Tara Reade Asks GOP House to Investigate Her Claims Joe Biden Sexually Assaulted Her in 1993

Tara Reade asked the new GOP House to investigate her claims that Joe Biden’s sexually assaulted her in 1993.

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is on board with the investigation into pervert Joe Biden.

Reade said in 1993, then-Senator Joe Biden pushed her up against the wall and penetrated her with his fingers.

In an interview with Megyn Kelly, Tara Reade began by explaining how she was given a duffel bag and told to “hurry” up and give it to then-Senator Biden.

She caught up with Biden in a corridor in the Russel building to give him his gym bag and that’s when he sexually assaulted her.

“He greeted me, he remembered my name. I handed him the bag, and it happened very quickly,” Reade said. “I remember — I remember being pushed up against the wall and thinking…the first thought I had was ‘where’s the bag,’ which is absurd thought.”

“He had his hands underneath my clothes and it happened all at once,” Reade continued as she became emotional. “So he had one hand underneath my shirt and the other hand I had a skirt on, and he like went down my skirt and then went up and I remember I was up almost on my tippy-toes.”

Reade told Megyn Kelly that Biden whispered something vulgar in her ear as he assaulted her.

The media totally ignored Tara Reade even though she had contemporaneous witnesses to back up her claims that Biden sexually assaulted her.

Joe Biden’s senate records likely contain files related to Tara Reade’s accusations that Biden assaulted her, however they are at the University of Delaware under seal hidden way from the public.

Communications Director for Kamala Harris Calls It Quits

Vice President Kamala Harris’s communications director Jamal Simmons is leaving his position as Harris continues to churn through staff.

Simmons plans to leave at the beginning of the new year, according to a report from Politico, having become part of Harris’s team in January to help her fix her public image after her difficult first year as vice president.

Harris’ chief of staff Lorraine Voles told staff in an email announcing Simmons’ departure that she hired him to help “steady the ship” of the vice president’s office and that he agreed to serve in the position for a year, according to the report.

The vice president’s office continues to face high turnover, especially in the communications department.

Communications director Ashley Etienne and press secretary Symone Sanders left their jobs in December 2021, and press operations director Peter Velz and deputy director of public engagement Vincent Evans left their positions in January. Deputy press secretary Sabrina Singh left in March.

Antifa Defendants Arrested In Attack On Trump Supporters Take Plea Deals

Six of 11 alleged assailants connected with Antifa, a far-left extremist group, have taken plea deals and pled guilty to charges related to violent attacks on supporters of outgoing President Donald Trump at a “Patriot March” in San Diego shortly after the 2020 election.

Five defendants pled guilty on Nov. 18, just over a week after Erich “Nikki” Louis Yach was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison for his role in the violence near Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach on Jan. 9, 2021. Yach was the first of the 11 to be sentenced.

Yach earlier pled guilty to charges of conspiracy, assault, and the unlawful use of tear gas.

At his sentencing hearing, GG Hubbard, Yach’s spouse, urged the court to send Yach—a biological male who identifies as female—to a women’s prison. Yach has spent nearly the last two years in a men’s prison and will be credited for time already served.

“I want to make sure she gets put in the correct facility according to her gender,” Hubbard told the court.

Hubbard claimed Yach is “not violent” and said incarceration in anything but a women’s facility was “violating the law” and “political and fascist nonsense.”

San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan announced in June that a criminal grand jury had two weeks earlier delivered 29 indictments against all 11 defendants, including “conspiracy to commit a riot, use of tear gas, assault with a deadly weapon, and assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury.”

Clinton-Appointed Judge Will Decide if DeSantis Lawfully Suspended Soros-Backed Florida Prosecutor

A Clinton-appointed federal judge will decide if Governor Ron DeSantis lawfully suspended a Soros-backed prosecutor for refusing to enforce Florida abortion laws.

Soros-backed Florida prosecutor Andrew Warren recently sued Governor Ron DeSantis to get his job back.

DeSantis wasn’t intimidated by Warren’s lawsuit.

“Warren said that it doesn’t matter what the legislature does in the state of Florida. He is going to exercise a veto over that. He’s also instituted policies of ‘presumptive non-enforcement’…that is not consistent with the role of a prosecutor. You can exercise discretion in individual case, but that discretion has to be individualized and case specific,” DeSantis said as he announced Warren’s suspension.

“It’s not surprising Warren, who was suspended for refusing to follow the law, would file a legally baseless lawsuit challenging his suspension,” DeSantis’ comms director Taryn Fenske said in a statement, according to Fox News. “We look forward to responding in court.”

US District Judge Robert Hinkle, a Clinton appointee, said he will decide in the next few weeks if DeSantis lawfully suspended the prosecutor.

A federal judge has no authority to make this decision, but here we are.

A federal judge on Thursday pressed attorneys for Republican Florida governor Ron DeSantis to explain why the governor’s recent suspension of a state prosecutor he viewed as “woke” wasn’t an unlawful and politically motivated overreach of executive authority.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle said he would rule in the coming weeks on whether the governor was within his rights to suspend Andrew Warren, a Democrat who was reelected last year as the top state prosecutor in Tampa and surrounding Hillsborough County after running on a platform of criminal justice reform.

Edward Snowden receives Russian passport – lawyer

The American whistleblower has now become a full-fledged Russian citizen, his lawyer says

Former CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) officer Edward Snowden has received his Russian passport after having been granted citizenship by President Vladimir Putin earlier this year.

According to Snowden’s lawyer, Anatoly Kucherena, who spoke with Interfax on Friday, the whistleblower has also taken an oath mandated by law in order to become a full-fledged Russian citizen.

Kucherena noted that since Snowden now holds a Russian passport, he cannot be legally extradited to any foreign state seeking charges against him. In the US, where he stands accused of espionage and theft of state property.

When Snowden was granted citizenship in late September, concerns were raised that the whistleblower could now be drafted into the Russian army and sent to fight in Ukraine. His lawyer, however, has explained that although Snowden is now technically a Russian citizen of military age, he is not eligible for mobilization because he has never served in the Russian army.

In 2013, Snowden leaked a massive trove of classified documents revealing the NSA’s sprawling surveillance operations, which targeted American civilians and collected their electronic communication data and phone records. His revelations launched nation-wide debates about government surveillance and led the US appeals court to declare the NSA’s program unlawful.

When the leaked files were posted in a number of media outlets, Washington promptly revoked Snowden’s US citizenship, making him a de facto stateless individual. He initially tried to flee from Hong Kong to Latin America, but got stranded during a layover in Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport, where he ended up living for over a month. Ultimately he was granted asylum in Russia, where he has remained to this day.

In 2017, Snowden married American acrobat and blogger Lindsay Mills in Moscow. The two have since had a child, who has automatically received Russian citizenship. Kucherena says that Mills is now also gathering documents to apply for a Russian passport.

Congress and the media seem to assume a lot don't they? Seems no one thinks of history when writing news. During an appearance on French television, Ukrainian-born analyst Alla Poedie compared Russian citizens to pests and urged France to crack down on them and their culture.

Poedie, who describes herself as an expert on the former Soviet Union countries, made the controversial claims on the LCI news channel on Tuesday during a talk show dedicated to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

"It’s necessary to make sure that Russia is held responsible [for its military operation in Ukraine] with all its citizens around the globe, who sometimes cause a lot of harm," she said.

The expert insisted that it was "shameful" that the Russian Orthodox Spiritual and Cultural Center remained open in the center of Paris. The complex, which also includes the Holy Trinity Cathedral, was "packed with [Russian] spies," she said, without providing any proof for her claim.

"And we accept them. We don’t kick them out. Why? This complex must be closed and completely destroyed. It has no right to exist," Poedie said.

She added that an investigation into how the Russian cultural center was even permitted to be built in the French capital is necessary.The complex was opened in 2016 under then-French President Francois Hollande, with Paris' mayor and Russia’s culture minister both attending the ceremony.

The show host also asked the expert whether she thought that those Russian men who'd fled the country during the partial mobilization between September and November of this year, should also be prosecuted and put behind bars.

Assange's lawyers submit appeal to ECHR against extradition order

In yet another attempt to stop his extradition order, Julian Assange makes an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, in the hope of having his human rights protected.

Reuters reported on Friday that court documents showed WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange submitted an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) to fight his extradition from the UK to the US.

"We confirm that an application has been received," the statement cited by Reuters said.

Assange has been unlawfully charged in the US with 17 counts of "espionage" and one count of computer misuse in connection with WikiLeaks' disclosure of tens of thousands of military and diplomatic documents - whereby Assange exposed the US war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan - that whistleblower Chelsea Manning had disclosed.

The maximum sentence for the charges is 175 years in jail.

Julian Assange's attorneys have previously launched an appeal to London on August 26 to stop his extradition to the US.

Julian Assange's lawyer recently cited suicide as a possible outcome if the Australian is extradited to the US on his espionage charges.

On November 30, Declassified UK revealed in a report that four of the UK's most powerful government ministries have refused to say whether their officials have met with US authorities to discuss Julian Assange's case.

The Home Office, Cabinet Office, Foreign Office, and Ministry of Justice have all recently failed to inform parliament of any potential contact with their US counterparts on the issue of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, according to the report.

The refusals cast further doubt on the politicization of Assange's legal case. Britain is a member of the US-dominated Five Eyes intelligence alliance and is closely aligned with the US government, which is seeking Assange's extradition.

New York Republican Lee Zeldin voted with Democrats to redefine marriage in the image of the LGBT lobby, supporting the “Respect for Marriage” Act that gives the federal government unprecedented jurisdiction over American families and religious institutions.

Lee Zeldin was among the 47 House Republicans who voted for the “Respect for Marriage” Act when it made it to the House floor back in July, joining the likes of J6 Committee members and notorious Democrat collaborators, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.

If he does, Zeldin could be competing with America First businessman and election integrity activist Mike Lindell, who has already announced his plans to campaign for RNC chair, as exclusively reported by National File.

Oklahoma County First Assistant DA Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

An assistant district attorney in Oklahoma was arrested on Monday for possession of child pornography, authorities say.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) said in a Nov. 28 statement that the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded 14 cybertips in early September that helped investigators to identify 53-year-old Kevin Etherington of Stillwater as a possible suspect of child molestation.

As a result, agents with the OSBI and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) executed a search warrant at Etherington’s residence resulting in his arrest.

Etherington has been transferred to the Payne County Jail where he was booked on one count of aggravated possession of child pornography and one count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act, according to the statement.

Laura Austin Thomas, Etherington’s boss and the district attorney of Payne and Logan County, issued a lengthy statement on Monday after learning about his arrest.

“The people of our State should be proud of this division of OSBI, their complete professionalism and their mission to protect children,” she said in a press release that was uploaded by FOX23 on Scribd.

Thomas noted that Etherington had worked as a prosecutor in the two counties for eight years, adding that she’s “dismayed and disappointed.”

“Much of my career has involved crimes against children and advocacy on their behalf,” Thomas said. “My offices have zealously prosecuted this crime and I, personally, find the manufacture, distribution and possession of child pornography to be both disgusting and incredibly damaging to individual victims and society.

“While the accused stands innocent of the alleged crime until proven guilty, my review of the investigation has resulted in this person’s dismissal from employment by my office,” she continued.

Thomas said it would not be appropriate for her office to prosecute a former employee, adding that she has “initiated the process by which I recuse” to ask Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor to assign the case to an attorney outside her district.

Etherington reportedly faced termination as a prosecutor in the past after he was accused of having an affair with a married co-worker, the Oklahoman reported.

“You are not welcome in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office and I will have you arrested immediately if you appear at the Downtown DA’s Office or the Juvenile DA’s Office,” David Prater, an attorney in Oklahoma, told Etherington in an email in November 2010, according to the paper.

In 2017, Etherington was also charged with larceny from a house after stealing a $30 vehicle jack from his ex-wife’s Edmond home. The charge was dropped three months later.
