In the third dimension you perceive time as a succession of continuous events and with a direction. From the fourth dimension you can see your life totally connected, you can see how an event in your childhood affects you on the day of your death.

Future proves the past.

So in a well-structured military plan, you can "predict" that it's going to happen. What in your eyes seems like a magic trick. It's actually a well-executed plan.
