Judge Aileen Cannon Dismisses Trump’s Case Challenging FBI Raid and Mar-a-Lago Document Seizure

Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, dismissed the case after a federal appeals court recently threw out the special master for Trump’s case.

In September, Judge Cannon appointed a special master to review the documents seized at Mar-a-Lago.

Biden’s corrupt Justice Department argued that a special master didn’t have a right to filter out the seized documents.

The court blasted Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, and said she erred in appointing Raymond Dearie as a special master to review documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.

“The law is clear,” the judges wrote. “We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so.”

Two of the three judges on a panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals were nominated by Trump.

On Monday, Judge Aileen Cannon ended the case in a one-page signed order for lack of jurisdiction.

A federal judge on Monday dismissed former President Donald Trump’s lawsuit challenging the government’s access to materials seized from his Mar-a-Lago resort, marking the formal end to Trump’s monthslong legal fight following the FBI’s raid of his home.

The judge’s order came four days after Trump declined to appeal a higher-court ruling that canceled the appointment of a special master to review the thousands of items taken by federal agents during an Aug. 8 raid of Trump’s Florida residence.

Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, signed a one-page order dismissing the case for lack of jurisdiction. The order, filed in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, also terminated all hearings, deadlines and motions that were still pending in the case. That includes Trump’s effort to obtain an unredacted version of the search warrant affidavit that was used to sanction the raid.

Argentine data expert Fernando Cerimedo gave a worldwide presentation on the anomalies in the Brazilian presidential election. While there is no direct proof of fraud, the statistical anomalies are so egregious to demand a thorough investigation.

In his original report on Nov. 4. Cerimedo pointed out the discrepancies between pre-2020 voting machines and 2020 voting machines, which have internal memory and are auditable.

In the 2020 machines, Jair Bolsonaro won the election 51.04% to 48.96% for Lula da Silva. In the non-auditable pre-2020 machines, Lula won 52.39% to 47.61% for Bolsonaro – even in the very same regions and cities.

These results were based on the publicly available data of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) from Oct. 31.

“One hour after we presented our results on Nov. 4, the TSE site was taken down. No one knows what happened. All documents received an update at 7 pm. At 11 pm, the update went online again. When it went live again, entire sections were erased from the database.”

“This was an attack not only on Brazil, but on democracy. Does the TSE really think we are so stupid? You cannot modify the data from the ballot boxes.”

“Justice is rigged,” Cerimedo said.

“In 2014 the company in charge of the elections, Smartmatic had access to the transmission of data,” Cerimedo said. The leftist party PSBD complained that “Smartmatic can interfere with our election process” in 2014.

The same was possible 2022, when US company Oracle ran the election machines, Cerimedo said. “If external sources can interfere with the election process, the election cannot be verified… I hope the US Securities and Exchange Commission sees this.”

Giuliani was former President Donald Trump’s private attorney and was shocked to have learned Justice Department Attorney General Bill Barr had Hunter Biden’s laptop in late 2019.

“And then Barr buried it in January of 2020, and I didn’t know that Barr has the hard drive,” Giuliani continued to host Rita Cosby. “He covered up the hard drive.”

From the first allegations of Russian collusion to the Trump campaign to the presidential elections and now the deadly war in Ukraine, Americans could have known the truth in 2019, if they had just listened to Giuliani, he continued.

“I’ve been living with this for 3.5 years when I first put out the information about Biden’s bribery in Ukraine, and I lived through that,” Giuliani said. “I got up every morning from the first moment I got that hard drive, saying to myself, ‘How can I get this to my fellow citizens? $36 Billion Biden Bail-Out Rescues Pensions Of Truckers And Other Union Workers

President Joe Biden Thursday announced a $36 billion bail-out of financially troubled pension plans covering some 350,000 union members, including many truck drivers.

The funds are part of $80 billion for multi-employer pension funds included in the American Rescue Plan, which was approved in 2021 to help stave off the fiscal impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of those funds will be used to shore up the Teamsters' Central States Pension Fund, which includes employees and retires in more than 1,000 companies.

"… today, my administration is announcing that $36 billion of that money was going to — going to prevent the drastic cuts to workers’ hard-earned pension benefits — cuts that had been scheduled to occur within the next few years," said Biden during a ceremony Thursday. "That’s not going to happen. The cuts are not going to occur."

Biden said union workers and retirees were facing cuts of up to 60% of their benefits, starting in the next few years. That, said Biden, means some folks would have lost as much as $10,000 each year of their retirement.

"Instead," said Biden. "Thanks to today’s announcement, tens of thousands of union retirees and workers in states like Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri can go to bed tonight knowing their pension they worked so damn hard for is going to be there for them when they need it."

The announcement comes just days after some unions criticized the self-proclaimed pro-union president for signing legislation that imposed a contract settlement on the nation's freight railroad workers.

Study: COVID-19 Vaccination Poses Elevated Risk of Myocarditis Death Across All Age Groups

People across all age brackets are at a higher risk of death from heart inflammation after COVID-19 vaccination compared with the typical occurrence of myocarditis death. Researchers in Japan analyzed deaths caused by myocarditis where the condition was detected within 28 days of vaccination. They ultimately identified 38 deaths that fit the definition, about half of which were diagnosed by autopsy and or biopsy, with the others being determined through tools such as blood tests and electrocardiogram, according to a report from The Epoch Times.

The researchers then compared their data with the death from myocarditis rate from the general population before the pandemic, from 2017 through 2019.

“Using the disclosed data by the Japanese government, we observed increased myocarditis mortality rate ratio in the SARS-CoV-2 vaccinated population compared with general population during three years pre-COVID-19 pandemic era, especially in young adults,” said Dr. Sintaroo Watanabe of the Japan Marine United Corporation and Dr. Rokuro Hama of the Japan Institute of Pharmacovigilance.

“However, not only in young adults, but also in the middle aged (40s) and in the elderly and overall vaccinated, increased risk of myocarditis death is associated with vaccination even without consideration of healthy vaccinee effect,” the researchers added.

The “healthy vacinee effect” refers to how injections are sometimes not distributed to people with poor health, a factor that can muddy the visible impact of adverse effects.

According to Watanabe and Hama, even their lowest estimates of the effect found that the risk of COVID-19 vaccination on myocarditis death would be at least four times higher than the unadjusted mortality risk. “Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to inform public about [sic] that the risk of serious myocarditis including death may be far more serious than the risk reported before and that it occurs not only in young persons but also in elderly,” they said.

The study was published as a preprint ahead of peer review on medRvix (pdf), The Epoch Times reported.

Limitations of the paper included the diagnosis of myocarditis death after vaccination being based on a doctor’s diagnosis.

Biden allies move to intimidate witnesses ahead of GOP’s coming Hunter probe

Just when you thought our politics could not get more poisonous, a recent meeting in California suggests the past is mere prelude. The Washington Post, which revealed the powwow, described it as Biden family “allies” planning an offensive to blunt any investigation into the Bidens’ alleged multimillion-dollar influence-peddling schemes.

Republicans will see it more like the gathering of the Legion of (Democratic) Doom. Some of the most controversial political operatives are involved in the all-hands-on-deck effort to protect the Bidens.

The California meeting’s host was none other than Hunter Biden’s friend, agent and lawyer Kevin Morris. After Hunter was placed under investigation for, among other possible charges, tax evasion, Morris reportedly paid off as much as $2.8 million in back taxes for Hunter.

Morris, per the Washington Post, called for a “more aggressive” response to those seeking to investigate the alleged influence peddling. That plan includes hitting critics, such as Fox News, with possible defamation lawsuits. (For full disclosure, I appear as a legal analyst on Fox News.)

The paper also reported Morris “outlined extensive research on two potential witnesses against Hunter Biden — a spurned business partner named Tony Bobulinski and a computer repairman named John Paul Mac Isaac.” “Spurned” is hardly the sole or most relevant description of Bobulinski: The businessman was recruited by the Biden family to manage foreign deals and later directly contradicted President Biden’s claims that he knew nothing of those dealings. His testimony could present a serious threat in the coming House investigation in establishing not only the president’s knowledge but his possible receipt of proceeds from the deals.

Morris’ plan could easily be taken as a declaration of all-out war on potential witnesses against Hunter Biden.

Friend of Italian PM Giorgia Meloni among three killed in Rome coffee shop shooting

A friend of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and two other women were shot dead Sunday when a man opened fire at a Rome coffee shop.

The women were holding a board meeting for their condominium in Rome’s Fidene district when the 57-year-old gunman stormed in and opened fire, according to Italian authorities.

The suspect was overpowered and detained by other residents at the meeting. Arriving police arrested the man.

“He came into the room, closed the door and shouted, ‘I’ll kill you all’ and then started to shoot,” one witness said, according to Italian news agency Ansa.

The suspect was known to board members and had been in a series of disputes with the residents’ association, according to witnesses.

He had previously been reported to authorities for making threats against local residents, witnesses said.

American Scientists Just Made A Huge Energy Breakthrough: REPORT

U.S. government scientists have recently managed to make significant progress toward successfully utilizing fusion energy, according to The Financial Times.

Scientists at the federal Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California managed to create net energy gain via a fusion reaction in the past two weeks, the FT reported Sunday, citing three people with knowledge of the experiment. Researchers have been attempting to produce more energy than they burn during fusion reactions, which power the sun, for 70 years; however, no reaction has produced more energy than it burns until now.

“Initial diagnostic data suggests another successful experiment at the National Ignition Facility,” the facility told the FT. “However, the exact yield is still being determined and we can’t confirm that it is over the threshold at this time.”

Scientists used the world’s most powerful laser to blast a pellet of hydrogen plasma, starting a process called inertial confinement fusion and producing more energy than was consumed, according to the FT. The reaction produced roughly 2.5 megajoules of energy, which was about 1.2 times more than the 2.1 megajoules of energy created by the laser.

The laboratory said that a successful experiment was conducted on the premises but added that scientists were still analyzing the results, the FT reported.

Fusion reactions require a small amount of hydrogen to conduct and can generate enormous amounts of energy while emitting no carbon and no persistent radioactive waste, according to the FT. The Biden administration is working to make fusion energy commercially applicable by giving $50 million to fund science and technology research.

Energy Secretary Granholm described fusion as “the silver buckshot of a clean energy future,” according to a White House memo.

The Energy Department told the FT that it is planning to announce “a major scientific breakthrough” on Tuesday.

The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the Department of Energy did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Fauci said, “You know, I had difficulty in that administration because what was happening is that it became very clear that things were being said by the president and those around him, which were just not based on any scientific fact and data. In fact, it was contrary to what the data was showing. I felt very uncomfortable about having to publicly get up at the White House press room and being put on the spot to directly disagree with the president. I have such a great deal of respect for the office of the presidency that it just made me very uncomfortable, but I had to do it, Chris, because I couldn’t stand there and be complicit in saying hydroxychloroquine works when it doesn’t, you know, bleach works, it doesn’t. That is how I evolved into public enemy number one of the far-right.”

Palestine child shot dead by Israel sniper in Jenin

The Palestinian Health Ministry said a girl child was killed by an Israeli sniper last night in Jenin City, north of the Occupied West Bank, The Palestinian Information Centre reports.

According to local sources, 16-year-old Jana Zakarnah was found dead on the roof of her home after an Israeli sniper targeted her and fatally injured her in the head.

The incident happened after Israeli soldiers from a special unit stormed the eastern neighbourhood of Jenin City on Sunday night.

Fierce armed clashes reportedly took place in the area between the soldiers and resistance fighters.

The Health Ministry said that one citizen was moderately injured during the protests, while the Red Crescent said that its ambulance crews provided assistance to three citizens after they suffered bullet injuries in their lower extremities.

In a statement, Al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas affirmed that a group of its fighters and others exchanged fire with undercover soldiers from the Duvdevan unit in Al-Bayader area in Jenin City and targeted them with explosive devices.

Meanwhile, local sources reported that the Israeli Occupation Forces kidnapped three young men, including two brothers, from Jenin City during the same raid.

The Hebrew media claimed that one of the detainees was intending to carry out operations against Israeli targets.

Mickey Bergman of the Richardson Center, which specializes in freeing American political prisoners, tells Times of Israel about the talks leading to the basketball player’s release

Last week, at a small airport in Abu Dhabi, US basketball player Brittney Griner was traded for Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout.

Griner was jailed by Russian authorities in February — a few days before the country launched its invasion of Ukraine — for possession of less than a gram of cannabis oil. She was later sentenced to nine years in prison.

Bout, the inspiration for the fictional character of Viktor Orlov, as portrayed by Nicholas Cage in the movie “Lord of War,” has been described by US authorities as the world’s most notorious arms dealer. In 2008, after a long manhunt, he was arrested in Thailand, extradited to the US and later sentenced to 25 years in federal prison.

Playing a key role in the secret negotiations leading to Griner’s release was a small team working for the Richardson Center, a US organization specializing in returning imprisoned Americans around the world. One of the organization’s executives is Mickey Bergman, who grew up in Israel.

Bergman, 46, lives in Virginia, near Washington, DC, and works closely with Bill Richardson, the former governor of New Mexico and US ambassador to the United Nations who heads the eponymous Richardson Center.

Bergman was behind the release of former Marine Trevor Reed from Russia in April 2022. He also coordinated the release of Jewish-American journalist Danny Fenster from Myanmar in November 2021. These days — along with other Richardson Center personnel — Bergman is involved in the negotiations to release Paul Whelan, a private security contractor and former US marine who was arrested in Russia and accused of espionage in December 2018.

Biden official hid info about meetings with George Soros, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi from public

The SEC updates calendars 'from time to time,' an agency spokesperson tells Fox News Digital

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Gary Gensler scrubbed mention of a meeting with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and key details of a meeting with billionaire Democratic donor George Soros from the public version of his calendar.

Gensler's public calendar showed that he only had a staff meeting on Aug. 7, 2021 while his private calendar lists a meeting with Clinton, according to a Fox News Digital review. And on Aug. 20, 2021, his public calendar lists a meeting with Soros, but hid the meeting's agenda which his private calendar shows was to discuss a forthcoming Wall Street Journal op-ed the business magnate was planning to write.

Gensler's private calendar revealing the discrepancies was obtained by the watchdog group Energy Policy Advocates and shared with Fox News Digital. The group was only able to obtain the internal records after filing a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the SEC.

In recent days, around the time Fox News Digital contacted the SEC, the agency updated Gensler's public calendar to include his meeting with Clinton in August 2021. As recently as Wednesday the public calendar didn't include the meeting and archived copies of the webpage from April also list just a meeting with staff.

An SEC spokesperson first responded to an inquiry by saying the public calendar listed the Clinton meeting. When sent a screen capture of the calendar showing the Clinton meeting wasn't listed, the spokesperson responded saying the agency updates calendars "from time to time" when it discovers that something is missing or inaccurate.

Gensler, a former Goldman Sachs executive and Obama administration official, was the chief financial officer for Clinton's presidential campaign in 2016. The Senate confirmed him to lead the SEC in April 2021, shortly after President Biden selected him for the high-profile position.

Archived copies of Gensler's public calendar also show the SEC hid September 2021 meetings with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Washington, D.C.-based consultant Minyon Moore, a former White House official. The public calendar has now been updated to show those meetings as well.
