I've seen something like this flying over my neighborhood, it was about 4-5 foot across. The thing is, I only noticed it because it had standard navigation lights. I was walking my dog in the back yard, more concerned w/not stepping in poop when I looked up and realized it wasn't in the distance it was maybe 200 feet away. Thing made no perceivable noise, hovered in place, turned, climbed turned and just meandered away.
Yeah, that thing, it has standard lights so either aliens are getting hip to how to blend in or it's just a new piece of tech floating about.
I was active duty at the time and I spent a lot of time working w/Lockheed so my initial thought was 'that's new/cool'. I was dead asleep fren, non political, did my job, played strictly by the rules. Hell, I rolled around in underground tunnels under Atlanta Georgia and all I thought was, 'this is pretty badass', had never heard of DUMBS yet was in one. Trump just came into office when I was retiring, it wasn't until he cancelled the Paris Accord that I was like "WTF" and started asking questions.
