Perkins Coie represents Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon (as well as many Big Tech companies). Elon has said publicly that Perkins Coie does not represent Twitter.

In research on Big Tech's relationship to the Federal Government, it appears Facebook is mainly handled by the State Department, Google by Mil Intel and Twitter by the FBI/DOJ. It's unbelievable that they've split responsibilities for censoring speech, but there are too many coincidences in the employee hiring to conclude anything else.
