Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County have filed Motions for Sanctions and Applications for Attorneys’ Fees against Kari Lake and her attorneys following Lake’s lawsuit contesting the stolen 2022 Midterm Election, according to court records.

Katie Hobbs is asking for more than half a million dollars, mostly for corrupt Hillary attorney Marc Elias’ firm.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, gutless Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Kari Lake’s election lawsuit against Democrat Katie Hobbs in the stolen 2022 midterm election on Saturday, Christmas Eve.

As Rachel Alexander for TownHall reported, “Judge Peter Thompson only gave her two days for a trial and issued his ruling immediately afterwards, even though he could have taken several days, and it was one of the biggest, most important cases in the country. Legal experts believe his decision was ghostwritten, they suspect top left-wing attorneys like Marc Elias emailed him what to say.”

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the corrupt Midterm Election.

On Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. This was a clear, intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates.

Corrupt Maricopa County Election Director Scott Jarrett was also busted changing his story and perjuring himself by lying about the ballot printer settings that caused tabulation failures and disenfranchised thousands of election day voters.

A Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law.

Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Also, tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.

We reported on a new discovery showing RINO Arizona House Speaker-elect Ben Toma’s clear conflict of interest and connection to Runbeck Election Services, the third-party company involved in the debacle outlined above.

However, despite all of this evidence of an irredeemably compromised election and intentional misconduct by elections officials, Maricopa County’s Motion for Sanctions states, “This matter was brought without any legitimate justification.” Further, they accuse Kari Lake of using the courts to fundraise and harass her opponents.

President Joe Biden will travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands on Tuesday for vacation, after telling reporters he has “more important” things to do than visit the southern border. “The President and the First Lady will travel to St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands where they will celebrate the New Year with their family,” the White House readout read. Biden has spent more than a quarter of his presidency away from the White House vacationing in Delaware, CNN reported in October. The president also told reporters on Dec. 6 that he would not be visiting the border while in Arizona “because there are more important things going on.”

These weapons multiply the artillery shells by up to 10 times more lethal, US Army veteran Dan Rice told CNN

Dan Rice, an American adviser to the Ukrainian military, has called on Washington to authorize the delivery of cluster munitions to Kiev to increase its “base lethality” and “win the war” against Russia.

During an interview with CNN last week, Rice, who is officially the special adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces, insisted that the US “really needs to” supply Kiev’s forces with cluster bombs.

They are like throwing “a flame thrower at a bunch of ants” and would “multiply the artillery shells by five to ten times more lethal,” he argued, according to a transcript posted by the channel.

“This is how you increase the base lethality and win the war. If we want to win it, we need to give them something like that,” he told the outlet, calling cluster bombs a “game changer.”

However, he noted that US President Joe Biden’s administration is not currently willing to supply such munitions to Ukraine, as it would anger Western European states that have signed a treaty banning these weapons.

“According to our own policy, we have concerns about the use of those kinds of munitions,” US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told journalists earlier this month.

‘Pro-Nazi’ Germany and Japan have no place on UNSC – Russian ambassador

The diplomat lashed out at “US-occupied” nations over their votes on a Moscow-sponsored resolution

Germany and Japan should not get permanent seats at the UN Security Council after voting against a Russia-sponsored resolution denouncing Nazism, a senior Russian diplomat has suggested.

The decisions by Berlin and Tokyo “insult the memory of the victims of German Nazism and Japanese militarism,” Oleg Stepanov, the Russian ambassador to Canada, said in remarks to RIA Novosti, which the Foreign Ministry published in full on Tuesday.

Germany’s vote casts doubt on expressions of remorse for the crimes committed by the Nazis during World War II, he stated. Japan meanwhile, has never reconciled with its dark past, considering that its government honors war criminals, he said.

“It is clear that such behavior can only be possible with permission from the US, under whose multilayered informal occupation both nations remain,” the diplomat claimed.

Stepanov described the two nations' positions as “unequivocally pro-Nazi.” In view of their actions, it “crosses out the potential for a UN reform, which would have given Berlin and Tokyo [permanent] seats at the UN Security Council,” he added.

The remarks refer to a vote at the UN General Assembly earlier this month on a non-binding resolution proposed by Russia condemning the glorification of Nazism and various forms of xenophobia. The document was adopted by 120 votes in favor, with 50 against and 10 abstentions.

Russia has been submitting such resolutions every year since 2012 in what it touts as a warning that some nations want to rewrite the history of World War II, to downplay the crimes of the Axis powers and Nazi collaborators. In December 2021, just two nations – the US and Ukraine – voted against the draft, with 51 countries abstaining. The latter camp was predominantly composed of Washington’s allies, who primarily voted “no” this month.

Ukraine’s delegation used the opportunity to lash out at Russia for its military operation against the country, claiming that Moscow’s own actions amounted to glorification of Nazism.

In 2010, Stepan Bandera, a Ukrainian nationalist leader who collaborated with the Nazis, was given the title of Hero of Ukraine. He has multiple monuments erected in his honor and his birthday is widely celebrated by the government. Other Ukrainian figures with similar biographies have also been honored.

The Ukrainian military and national guard include troops who openly endorse neo-Nazi ideology. A member of President Vladimir Zelensky’s security detail was photographed in September wearing Nazi insignia.

Merck’s COVID-19 Antiviral Drug Doesn’t Reduce Hospitalization Or Death In High-Risk Vaccinated People: Study

The COVID-19 antiviral drug Molnupiravir helps speed up recovery from the virus but does not reduce the hospitalization or death rate in higher-risk vaccinated adults, a new study has found.

Molnupiravir, from Ridgeback Biotherapeutics and Merck & Co. is used to treat mild to moderate COVID-19 and can be taken at home, twice a day for five days, within five days of symptoms onset.

It works by stopping the virus from replicating, keeping levels low in the body, thus reducing its severity.

The study was published in The Lancet on Dec. 22 and has been peer reviewed.

Between Dec. 8, 2021 and April 27, 2022, more than 25,700 eligible participants in the UK aged 50 or older—or 18 or older with relevant comorbidities—who had been unwell with confirmed COVID-19 for five days or less took part in the study, which was conducted when the Omicron variant was dominant.

Half of the participants were randomly assigned to receive an 800 milligram dose of Molnupiravir twice daily for five days and the other half were assigned to receive usual hospital care only.

The mean age of participants was 56.6 years and 94 percent had received at least three doses of a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.

ICE Can't "Locate" Records Of 378,000 Detainees

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials are unable to locate any records of illegal immigrants taken into custody and placed in a federal program to “ensure non-detained non-citizen compliance with release conditions, court hearings, and final orders of removal,” according to a nonprofit government transparency advocacy group.

“ICE has conducted a search of the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) for records responsive to your request and no records responsive to your request were found,” the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University in a Dec. 22 letter.

The ICE letter cautioned that the failure to locate records sought by TRAC isn’t evidence that the documents do or don’t exist. The inability of ICE to locate the requested records was described by TRAC in a Dec. 23 statement as a “very troubling development.”

Theater director Jeff Church found dead following sex abuse allegations

Jeff Church, 63, who had led the Coterie Theatre for over 30 years, was found dead at his home on Saturday afternoon, the Kansas City Star reported.

The cause of death has not been released.

On Thursday, KKFI 90.1 radio host Mark Manning accused Church on Facebook of assaulting him in 1991 when he was 27.

He came forward by sharing a since-deleted video by Deshawn Young, a Florida-based actor who previously lived in Kansas City, in which he described an assault.

“I am sharing this video testimonial from my friend Dashawn Young. Please be careful. This is very difficult to watch and hear,” Manning wrote.

“My emotional muscle memory was triggered in a way I did not fully expect. I lost it. I became so emotional that I wondered if I could even do my radio show,” he continued.

Manning went on to recount how Church allegedly assaulted him at the director’s home during a party after the production of “Dinosaurs.”

“I found myself pushed back on the bed, his mouth was on my body parts, my clothing seemed to disappear, and very quickly the director had penetrated me,” he wrote.

“It felt like my body was being used. How did this happen?” Manning said, adding that he had heard of many similar accounts of sexual abuse at the hands of the theater honcho.

Manning told the Star that the sickening acts had been “going on for over 30 years.”

“Most of these people were young theater artists trying to find their way through their theatrical career and a person in a very great authority position of directing them and deciding who gets paid and who gets the job [was] interfering in people’s lives,” he told the paper.

UK LGBT Charity Refers Itself to Police over Historical Child Sexual Grooming

A prominent youth LGBTQ charity in the UK has recommended itself for police investigation over historical accusations of grooming and the sexual exploitation of children.

LGBT Youth Scotland has revealed that it had referred itself to Police Scotland after “new allegations” emerged against the charity after two men came forward to claim that they had been abused by members of the group when they were children.

One man said that he had sought out the charity as a 13-year-old to seek support for being homosexual. He alleged that rather than acting as a support system, LGBT Youth Scotland was “more like a social network to connect older men with teenagers”.

Another, Sam Cowie, who is currently a unitveristy student, said that charity workers had plied him with booze and cigarettes and a fake ID so that he could join them in gay nightclubs as a teenager. He told the online feminist magazine Reduxx that while the group initially appeared “friendly and nurturing” when he first came in contact as a 15-year-old while he was in foster care. However, he now claims that he was groomed and had been offered by older men to have sex for money.

In a statement provided to the Daily Telegraph, LGBT Youth Scotland, which recieved £400,000 from the Scottish government last year, in addtion to over and £250,000 from local governments, said that they are “aware of allegations of historic exploitation from individuals who used our services in the past.”

“LGBT Youth Scotland takes any complaints and allegations seriously and we have reported these allegations to Police Scotland and will support them fully with any investigation. As a charity dedicated to the health and wellbeing of young people, we support and encourage anyone to speak out about, and report, abuse.”

Confirming the investigation, a Police Scotland spokesman said: “We have received a report and inquiries are ongoing into the allegations.”

'PSYOPS Officer': Canadian government lists job for psychological operations

It's not a conspiracy theory. The Canadian government posted a job listing (archive) asking for an experienced military member to train in psychological operations before taking on exercises with a "syndicate" to learn the best psychological tactics from around the world.

"Psychological operations" (psyops) typically refers to military/governmental operations that intentionally mislead or confuse the population, often used as a precursor to law changes or military action. Many would point to "false flag" events or simple misinformation spread by government sources as examples.

Merriam-Webster defines the term as "military operations usually aimed at influencing the enemy's state of mind through noncombative means (such as distribution of leaflets)."

The "PSYOPS Officer" role appears to include an introduction on the scope of the state's psychological operations before putting the lessons into practice in exercises and practical environments.

Students have the chance to "apply their PSYOPS training to the [Operational Planning Process] during syndicate exercises," the listing reads.

Those who graduate the program would then be capable of advising "all levels of command" to plan or produce psychological operations and subsequently supervise the plan's execution.

Applicants are required to hold a fairly high rank in the Canadian Forces: a warrant officer for non-commissioned members, a rank that would take at least 10 years (approximately) to achieve, or lieutenant/captain, which could take between two to five years (or more) to get to.

Exercises for this role appear to be collaborative, with the listing stating that "exercises are syndicate based and students learn from each other and collaborate in every facet of mission planning," reminding students that all work is "closely guided and monitored by our instructors."

It is unclear whether or not the syndicate of training partners is composed of officers from other governments; however, the listing states students will learn "best-practices from PSYOPS campaigns around the world."

IRGC arrests seven riot leaders linked with UK intelligence services

Seven individuals active during the recent riots in Iran’s Kerman Province with ties to the United Kingdom were detained by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on 25 December, Tasnim news agency reported.

According to information released on 26 December by the IRGC’s Tharallah base in the Kerman Province of central Iran, seven individuals of a network with ties to UK intelligence services were detained. Those arrested had allegedly been leading riots and were in charge of recent disturbances in the area.

The network, which went by the name “Zagros,” collected anti-revolutionary agents from inside and outside the nation to carry out plots against the Islamic Republic in an attempt to destablize the government, particularly during the most recent unrest, IRNA reported.

According to the information released by the IRGC’s Tharallah base, among those detained were dual nationals who had been trying to flee the country.

The British foreign ministry stated that it was requesting more information from Iranian officials in response to claims that dual citizens of Iran and the United Kingdom had been detained there.

On 1 December, the head of the IRGC’S Basij forces was quoted as saying that the ‘enemies’ of the Islamic Republic have been using “hybrid warfare” against the country throughout the recent unrest, and that 47 foreign intelligence agencies are involved.

Last month, a number of French intelligence agents were also detained in Iran in relation to the unrest gripping the country, Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi told state TV on 16 November.

“People of other nationalities were arrested in the riots, some of whom played a big role. There were elements from the French intelligence agency and they will be dealt with according to the law,” Vahidi said.

The interior minister did not specify the number of agents detained nor where they were discovered.

Several Mossad agents have also been arrested in Iran over recent months, who were allegedly planning to carry out sabotage operations and assassinations targeting security personnel.

On 22 December, Iran’s security forces identified and arrested members of four Mossad-affiliated operational teams, according to a statement disclosed by Tehran’s Intelligence Ministry.

The statement elaborated on how the Israeli intelligence agency planned to exploit Iran’s current instability in recent weeks, which began due to nationwide riots instigated by the alleged murder of Mahsa Amini while in the custody of Iran’s Gasht-e-Ershad, also known as the morality police.

The Intelligence Ministry further added that it obtained “clues” about a Mossad ringleader based in Europe, disclosing that information regarding the investigation will be revealed upon completion.

A few days prior, in a similar incident, the Intelligence Ministry disclosed that it arrested several members of the Mossad group who were allegedly planning to sabotage Tehran’s defense industry.

Israel courts issued 600 house arrest orders against Palestinian children in 2022

More than 600 Palestinian children were kept by Israeli courts under house arrest in 2022, the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said on Tuesday.

In a statement, the Commission said that the Israeli occupation authorities resort to house arrest in occupied East Jerusalem as a form of punishment for children under the age of 14 because Israeli law does not permit their imprisonment.

Courts usually order the detention of children in their homes for a period during which the cases against them are examined and a ruling is issued. This process may take a few days or up to a year or more. The sentence issued against the child does not, however, take into account the period spent in house detention.

During this period, children are forced not to leave their homes; they must wear a tracking device, and will not be allowed to attend school or even go to a clinic without being accompanied by a supervisor.

Very often, parents are forced to sell their homes or use their savings to deposit large sums of money in the court treasury to guarantee the implementation of conditions for the release of their children.

Another form of house arrest is the removal of children from family homes and forcing them to stay at a house outside their city. This is now the case of four children from Jerusalem, all under the age of 18.

Two were forced to remain in prison in the city of Al Ramlah, and two in other cities, a step that divides families and increases their financial hardship because they are forced to rent houses far from their homes.

House arrest often results in complex psychological conditions on children and their families.

The Commission said that house arrest deprives children of their right to education and creates a constant feeling of anxiety, fear and deprivation, which causes psychological instability, sometimes manifested in involuntary urination and excessive nervousness.

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) deleted a tweet responding to the "Twitter Files" after CEO Elon Musk said he was pointing users to "misleading data" about COVID.

Lieu deleted his tweet Monday in response to reporter David Zweig's Twitter Files revelations showing how the social media platform censored factually accurate COVID information that conflicted with the federal government.

"The tweet you cite is in fact misleading. People of all ages at high risk from covid generally benefit from vaccines. Prior natural immunity may last only a few months. COVID appears to be a leading cause of death for children," Lieu tweeted with a link to a preprint study that was re-written after critics pointed out its inaccuracies.

"Ted is linking to misleading data," Musk tweeted, calling for the platform's Community Notes to add missing information to the congressman's tweet.

Lieu deleted the tweet and responded again with a similar post by changing "COVID appears to be a leading cause of death for children" to "COVID can still be lethal for some children" and linking to a Bloomberg article titled, "Covid Is Way More Lethal to Kids Than The Flu."

Critics again called out Lieu for spreading misleading information about COVID in his tweet.

Lieu defended his decision to delete the tweet.

"I actually follow the facts wherever they may lead, and will revise my views if there are new facts," he said.

Adam Fox, the man convicted of plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, was sentenced on Tuesday to 16 years in prison.

A jury found Fox and co-defendant Barry Croft Jr. guilty of conspiracy charges related to the kidnapping plot during a retrial in August after a jury earlier this year was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. 

Fox was sentenced in federal court on Tuesday, while Croft will be sentenced Wednesday, The Associated Press reported. Fox will receive credit for the more than two years behind bars since his arrest, and after his release, he will be supervised for five years.

Fox's sentence is the harshest so far in the plot to kidnap the Michigan Democrat. Earlier this month, three men involved in the scheme received sentences ranging from seven to 12 years. 

The government had requested life sentences for Fox and Croft, arguing that Fox was the "driving force urging their recruits to take up arms, kidnap the governor and kill those who stood in their way," while citing Croft's bomb-making skills and ideology as a factor.

Judge Robert J. Jonker said Fox's sentence was an adequate punishment and deterrent to future acts while life in prison was "too much."

"Something less than life gets the job done in this case," he said.

The case was rocked by allegations that the FBI used at least a dozen informants to infiltrate the extremist group and that an agent told an informant to lie. Attorneys for five men arrested in the plot had sought for the case to be dismissed on grounds of entrapment.
