Ya. The answer should have been, 1. because the duplicated ballot was not provided with the adjudicated ballot, he has no idea if was tabulated and, 2. he didn't work the polls, so how could he possibly know if any of adjudicated ballots were tabulated., His only job was to forensically examine the ballots that were provided as samples from the 6 precincts. And,, ya, the plaintiffs lawyers should have objected. HOPEFULLY they are able to correct the record on redirect! Sheesh.
