the message “compliments of Jeffrey Epstein.” Shortly after, Epstein called Pierson saying he wanted to introduce someone who could help her — and set up a meeting with Black, the suit claims.

Black showed up in a business suit and seemed very familiar with Epstein’s home, taking Pierson up to the massage room and having $300 ready for her, the lawsuit alleges.

The hulking 6-foot-four, 300-pound Black allegedly undressed and insisted on giving her oral sex, which he did violently while holding her upside down with her legs over his shoulders, according to the suit, which notes Pierson was much slighter, weighing 125 pounds and being 5 feet 8 inches tall.

During the alleged rape, Black bit her causing “excruciating pain,” the court papers claim.

After, when they both were outside, the former MOMA chairman told her, “Black, my name is Leo Black,” before hopping in a town car and leaving, the lawsuit alleges.

Pierson says she had horrible vaginal swelling, tearing and bleeding that she had to recover from over the next several weeks. She was in pain and had difficulty urinating because of it, the suit claims.

Black reached out to her several times after, and she met up with him on two occasions – the first time she left soon after out of fear and devastation and on the second, he gave her $5,000 cash when they met at the bar of the St. Regis Hotel, the suit alleges.

Black called her soon after, saying he wanted to see her again and when Pierson asked why, he responded, “I just gave you $5,000!” according to the lawsuit.

Florida Man Accused of Killing Random Couple and Chewing on Their Faces Found Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity

A Florida man accused of breaking into a random couple’s home, killing them, and chewing on their faces has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Austin Harrouff, 25, will be sent to a mental hospital instead of prison.

Harrouff was facing two counts of first-degree murder and other charges for killing John Stevens, 59, and his wife, Michelle Mishcon Stevens, 53, in 2016.

A neighbor was also seriously injured by Harrouff when they attempted to help the couple.

“Police reportedly found Harrouff, who was 19 at the time, nearly naked and biting John Stevens’ face, WPLG reported. He did not know his victims and reportedly claimed he believed he was being chased by a demon,” Fox News reports. “In a 38-page mental health report released by the Martin County State Attorney’s Office in 2019, forensic psychologist Dr. Phillip Resnick concluded that Harrouff believed he was ‘half-dog, half-man’ during the attack.”

Harrouff had purchased hallucinogenic mushrooms in the days before the murders, but no traces were found in his bloodstream that day.

Harrouff had been facing life in prison if convicted.

Cindy Mishcon, the sister of Michelle Mishcon and an attorney, adamantly disagreed with the decision.

According to Fox News, Cindy Mishcon said during her victim impact statement that she realized “you don’t care about anyone but yourself,” and that “the only victim you and your family see is you, and the Harrouff name.”

“Is it really so hard for you to understand that you are a cold-blooded murderer and not a victim,” she asked.

Harrouff will remain at a secure mental hospital until doctors and a judge agree that he is no longer dangerous.

More than 7,000 of the convicted child abusers being released from prison were found guilty of ‘lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.’

Some of the pedophiles committed horrific acts such as sodomy and rape.

The pedophiles were released from prison after serving only a few months behind bars.

Former Deputy DA Jon Hatami told The Daily Mail that the pedophiles are being released from prison after less than a year because of Proposition 57, a 2016 bill allowing early parole of non-violent felons.

Far-left Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon is a huge supporter of Proposition 57.

Others who committed some of the worst child sex crimes on the statute books served similarly short sentences, including 365 pedophiles convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child who spent less than 12 months in prison, 39 cases of sodomy with a child under 16, and three cases of kidnapping a child under 14 ‘with intent to commit lewd or lascivious acts’, according to the data.

Former Los Angeles sex crimes prosecutor Samuel Dordulian told DailyMail.com he was ‘shocked’ by the statistics and described them as ‘frightening for society’.

‘Statistics clearly show that pedophiles don’t get reformed. They’re going to come out and they’re going to commit again,’ Dordulian said.

‘Letting these people out early, we’re allowing for a lot more victimization. And that’s terrifying.’

Pentagon Admits It Can’t Account for $2 Trillion – AGAIN

In typical Groundhog Day fashion, the Pentagon has failed yet another audit. Yet, for the most part, nobody seems to care in the media or government. When you fail year after year, it becomes the rule versus the exception to fail basic standards.

This recent failure marks the fifth year that the Defense Department has failed to meet the audit requirements set by Congress. That’s right, dear reader, your former War Department can’t fully account for all of its assets.

So how bad was it? If you ask the lead money man of the five-sided building, it wasn’t that bad; I mean, it’s only a couple trillion dollars worth of stuff that we can’t find, that’s not that bad.

Of the 27 agencies audited within the Department of Defense, only seven received a passing grade. To put some dollar amounts to that, only 39% of the $3.5 trillion in assets are accounted for, leaving a deficit of about $2.2 trillion in assets unaccounted for.
