the problem i have understanding is that post 2644 is deemed "34 minute mark" yet it was posted on the chans on 12:45 local time respectively (hours change minutes dont). and post 489 was posted 3:10 local time respectively (hour:minute) yet deemed "19 minute mark". Do you see my issue here?

Small plastic cylinders containing genetic material lay melted, or broken open and submerged in dirty water.

Oct. 16: @RepAdamSchiff suggest the laptop might be a part of a Russian effort to "smear" Biden.

 

Oct. 19: @JohnRatcliffe says there's NO intel to support Schiff's lie.

 

The press played it like it was a "battle." History has proven who was a liar & "politicized" their position.

 

Oct. 19, then-@politico reporter @NatashBertrand preps a story about 50 former Intel officials claiming the Biden laptop story is Russian disinfo.

 

I warn her that it is NOT and point her to Ratcliffe's statements.

 

She writes it anyway and gives Democrats the headline they want.

 

Oct. 27: @JohnRatcliffe warns the country in a primetime press conference that several foreign countries were seeking to influence the 2020 election.

 

Among those countries was Iran, whom Ratcliffe accurately noted was seeking to β€œdamage President Trump."

 

Oct. 28: @NatashBertrand calls claiming @JohnRatcliffe "went off script" with his comments about Iran, the implication being that they actually weren't trying to hurt Trump.

 

She had two anonymous "senior officials" as sources.

 

I push back hard with two main points…

 

  1. The intelligence was clear about Iran's intention to hurt Trump. The country's top counter-intel official had even called them out publicly months before. Here's his statement from Aug. 7, 2020, relaying the Intelligence Community's assessment of what Iran was up to.

 

  1. How could Ratcliffe go "off script" when it's his script? We were still writing his remarks in the motorcade on the way to the press conference, right up until moments before he went on stage.

 

The whole angle of the story made no sense.

 

@NatashaBertrand said didn't care.

 

At this point I took the rare step of asking to speak to her editor, who was @blakehounshell, before the story published.

 

I explained to Blake what I outlined above, and reminded him that @NatashaBertrand had also been wrong about the Biden laptop.

 

It got a little heated…

 

At some point, exasperated that the truth didn't seem to matter when @NatashaBertrand was fixated on building a narrative, I snapped and said it was "garbage reporting."

 

@blakehounshell replied that I was a "garbage person."

 

And @politico published another misleading story.

 

March 2021, Biden's own Office of the DNI released the Intelligence Community's Assessment of foreign threats to the 2020 election.

 

As I'd told @NatashaBertrand and @blakehounshell back in 2020, they assessed that Iran sought to hurt Trump.

 

Proven right, again.

 

But @CNN hired @NatashaBertrand and the @nytimes hired @blakehounshell.

 

None of them Schiff, the former Intel officials who lied about the laptop…the journalists involved have ever admitted they were wrong.

 

And these headlines remains on @politico to this day.

Washington is seeking technological solutions to the problem of weapons diversion, according to a cable seen by the outlet

The administration of US President Joe Biden is turning to the blockchain and other tech-based solutions amid mounting calls for oversight of over $50 billion in aid pledged to Ukraine this year, according to a State Department cable seen by Politico on Wednesday.

 

Reportedly signed by the US Ambassador to Kiev, Bridget Brink, on September 6, the nine-page β€œsensitive but unclassified” document laments that β€œkinetic activity and active combat between Ukrainian and Russian forces creates an environment in which standard verification measures are sometimes impracticable or impossible.”

 

The State Department declined to comment on the document's contents, merely stating that it β€œtakes very seriously our responsibility to ensure appropriate oversight of all US assistance.”

 

Washington’s options for imposing order on uncontrollable spending in Ukraine reportedly include β€œa commercial smartphone app that uploads all photo and video media onto a blockchain at the point of capture,” delegating equipment inspections to the Ukrainian military in the absence of Western contractors willing to work in β€œhigh-risk” areas, and requiring photographic proof that aid has been received, especially in β€œhard to reach areas.” The use of management consultants to β€œreview [and] identify gaps” in oversight was also recommended.

 

With members of both parties demanding stricter oversight of taxpayer funding to Kiev, Washington is reportedly assembling a dedicated program focused solely on overseeing aid to Ukraine under the heading MEASURE (Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Ukraine Reporting). This will apparently operate alongside the many inspectors general tasked with overseeing aid spending for the Pentagon, State Department, USAID and other agencies.

 

Politico’s cable sets out a March timeline for MEASURE’s launch, with a three-year contract.

 

Earlier this month, Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari, alerted other regional leaders that western weapons earmarked for Ukraine had reportedly surfaced in the hands of militant groups in the African Sahel. Interpol head Jurgen Stock has warned as far back as June that weapons sent to Ukraine would likely β€œbe trafficked not only to neighboring countries but to other continents.”

 

Even when aid shipments make it to the Ukrainian military, they are often used to illegally attack civilians, especially in the absence of US or international oversight, University of Pittsburgh human rights professor Daniel Kovalik told the UN Security Council earlier this month.

 

Russia’s envoy to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, last week warned the US and its allies that there would be β€œconcrete legal repercussions” for those who supplied the weapons used by Kiev in criminal acts.

Q’s clock or The Clock is a figure of speech used to highlight the significance of the amount of time between a Q post and a President Trump (POTUS) tweet or retweet, or between two POTUS tweets or retweets, called a delta. Markers can be a letter, word, phrase, person, place, or number usually in bold brackets which are used to bring attention to what is being marked. The number markers that are explicitly referring to deltas are known as "delta markers" (in quotes here because Q has not used that term, but anons use it as a way to distinguish regular number markers from number markers used in the context of deltas). Q confirms that there are number markers used to note the specific deltas, and that deltas are important, on December 23rd, 2017.

 

Q first used three deltas to familiarize anons with looking for the time between a Q post and a POTUS tweet or retweet. The first three deltas were [15] minutes, [10] minutes, and [5] minutes in that order. This is called circling the argument. I know what project looking glass. I know about the galactic federation.
