and the judges apply rules like asshats they are - the rules are NOT intended to make it hard or impossible to try a case

the purpose of the trial is to find FACTS

rules are only supposed to prevent unreliable facts from coming in

the judge here actually said that and allowed all the affadavits in

EXCEPT the ones attached to the gasbag attorney affadavit since he CANT be a witness
