The FBI frequently communicated with Twitter’s Trust and Safety team before Elon Musk acquired the company, the sixth installment of the “Twitter Files” exposé series reveals.

Between January 2020 and November 2022, over 150 emails were exchanged between the FBI and former Twitter Trust and Safety head Yoel Roth, journalist Matt Taibbi reported. Roth, who resigned shortly after Musk’s takeover, led the team responsible for suppressing the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop bombshell on the platform.

Some of those virtual conversations involved the FBI asking for information about Twitter users that related to active investigations. But in a significant number of instances, the agency allegedly demanded that Twitter crack down on election ‘misinformation,’ Taibbi noted.

The FBI’s social media-specializing task force, born after the 2016 election, expanded to 80 agents and collaborated with Twitter to hunt down election meddling by foreign actors.

The latest batch of records indicates a pattern, Taibbi said, of a government body aggressively exerting pressure on Twitter to moderate certain content. As late as November 2022, the FBI’s San Francisco branch reached out in an email, addressed “Hello Twitter Contacts,” to flag accounts that could violate internal terms of service.

However, Taibbi suggests that the FBI’s scrutiny applied to left-leaning and right-leaning accounts alike although perhaps not equally. Media personality Dr. Claire Foster, who runs a parody account, also caught the attention of the branch’s private sector engagement squad in November for joking about manipulating ballot counting on behalf of Democrats.

“Anyone who cannot discern obvious satire from reality has no place making decisions for others or working for the feds,” Foster told Taibbi when she learned her account had been flagged.

Four out of six accounts the FBI alerted Twitter to were ultimately suspended.

More FBI interference came on November 5 of this year, when the agency’s National Election Command Post sent the San Francisco field office a list of 25 accounts that it believed “may warrant additional action.” NECP expressed concerns that the accounts were engaging in misinformation about the upcoming midterm election on November 8.

Twitter obliged some warnings, taking various disciplinary steps against many of the accounts. Seven were permanently deplatformed, one was temporarily locked out for spam behaviors, and nine had tweets bounced for “civic misinformation policy violations,” according to Taibbi’s files.

Other Twitter document dumps from Taibbi and independent journalist Bari Weiss have unearthed damning details about high profile censorship cases, such as that of the Hunter Biden breakthrough and former president Trump’s banning.

A common thread among these junctions was that the decision to suppress was not settled immediately. Internal confusion and intense disagreement ensued between staff who advocated stripping certain figures of Twitter access and staff who questioned that path.

For example, after Trump posted inflammatory tweets following the January 6 Capitol Riot, employees were split on whether his words qualified as “incitement” to violence.

“It’s pretty clear he’s saying the ‘American Patriots’ are the ones who voted for him and not the terrorists (we can call them that, right?) from Wednesday,” one staffer wrote, according to Weiss.

“I also am not seeing clear or coded incitement in the DJT tweet,” Anika Navaroli, a Twitter policy official, responded over email. “I’ll respond in the elections channel and say that our team has assessed and found no vios”—or violations—“for the DJT one.”

Despite the dissent, the staff arguing for Trump’s removal won out in 2021- until Musk reversed his ban and reinstated his account last month.

NARA Releases More JFK Records, as President Biden Approves Few Delays

On December 15, 2022, pursuant to the latest White House memorandum on the disclosure of records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) released 13,173 records previously withheld by the federal government. These newly disclosed records are available online in NARA’s JFK Assassination Records Collection, which has increased by increments since 1992. The collection and review of these records is governed by the JFK Assassination Records Act (JFK Act).

 

Following the postponement of disclosure to October 25, 2021, by President Trump, President Biden set new deadlines and certified the postponement of disclosure for all JFK records still withheld through December 15, 2022. The 13,173 records released in accordance with President Biden’s most recent memorandum meet that deadline for all records subject to the JFK Act, but exclude 515 documents withheld in full and another 2,545 documents withheld in part.

 

Consistent with the JFK Act, and the recommendation of NARA’s Acting Archivist of the United States, President Biden’s current memorandum certifies that all JFK Assassination Records that agencies have proposed for continued postponement under the JFK Act “shall be withheld from public disclosure until June 30, 2023” (White House Memorandum, Section 4, Temporary Certification, December 15, 2022). These records are to be reviewed by NARA and the relevant agencies by May 1, 2023, to submit any requests for further postponement beyond June 30.

 

Finally, the Biden memorandum requires that agencies reviewing withheld JFK records prepare “Transparency Plans” to be reviewed by NARA, and used by the National Declassification Center (NDC) at NARA, “to ensure that information would continue to be disclosed over time as the identified harm associated with release of the information dissipates” (White House Memorandum, Section 7, December 15, 2022). Transparency Plans submitted by agencies to the NDC will detail “event-based or circumstance-based conditions that will trigger the public disclosure of currently postponed information” by the NDC at NARA.

 

The release of additional JFK records complies with the rigorous process for agencies to review and request the postponement of disclosures that President Biden certified in December 2021. The additional requirement in this year’s certification that agencies must submit transparency plans to the NDC and NARA in order to request any further disclosure postponements beyond June 2023 should further improve the process.

 

The Public Interest Declassification Board supports these advances toward government transparency, and will continue to remain engaged to insure that departments and agencies comply with the JFK Records Act and the President’s instructions. In the coming months the Board intends to conduct a sampling of records that remain classified and meet with originating agencies to understand the rationale behind continued withholding from public release.

its not really a winning strategy

i like to maintain cerdibility with the judge

The U.S. Supreme Court represents the last line of defense for Americans against illegal acts by those in national elective office.

 

Will Lady Justice uphold the rule of law under original intent, or abdicate her sacred responsibility to protect and defend we the people against all enemies, foreign and domestic? Individual rights, personal responsibility, private property and open and fair elections are little more than meaningless platitudes in a society living under coerced police state rule. The American justice system originally constituted by the Founders was to act as a safeguard against Executive and Legislative overreach; acting as a final arbitor and protector on behalf of the Constitution and we the people. Sadly, the Judiciary has suffered from much of the same cancerous moral decline that is impacting the rest of American society, becoming increasingly political and subjective rather than apolitical and objective in their traditional role as jurists. We can only pray that true justice prevails once again.

 

Although overwhelming evidence of election fraud and tampering was reported by eye witnesses from across America, the downstream media in collusion with the Democrat Party and establishment Republicans have very effectively demonized anyone suggesting malfeasance in the election process for the past 2 years. An attempt to have the electoral inconsistencies surrounding the 2020 Presidential Election brought before Congress and the American people on January 6, 2021 ended in disaster when the entire rally at the Capitol was mischaracterized as a riot and an attempt to overthrow the government by a mob of crazed maniacs whipped into a frenzy by the out of control megalomaniac; Donald J. Trump. Carefully staged damage to the Capitol Building by insiders was effective in labeling anyone present as radical and violent. Four civilians died at the hands of the Capitol Police and 1 police officer died the next day as a consequence of a stroke and the negligence of his fellow officers, but every death was mischaracterized as being caused by out-of-control rioters, and the entire hearing process scheduled to happen on January 6th at the Capitol was very conveniently and unceremoniously curtailed with no further action.

 

The integrity of the American election process is central to our system of constitutional, representative government. This is an absolute that should be inviolable, irrespective of political affiliation. What is good for the goose is good for the gander and no legitimate leader would ever want to destroy a system that guarantees election integrity, unless of course that leader is illegitimate and knows it. The mere suggestion of election impropriety should have been addressed on a national scale, especially when polls clearly indicated concern by 50 % of Americans comprising all political affiliations. Legal questions and challenges abounded, but the Courts refused to do their duty and act responsibly on behalf of the American people. The question was and is……why? Although major election reforms to improve transparency were requested by a majority of Americans after the 2020 General Election, the system is virtually untouched and was made even less secure from fraud by expanding mail-in voting and same-day registration laws on a national scale. Courts ignored state voter laws and upheld administrative fiat as superior under the color of Covid mandates that are clearly unconstitutional.

A transgender person wanted for exposing their naked, half-erect penis to women in two separate changing room incidents in Los Angeles has been arrested after more than 15 months on the run.

The suspect, 53-year-old Darren Agee Merager, had been charged with five felony counts of indecent exposure for the incidents - including an infamous altercation at Wi Spa, whereMerager exposed herself to several women, including an underage girl.

Merager - a convicted sex criminal who identifies as a woman - had previously rebuffed the allegations, claiming to be a victim of transphobia.

The story was then, for months, swept under the rug by the mainstream media - with many, including the leftist radical group Antifa, defending Merager.

The incident spawned month protests - many of them violent - all while Merager's previous sex crimes continued to come to light. Eventually, Merager was unmasked as a registered sex offender, convicted for similar incidents in 2002 and 2003.

Also unearthed was a warrant for the sex pest's arrest for a separate locker room incident in December 2018, and a laundry list of offenses stretching nearly two decades, including burglary and trespass.

Last Tuesday, more than year after going on the lam in September 2021 - three months after the Wi Spa incident - Merager was booked by LA police for the spa and pool incidents, with a bail set at $350,000. He remained incarcerated Monday.

A biological male, Merager - who said he would fight his case in court before suddenly going on the run in September 2021 - faces 11 charges in total for the pair of incidents, where she allegedly used his status as a transgender woman to access women's changing areas and show his partially erect penis to those inside.

Merager's apparent ruse first made headlines in June, when a female patron at Wi Spa posted a video to social media that showed her complaining to staff a man had exposed his penis to her and others - including a young girl - in the women's section.

'It’s okay for a man to go into the women’s section, show his penis around the other women, young little girls — underage — in your spa?' the frustrated woman, who is reportedly being treated as one of the victims in the case, can be heard asking staff in the clip.

'He’s a man! He is a man!' The three-and-a-half-minute video was promptly reposted across social media and soon went viral - forcing Wi Spa to address the incident, with staffers saying they stood behind Merager and her alleged gender identity.

The incident sparked months of sometimes violent protests, where members of the radical leftist group Antifa showed up - masked and in riot gear - to violently defend the suspect's claims.

Amid this unrest, several media outlets labeled the outcry as merely bias against transgender people, with some going as far to report the incident - which transpired on June 23, 2021 - flat-out didn’t happen. Slate, for instance, labeled the story a 'transphobic hoax.'

However, as attention around the incident swirled, LA police became aware of the controversy, and thus, Merager. They soon discerned that she was wanted for another indecent exposure incident - also involving women and children - at women's changing area at a swimming pool in West Hollywood Park.

The alleged altercation, according to police, was eerily similar to the occurrence at the spa, and saw Merager labeled a fugitive from the law after she failed to address the indecent exposure charges leveled against her after the incident - of which there were six.
