Frenz, Look at the Case of the Alaska State Congressman who won his seat in a landslide. Left filed suit claiming he is unfit for office. He did nothing wrong. Judge stopped his certification pending out come of trial. He won at trial and Judge will not allow him to be certified because left "might" appeal by Jan4th.
