FBI Responds to Twitter Files, Pt. 6 – Shows Their Utter Contempt for the American People and First Amendment Law
The FBI on Friday released a statement following the damning Twitter Files release, via FOX News.
“The FBI regularly engages with private sector entities to provide information specific to identified foreign malign influence actors’ subversive, undeclared, covert, or criminal activities. Private sector entities independently make decisions about what, if any, action they take on their platforms and for their customers after the FBI has notified them.”
It was another arrogant statement that shows their utter contempt for the American public.
How many of the thousands of conservative accounts that were taken down were promoting “subversive, covert or criminal activities”?
What utter bullsh*t.
On Friday night Attorney Jonathan Turley weighed in on the smug response from the FBI to this explosive document release.
Jonathan Turley: “People still largely agree, I hope, that while the First Amendment applies to the government it also applies to agents of the government. So if the FBI uses a proxy, uses an agent like Twitter, it’s still censorship. It’s still a violation of the First Amendment.”

Wait a minute,wasn’t the former President of the US just raided for holding onto classified information? But it’s ok to share classified materials with all the left wing nuts at twitter?
• What kind of classified information did the FBI share with twitter?
• Was any of it top secret?
• Do they just make up new laws or rules depending on if the agency likes them?
• Isn’t this a major violation of federal law?
• Are they tracking any terminated twitter employees to see if they took classified info with them? Mudge stated twitter employees shared and took classified and top secrets home and kept them on personal computers.
• So did the agency reveal state secrets to the most radical liberal employees that worked at twitter?
If we had s functioning DOJ there would be a major investigation into the FBI and Twitter by a Mueller type of special council for 2 years.

We need all the documents, why did Cardin even ask this question? Did she suspect the government was not doing this for a safe election??

IMHO, This statement is probably the most damning statement the government said. Why the long silence when asked the question above? It seems the only race that was important to them was the Presidential race, but why if our votes are so sacred, didn’t the agencies check for foreign influences on down ballot?
Maybe if they paid attention to down ballot races they would have caught Swallowell in the act of conspiring with a Chinese spy, and would never have been elected to congress.
From a security standpoint, agencies not tracking all races makes it look likethey were never tracking foreign interference or threats to even the presidential race, but just harassing deplorables.
Not even big name deplorables but only petty and unsubstantial posters with mostly joke, sarcasm and irony tweets, with a couple of followers.
