That's for Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which is a much weaker Deus Ex title, thematically speaking (and the third game, canonically). The first Deus Ex is the one you probably want a quick rundown for, but good luck finding that, since it's so complex, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone capable of creating a truly thorough quick rundown.
Might as well just play the original game.
