But at the same time reality says that all the courts and judgers are homos so that the only way to move forward is to dismantle and destroy the entire fucking thing and bring it back to base level constitution and figure it out from there with smarter more honorable people and even that is still a reach.
joe rogan proposed something years ago like a council of elders that would judge similar to the idea of the SC but not quite, I recall he made a distinction at the time. But there needs to be something because juries are so incredibly stupid as well and what determines peers and shit like that, some issues are way more complicated than people can understand and judges are just as fucked because they base their rule on interpretation of the law which "can" be good at times, but right now we need something very very different.

the courts are defining tampering as intentional and not like the state is claiming as a whoopsie and shit happens. It is treason and criminal the problem is the criminals are in charge so why would they admit wrong doing.

That is a good question, this anon is not certain and perhaps another anon is as to, What exactly can the judge rule in this case? Is it within his jurisdiction to make a request like that and what other remedies is he allowed to enact.
