A lot of time between now and Jan 3rd. And those witnesses who testified by Zoom or what ever the fuck they were using, should have been in person, in the courtroom. It was plain as day that one witness was reading some kind of a computer readout, teleprompter something, that someone else was typing in the ansers for him to read. His eye movement ws as obvious as fuck.That right there would cause to appeal.
