For the non-lawfags here, he has a point. It is law school 101 to use a very specific format when arguing. It is IRAC. Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion. If you do not see this format in an argument, then something is up. A court will only consider what is written between the four corners of the complaint. If you read the complaints filed regarding the 2020 election, you will see that they were poorly written and argued so they got dismissed.

 

The lawfag poster is right. Are the complaints being deliberately poorly written so they get dismissed? Normies will say that there was no election fraud because the complaint was dismissed. What they won't realize is that there is election fraud but the BAR attorneys deliberately screw the pooch when writing their complaints.
