Notable from last bread regarding Brunson v Alma.

This is something to add to the mix. There is a required report from the intelligence community on the security of the election from foreign interference. It was late. It was very late. In fact, it was so late that it was conveniently delivered after congress certified the election.

Now, Brunson v Alma is regarding malfeasance by oath-sworn members of congress to perform their duty to protect the constitution. But the commentary about this case is regarding failure to investigate domestic interference.

This report and this SCOTUS case seem like they're different. However, I have not seen a good reason that this report was delivered late in Jan 2021. It seems like these two things have some dots connected at least. If they had this report in hand before the certification then the case would be much stronger that they should have investigated any claims of fraud or interference before certification. So, because it was late, does that mean they get a free pass? Did congress have any evidence in hand that would warrant an investigation? Why was that it every single court case was thrown out on procedural and standing grounds before any evidence could be provided?
