Different Law fag here I concur with the first law fag, this is designed to fail, I don't know what is going on but my guess is even if her one cause of action that survived holds any merrit it will be dismissed due to the fact there is no mechanism for relief this is the entire issue

Simply put anyone that is competent in law knows this is frivolous and is for show IMHO I do not see the court moving forward, to many outs in relief ,the court does not have the authority to grant any kind of rulling that will change anything, getting runbeck in the mix is good but it can only go as far as the available relief
