Srsly? Anon has chickens and cannot recommend this diet.
for starters, they eatz the bugz. lots of them.
they eat pretty much everything, even moldy cheese and brown rotten spinach. they eat all day. they eat flowers and grass and weeds
they eat pellets, yum!
oyster shells, beef fat, pasta covered in mud, there's not much they pass up.
and although I love my chickens its a bit disturbing that they are cannibals. They eat eggs, eggshells and they eat chicken. They know they are delicious so I guess its okay.
But really, I can't see how eating like a bird would in any way, protect my DNA
