Shady Democrat Operative Ryan Macias Testifies In Kari Lake’s Election Trial – DAMNING Evidence Against Him Presented During Cross-Examination

Today’s cross-examination of Ryam Macias questioned him about a report he authored in January 2022 as a subject matter expert or “SME Election Security Consultant” with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

In Macias and CISA’s own words, “the integrity of the system and its data will be deemed untrustworthy,” and “a court of law can render the system and data inadmissible” when ballot chain of custody is broken.

The Gateway Pundit exclusively located this document after it was admitted in court.

Ryan Macias’ report states:

As the nation’s risk advisor, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) mission is to ensure the security and resiliency of our critical infrastructure

Major Risks Facing Election Officials:

 Cyber

 Physical

 Operational

 Mis-, Dis-, & Malinformation (MDM)

Chain of Custody Guidance

CISA & Election Infrastructure

Released by CISA in August 2021

Chain of custody is a security consideration across all critical infrastructure

Tracking control of data and assets to ensure transparency, accountability, and trust

Highlights impacts and risks from a broken chain of custody

‒ The integrity of the system and its data will be deemed untrustworthy

‒ A court of law can render the system and data inadmissible

‒ Inability to definitively determine if an actor has manipulated your systems or data

Chain of Custody

Chain of custody is a process to track the movement and control of assets by documenting each person and organization who handled an asset, the date/time it was collected or transferred, and the purpose for the transfer.

Chain of custody plays an important role in security and risk mitigation for critical infrastructure sectors and their assets

Without secure chain of custody practices, critical infrastructure systems and assets could be unknowingly accessed and manipulated by threat actors

The integrity of critical infrastructure assets and systems could also be questioned if critical infrastructure owners and operators are unable to prove otherwise

Broken Chain of Custody

A break in the chain of custody refers to a period during which control of an asset (e.g., systems, data, or infrastructure) is uncertain and during which actions taken on the asset are unaccounted for or unconfirmed

Breaks present opportunities for malicious activity that maycompromise the integrity of the asset

The inability to provide evidence that a system has NOT been compromised results in the inability to determine if a malicious actor (or any actor for that matter) has gained access to and/or manipulated the systems and data

McDonald's Unveils Automated Restaurant In Texas With No Human Contact

Soaring labor costs and inflation have accelerated McDonald's push into automation. The fast-food chain unveiled its first concept restaurant earlier this month in Forth Worth, Texas, without human interaction.

The company wrote in a press release, "There's never been a McDonald's restaurant quite like this before."

It features automated ordering kiosks there are no cashiers even automated machines dispense orders to customers, either through the drive-thru or inside. The one thing McDonald's didn't automate was the kitchen.

Food blogger "foodiemunster" posted a video of the new concept restaurant.

Fast-food chains have been testing robots for years. Inflation is compressing margins for restaurants, forcing them to consider automation to save on labor costs.

The cost of robotics has decreased over the years, allowing companies to make broader investments in the space.

The search for cost savings will be in the form of automating low-wage/low-skilled labor, something we've warned for years that would eventually displace millions of workers this decade.

Chipotle, Wing Zone, and White Castle, Jack in the Box are just some restaurant chains investing in robotics. There are plenty of others.

China funds construction of new military hospital at Papua New Guinea's Taurama Barracks

Beijing is bankrolling a hospital for Papua New Guinea's Defence Force (PNGDF) in a move some analysts fear could eventually lead to a much deeper Chinese military presence in the Pacific nation.

Key points:

PNG's chief of defence announced China would be funding a military hospital at Taurama Barracks

Australia's Defence Department declined to say when it became aware of the project

Analysts say the project could flag further Chinese-funded military projects in the future

The project was publicly revealed by PNG's Chief of Defence last week during his end-of-year parade speech attended by dignitaries including China's new military attaché.

"I am grateful to announce Chinese commitment to fund the constructions of the PNGDF Military Hospital at Taurama Barracks," Major General Mark Goina said at the event on December 16.

"Work has commenced for our Defence Minister to sign the protocols for the use of the funds and scoping/design works of the Hospital in 2023," the PNGDF Commander added.

According to General Goina, the Chinese-funded initiative would come "at a cost of 31 million [Papua New Guinean] Kina" or roughly just over $13 million.

Taurama Barracks are located in PNG's capital Port Moresby and accommodated the Australian-led Pacific Islands Battalion during World War II.

In 2007, Papua New Guinea signed a deal with Beijing for China to provide half a million US dollars for the maintenance and renovation of the existing medical facility at Taurama Barracks.

During his speech, the PNG commander thanked the People's Liberation Army (PLA) for its "continued support with training and willingness to support us in areas that need capacity building".

"We have reached the end of the first year of our Defence Force five-year plan, the 2022 to 2026 Intent," General Goina said.

'A military hospital one day, a military base the next'

General Goina began his speech by acknowledging Australia as "our longest, and closest defence partner", declaring: "The long and enduring relationship of military partnership and dare I say it, mateship, between Papua New Guinea and Australia, is the most important to us."

Australia's Defence Department declined to say when it became aware of the Chinese-funded project, telling the ABC "decisions made by the government of Papua New Guinea and PNGDF are a matter for Papua New Guinea".

While New Yorkers Suffer, Democrats In Albany Vote for 29% Pay Raise Making Them Highest Paid State Legislators In US

Americans across the nation are suffering under the Biden economy.

Inflation is at 40-year highs. The markets are down significantly since last year. Interest rates are double what they were last year. Home sales are down 35% from last year.

And New Yorkers, like most blue cities, are facing rising crime.

And yet while New Yorkers are facing economic woes AND safety concerns, Democrats in the New York State Senate and Assembly have just voted for a 29% pay raise thanks to the taxpayers they are failing.

Their new salary of $142,000 makes them the highest paid state legislators in the US ….in positions that are considered part time!

The New York Post reports:

Democrats in the state Senate and Assembly voted overwhelmingly Thursday to give themselves a record raise and hike their taxpayer-funded pay to $142,000 a year.

The early Christmas gift … to themselves, makes Albany the highest-paid state legislature in the nation — despite ongoing inaction on critical issues including New York’s controversial bail reform law and the Big Apple’s migrant crisis.

The 29% boost to their current $110,000 pay will also result in wages more than three times higher than the median $43,208 earned by average New Yorkers.

Lawmakers will also be allowed to continue raking in unlimited outside income until 2025, when it would generally be capped at $35,000.

The $32,000 pay raise would go into effect Jan. 1 if Gov. Kathy Hochul signs off on the plan passed during a hastily scheduled, lame-duck special session of the Legislature in Albany.

The Senate voted 32-23 in favor of the raise, which was later approved 81-52 by the state Assembly
