Bummer. Every talking head is out there saying once you get past the election election challenges are almost impossible to win by precedent and it sounds like Kary Lake lawfare sucked so bad that it's impossible to win with the currently submitted documents.
I was thinking longshot anyway because of the way McCain set up that state in not only the parties but the courts.

I'm starting to form the opinion that the GOP lawfare in the RNC was built to fail by design. Is that what's going on here? Are they throwing elections, not only by getting bought off but by intentional shitty lawfare?
I worked for the fed gov for 30 years. These lawfags aren't bloviating. This is a real problem - shitty lawfare in government (state/local/fed) is a real thing. The government will pay millions in damages rather than take their shitty lawyers to court and litigate. These lawfags are pointing out the shitiness of political lawfare.
