anon, what many are forgetting is that these witnesses were not deposed. that makes it incredibly difficult to examine them, since you don't know how they will answer. lake's lawyers have to ask the fewest questions to the fewest witnesses that will give them the evidence they need to prove their cause of action. that's it!
