QClock, as it is, is anon-made.
Of course Q had some influence on its structure via hints in his posts (and possibly also by posting as anon), which is why clockfags made it the way it is after trying various approaches.
As far as I know, Q never explicitely promoted/acknowledged it, leaving the entire concept ambiguous enough to not reveal things ahead of time
