She doesn't like American whites because they are more vaccine hesitant that hispanic immigrants, so she proposes getting rid of them.

Here's doctor Baker again about a year and half ago. She appears to have a convenient hispanic co-host. If you listen to the whole thing which I did, you will hear a lot of things that after COVID might seem strange or off.
And this person thinks she can determine what gets injected into babies and pregnant women?!

They push vaccines and are not afraid to threaten the parental rights of those who want to make medical decisions. They will sometimes make outrageous statements not supported by any real evidence and sometimes in contradiction to established medical principles.
Stanley Plotkin was once deposed for a court case. He admitted to using dozens of human abortions in developing vaccines.
I wonder how many California children are disabled by the shots Dr. Pan forced upon them?
I doubt any parent in California can obtain a "medical exemption" any longer, because doctors are afraid to write them.

Compulsory vaccination means they take your child and vaccinate them against your will. Literally a medical procedure forced upon a baby by the state.
