I was a little shocked to find out about the case, Brunson v. Alma S. Adams; et al., and then find out that it may legitimately be headed to the US Supreme Court.

 

The lawsuit has to do with the 2020 elections and the question of whether or not members of Congress had a duty to investigate any potential voter fraud. But the more central question this lawsuit asks is, do citizens have a right to expect that elected officials uphold their oaths of office and should elected officials be held accountable when and if it is found that they have not?

 

And frankly, this question goes way beyond the 2020 election. Think of the mandates and the decisions made by so many leaders over the last 2 1/2 years that not only exceeded the constitutional authority of any government, but striped citizens of their basic rights to the security of life, liberty, and property.

 

Elected officials and state governments seem to indemnify themselves with the notion of sovereign immunity. But how can a blanket immunity exist for actions that have no basis in any authority that has been granted to that government or elected official? If sovereign immunity covers all sins, then we truly do not have a republic, but a simple oligarchy. This cannot be so.

 

Joshua Philipp does a great job discussing this case on Crossroads on EpochTV.

 

In looking at this case, I came across a quote found in Mr. Brunson’s opening brief to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. And it originates from an 1871 work called A Treatise on the Constitutional Limitations Which Rest Upon the Legislative Power of the States of the American Union by Thomas Cooley. Here is the quote.

 

β€œIn considering State constitutions we must not commit the mistake of supposing that, because individual rights are guarded and protected by them, they must also be considered as owing their origin to them. These instruments measure the powers of the rulers, but they do not measure the rights of the governed. . . . [A state constitution] is not the beginning of a community, nor the origin of private rights; it is not the fountain of law, nor the incipient state of government; it is not the cause, but consequence, of personal and political freedom; it grants no rights to the people, but is the creature of their power, the instrument of their convenience. Designed for their protection in the enjoyment of the rights and powers which they possessed before the constitution was made, it is but the framework of the political government, and necessarily based upon the pre-existing condition of laws, rights, habits, and modes of thought. There is nothing primitive in it: it is all derived from a known source. It presupposes an organized society, law, order, property, personal freedom, a love of political liberty, and enough of cultivated intelligence to know how to guard it against the encroachments of tyranny.” (Bold emphasis added)

 

In a nutshell, the sentiment is that our rights do indeed come from God. They are pre-constitutional, pre-political, and are superior to the formation of any government whose purpose can only be to secure the rights already held by the people.

This further harkens to the Ninth Amendment of our US Constitution which states:

Well, what are the β€œother” rights. They are indeed the same rights referred to in the Declaration of Independence.

 

β€œWe hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,β€”That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”

 

The bottom line is that until we can get a considerable number of Americans to understand that their rights do not originate from a constitution or a government, then we are going to continue to lose these battles. And this is only going to happen through education.

 

The Supreme Court is scheduled to have a conference on January 6, 2023 where they will consider if they will indeed hear this case. It only takes four (4) justices in this instance to say β€œyes” for the hearing to proceed.

 

It would be monumental for SCOTUS to actually hear this case. And pending the outcome, it has the potential to reaffirm what our Founders thought to be the foundation of America…the real authority is held by the people (under God) and governing bodies are subject to it.

The more than 4,000-page, $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill prohibits funds for U.S. border security but it provides funding for border security in foreign nations.

Democrats need at least 10 votes from GOP senators to pass the legislation, which was unveiled on Tuesday. Congressional leaders are rushing to pass it before the Christmas break.

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy opposes the bill, arguing that Congress should pass a funding bill that expires in January, allowing the new Congress to negotiate its own package.

North Carolina Republican Rep. Dan Bishop and his staff combed through the legislation all day Tuesday and identified some of the earmarks and controversial spending provisions in the full text.

Among Bishop's findings was language that prohibits U.S. Customs and Border Protection from using its $1.5 billion in funding to "acquire, maintain or extend border security technology and capabilities, except for technology and capabilities to improve Border Patrol processing."

"It expressly prohibits CBP funding from being used to improve border security," Bishop tweeted.

"… but at the same time, allocates $410 million towards border security for Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman," he continued in a follow-up tweet. "America Last in action."

According to An Open Secret, Collins-Rector played a huge role in the organization of this Hollywood pedophile ring. He was the creator of an internet company known as DEN, which created original programming exclusively for the internet (kind of like the modern YouTube) and mainly starred child actors. The actors in the documentary described how Collins-Rector would throw extravagant parties at his home for the kids and the older DEN investors. He’d offer the young children alcohol and drugs. One of the victims claimed Collins-Rector would force everyone to enter the hot tub naked after dark and lace the young boys’ drinks.

 

In 2000, one of the victims came forward and filed a suit against Collins-Rector. A New Jersey federal grand jury indicted Collins-Rector on five counts of transporting a minor across state lines with the intent to engage in sexual activity.

 

In 2014, Buzzfeed released a report on Collins-Rector’s whereabouts in the years since his indictment, and they are not pretty. He fled to Spain where he stayed until 2002 when Spanish police arrested him and held him for over a year before sending him back to the United States, where he was eventually convicted, registered as a sex offender, and sentenced to three years of court supervision.

 

According to An Open Secret, Collins-Rector flew to Britain in 2006 for brain surgery and never returned to the U.S. A year later, he applied for a civil union with an 18-year-old boy and in 2011 renounced his U.S. citizenship. Over the years following his indictment and conviction, Collins-Rector attempted to build new business, though none were successful. He managed to lurk under the radar for the most part, but in 2014 Buzzfeed found him alone in his apartment in Belgium.

You probably remember Pierce best from his role in The Mighty Ducks. Though his IMDB page lists some subsequent acting roles, as a teenager Pierce transitioned to more behind-the-scenes positions when Collins-Rector made him Executive Vice President of DEN when Pierce was only 18 years old.

 

When word of the shady activity at Collins-Rector’s home came out in 1999, Pierce resigned from his position at DEN. Pierce told Buzzfeed in 2014 that he cut all ties with Collins-Rector. β€œI figured out rather quickly that there was nothing to be accomplished with Marc and instead decided to go off on my own to pursue my own entrepreneurial activities,” he wrote in an email to BuzzFeed. In 2014, he became a Bitcoin Foundation board member, an election that caused at least a dozen resignations due to Pierce’s connection to Collins-Rector and DEN.

However, the effects of IOP on the genotoxicity in model organisms are yet to be clarified. In this study, IOP was extracted using hot water extraction method, followed by GC analysis. Zebrafish embryos (12 h post fertilization, hpf) were exposed to transient UVB (12 J/m2/s, 305–310nm) for 10 s using a UV hybridisation chamber, followed by IOP treatment (2.5 mg/mL) at 24 hpf for up to 7 days post fertilization (dpf). The genotoxic effects were assessed using acridine orange staining, alkaline comet assay, and qRT-PCR for screening DNA repair genes. Significant reduction in DNA damage and amelioration of the deformed structures in the IOP-treated zebrafish exposed to UVB (p < 0.05) was observed at 5 dpf and thereafter. The relative mRNA expressions of XRCC-5, XRCC-6, RAD51, and GADD45 were significantly upregulated, whereas p53 and BAX were downregulated in IOP-treated UVB-exposed zebrafish compared to UVB-exposed zebrafish. ELISA analysis revealed significantly decreased expression of XRCC5 and RAD51 in UVB-exposed compared to IOP-treated UVB-exposed and control zebrafish (7 dpf). However, p53 and BAX levels were high in UVB-exposed zebrafish, indicating higher apoptosis. Pathway analysis demonstrated coordinated regulation of DNA repair genes; p53 playing a pivotal role in regulating the expression of BAX, thereby promoting apoptosis in UVB-exposed zebrafish. Overall, IOP treatment ameliorated the genotoxic effects in UVB-exposed zebrafish by enhanced expression of DNA repair genes, which assisted in normal development. The study delineated the efficacy of IOP in mitigating UV-induced DNA damage in zebrafish.

Tether probe ruling puts another spotlight on Brock Pierce

An appellate division of the U.S. Supreme Court published an opinion on July 9, 2020, giving the New York State Attorney General approval to further investigate the Tether β€œstablecoin” and its web of corporate backers. The news generated more bad press for entrepreneur Brock Pierce, a Tether co-founder who announced recently he would launch an independent campaign for President of the United States based on his image as a businessman in the tech industry and as a blockchain advocate in particular.

 

Tether launched in 2014 as the first β€œstablecoinβ€œ, a blockchain digital asset designed to be less volatile in value than existing ones. The initial idea was that each Tether unit (USDT) would be backed by one dollar in existing USD reserves, and would be redeemable for the same. This (in theory) solved two problems: traders would have a more stable asset in which to β€œpark” digital asset value in volatile times, and exchanges could more easily transfer USD value between themselves and customers.

 

The problem with Tether

 

Tether’s exact structure is complicated and its image has long been clouded by claims it isn’t backed by USD at all, and that fresh supplies of USDT are β€œminted” and sent to exchanges right before sudden BTC price rises. The asset itself (which may also represent EUR or JPY value) exists on multiple blockchain platforms as a native asset or token. Issuer Tether Holdings Limited shares a parent company (Digifinex Inc.) with iFinex, which owns the Bitfinex digital asset exchange. Tether Holdings includes the companies Tether Limited, Tether Operations Limited, and Tether International Limited.

 

New York’s investigation concerns the case James v. iFinex Ltd, which does not accuse anyone of wrongdoing, but seeks more information on the exact nature of Tether’s real asset reserves and its governance structure. USDT has a market cap of around US$9.8 billion, though Tether Limited’s lawyers said in 2019 only 74% of that was in actual U.S. dollar. No official audit has ever been released (despite being promised) and details of exactly what assets back the remaining value have been vague.

 

The published opinion does not accuse Tether or its associated companies of wrongdoing per se, though as respondents to the James v. iFinex Ltd. suit they had attempted to limit the authority of investigators to examine their operations. The appellate court’s statement overrules that attempt.

 

What does this have to do with Brock Pierce?

 

Pierce is not mentioned in the appellate court’s opinion, though he was a Tether co-founder, and is still listed on its website as an advisor. However, in a recent interview with Bloomberg, he said he hadn’t been involved with Tether since 2015 and described it as β€œone of the most important innovations in currency, but it also seemed like one of the higher risk businesses.”

 

Pierce, a former child actor, is one of the digital asset industry’s most well-known names and faces, as well as one of its most public advocates. His name appears in association with numerous projects, often causing problems for both Pierce and the projects in question.

 

Pierce is the current chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation, where he is described as a β€œfounder, advisor, board member of GoCoin, Tether, ZenBox, Blade Financial, Expresscoin, Noble Markets, BitGo, ChangeTip, BlockStreet, Coin Congress, and Plug and Play.” He was also a co-founder of Block.one, which grew out of Pierce’s company Blockchain Capital and produced the EOS blockchain project and asset.

 

Block.one disassociated itself from Pierce in a β€œmutual agreement” in March 2018 following a TV segment in which comedian John Oliver skewered the digital asset industry, singling out Pierce in particular. Oliver had referred to a past scandal involving Pierce and asked his audience to Google it.

 

In 2000, then 20-year-old Pierce had faced lawsuits from three former employees of his 1990s tech startup Digital Entertainment Network (DEN). Pierce has publicly denied the allegations made in one of the lawsuits, describing them as β€œpart of an extortion scheme.” He eventually paid US$21,000 to settle one suit, and the remaining two were dropped.

The highly decorated commanding officer of the Navy’s SEAL Team 1, Cmdr. Robert Ramirez III, was found dead at his San Diego County home on Dec. 19.

 

In a statement on Wednesday, Naval Special Warfare Command officials said that foul play was not suspected in Ramirez’s death, and that an investigation is being conducted by the San Diego police department.

 

β€œBobby was an outstanding leader, devoted husband and father, and a good friend to us all,” said Capt. David Abernathy, commanding officer of Naval Special Warfare Group 1, which SEAL Team 1 falls under. β€œThis is a devastating loss to our community and all who knew him. We will remain in support of Bobby’s family, friends and teammates during this extremely difficult time.”

 

Ramirez, originally from Virginia, enlisted in the Navy in 1996 before commissioning in 2004. According to his releasable service record, as reported by Military Times, he deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan, and received five Bronze Star medals, including two with a combat β€œV” device. Ramirez also received three Combat Action Ribbons.

 

Ramirez’s passing comes just a little over a year after the death of another SEAL Team commanding officer, Cmdr. Brian Bourgeois, on Dec. 7, 2021. Bourgeois was the commander of SEAL Team 8, based at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek in Virginia. He died following an accident during a fast-rope training evolution in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pretty sure rotties are second on the killer list. They started out fine and sweet and as they aged, they became not so great.

One such savior is Bill Gates, the child-loving philanthropist who founded Microsoft. His proposal is to put a teeny tiny piece of silicone under everyone's skin to improve lives by reducing healthcare costs and keeping track of the unhealthy.

 

Now what could possibly be bad about health professionals and doctors keeping Americans safe and healthy? You'd be surprised (or not).

 

The anti-Semitic origin of anti-chippers

When you examine the undercurrent of the anti-chipper movement, one horrid realization towers above all others: anti-Semitism is festering at the root of this evil.

 

Of course, not all anti-chippers are anti-Semites, but it doesn't change the fact that they're engaging in a conspiracy theory propagated by anti-Semites who fuel fear over what "the elites" or "the globalists" would do to you. This is "coded anti-Semitic language" and dogwhistling, according to lauded civil rights organization ADL.

 

One of the leading voices of the anti-chipper movement is none other than Kanye "Ye" West, who said "they want to put chips inside of us" in an interview with Forbes. Take note here: Kanye said "they" want to put chips inside of us. Who is "they" in this case? West clarified that the word "they" is coded language for the Jews in a 2022 interview with radical far right extremist Tim Pool.

 

In the interview with Forbes, West also said that microchips are "the mark of the beast" and "they want to put chips inside of us, they want to do all kinds of things, to make it where we can’t cross the gates of heaven." This appeal to religion, while perhaps innocuous to the untrained ear, is truly anti-Semitic in nature when you consider who is saying it. West, like other anti-Semites, often invoke religions like Christianity or Islam as a way to exclude Jews. In other words, West is implying that Jews want to microchip Christians to keep them from going to heaven, which also implies that Jews go to hell. This is an idea shared among many anti-chippers.

 

West isn't the only prominent anti-chipper. There are also figures like extreme far right ultranationalist radical Alex Jones, who has entertained dangerous anti-chipping ideas for at least a decade. For example, one article published on Infowars claims that Israeli politician Benjamin Netanyahu proposed "the mark of the beast" after he suggested that children should have microchips for perfectly reasonable safety reasons.

 

According to JPost, Netanyahu said "every person, every kid – I want it on kids first – would have a sensor that would sound an alarm when you get too close, like the ones on cars."

 

Netanyahu's proposal was completely understandable, but it was enough for Alex Jones, who happens to platform fellow anti-Semite Kanye West, to stir up anti-Semitic fearmongering about the Jewish "mark of the beast." And it's not a coincidence that Jones put a target on Netanyahu, who is the most prominent Jewish man in the world.

 

Implants are inevitable, but that's a good thing

Whether you like it or not, chances are you will voluntarily get the microchip implants. And if you don't, your children will get the microchip implants. Why wouldn't they? There's nothing nefarious about advancements in health technology. Implants will become a normal part of everyday life, and it will be overall a net positive for humanity.

 

Currently, microchip implants are already being developed and used to control prosthetic limbs. Microchips are also used in some patients with Parkinson’s to help detect tremors. Microchip implants will soon be used to alert doctors to impending heart attacks. According to the experts, the proliferation of this technology is "inevitable."

I know someone that got snatched up while staying with their cousins. They forced to take a ride in a police car to a facility for monitoring while the aunt was at work. It's not that the police were rude about it, it was that the social worker said that if they and the cousins refused to go along with it, then she could have them forced to go and take the younger cousins anyway. What did this stem from? Next door neighbor got into an argument with the aunt because her kids got into an argument (not even a fight) with one of the cousins.

 

At the time, kid was 15, his older cousin was 16, and three other cousins were like 9, 8, and 5. Here's the kicker, though. CPS coordinated with local police and waited until aunt wasn't home to do it. They knew her work schedule, and it came out later that the neighbor had told them this when she called and reported them to CPS. CPS will monitor the situation to confirm it, figure out a schedule with local police, and swoop in while the parents are trying to earn some bread.

Military has already intervened anon. The sole reason why the SCOTUS took this case to begin with. Watched a discussion between Loy Brunson, a couple of women I've never heard of and a law professor by the name of Tony Canova yesterday. They discussed many aspects of this case and one of the discussions was what would happen if the SC either denied this appeal, ruled against it and or sent it back to the 10th circuit? The Solicitor General responded with a one page, one paragraph response and waived all rights of defendants. This was an unprecedented response, possibly in the history of this country. This is going to be an 8-0 ruling. KJB is disqualified and will be excluded as she was appointed and confirmed by the defendants of this case. "Fraud vitiates everything".

The Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is claimed to have beneficial properties for human health, such as anti-bacterial, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. The antioxidant effects of the mushroom may be partly explained by protection of cell components against free radicals. We evaluated the effect of aqueous Chaga mushroom extracts for their potential for protecting against oxidative damage to DNA in human lymphocytes. Cells were pretreated with various concentrations (10, 50, 100 and 500 microg/mL) of the extract for 1 h at 37 degrees C. Cells were then treated with 100 microM of H2O2 for 5 min as an oxidative stress. Evaluation of oxidative damage was performed using single-cell gel electrophoresis for DNA fragmentation (Comet assay). Using image analysis, the degree of DNA damage was evaluated as the DNA tail moment. Cells pretreated with Chaga extract showed over 40% reduction in DNA fragmentation compared with the positive control (100 micromol H2O2 treatment). SEC Charges Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang with Defrauding Investors in Crypto Asset Trading Platform FTX

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Caroline Ellison, the former CEO of Alameda Research, and Zixiao (Gary) Wang, the former Chief Technology Officer of FTX Trading Ltd. (FTX), for their roles in a multiyear scheme to defraud equity investors in FTX, the crypto trading platform co-founded by Samuel Bankman-Fried and Wang. Investigations into other securities law violations and into other entities and persons relating to the alleged misconduct are ongoing.

According to the SEC’s complaint, between 2019 and 2022, Ellison, at the direction of Bankman-Fried, furthered the scheme by manipulating the price of FTT, an FTX-issued exchange crypto security token, by purchasing large quantities on the open market to prop up its price. FTT served as collateral for undisclosed loans by FTX of its customers’ assets to Alameda, a crypto hedge fund owned by Wang and Bankman-Fried and run by Ellison. The complaint alleges that, by manipulating the price of FTT, Bankman-Fried and Ellison caused the valuation of Alameda’s FTT holdings to be inflated, which in turn caused the value of collateral on Alameda’s balance sheet to be overstated, and misled investors about FTX’s risk exposure.

In addition, the complaint alleges that, from at least May 2019 until November 2022, Bankman-Fried raised billions of dollars from investors by falsely touting FTX as a safe crypto asset trading platform with sophisticated risk mitigation measures to protect customer assets and by telling investors that Alameda was just another customer with no special privileges; meanwhile, Bankman-Fried and Wang improperly diverted FTX customer assets to Alameda. The complaint alleges that Ellison and Wang knew or should have known that such statements were false and misleading.

The complaint also alleges that Ellison and Wang were active participants in the scheme to deceive FTX’s investors and engaged in conduct that was critical to its success. The complaint alleges that Wang created FTX’s software code that allowed Alameda to divert FTX customer funds, and Ellison used misappropriated FTX customer funds for Alameda’s trading activity. The complaint further alleges that, even as it became clear that Alameda and FTX could not make customers whole, Bankman-Fried, with the knowledge of Ellison and Wang, directed hundreds of millions of dollars more in FTX customer funds to Alameda.

"By surreptitiously siphoning FTX’s customer funds onto the books of Alameda, defendants hid the very real risks that FTX’s investors and customers faced."

The SEC’s complaint charges Ellison and Wang with violating the anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC’s complaint seeks injunctions against future securities law violations; an injunction that prohibits Ellison and Wang from participating in the issuance, purchase, offer, or sale of any securities, except for their own personal accounts; disgorgement of their ill-gotten gains; a civil penalty; and an officer and director bar. Ellison and Wang have consented to bifurcated settlements, which are subject to court approval, under which they will be permanently enjoined from violating the federal securities laws, the above-described conduct-based injunctions, and officer and director bars. Upon motion of the SEC, the court will determine whether and what amount of disgorgement of ill-gotten gains plus prejudgment interest and/or a civil penalty is appropriate, as well as the length of the officer and director bar and the conduct-based injunction imposed against Wang.

In a parallel action, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York today announced charges against Ellison and Wang.

Ellison and Wang are cooperating with the SEC’s ongoing investigation, which is being conducted by Devlin N. Su, Ivan Snyder, and David S. Brown of the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit and Brian Huchro and Pasha Salimi. It is being supervised by Amy Flaherty Hartman, Michael Brennan, Jorge Tenreiro, and David Hirsch. The SEC’s litigation will be led by Amy Burkart and David D’Addio and supervised by Ladan Stewart and Olivia Choe. Additional assistance to the investigation was provided by Therese Scheuer, Alistaire Bambach, Ainsley Kerr, William Connolly, and Howard Kaplan.

Yup. While the U.S. Military was carefully observing the Executive Branch (FIB/DoJ) and Judicial Branch (the Federal Judiciary, including Chief Justice Robert's unprecedented bullying of the other SCOTUS members into voting not to accept the Texas lawsuit (challenging election results in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin) on the ludicrous proposition that Texas somehow "had no standing" to bring a lawsuit alleging fraud by the four Swing States.*

 

….while the U.S. Military was carefully observing the above two Branches deliberately violate their sworn oaths to support and defend the Constitution and to preserve the Republic, it had a front row seat to the greatest act of treason by the Dem-RINO conspiracy in Congress to plan and carry out a false flag "insurrection" at the Capitol with the objective of preventing ANY AND ALL of the Constitutionally-required substantive debate on the certification of the EC votes.

 

Accordingly, as the U.S. Military sat and watched all other CIVIL remedies be thoroughly EXHAUSTED under the Constitution, it had no recourse but to act on its own in order to Preserve the Republic.

 

*The key to understanding why the argument of "standing" finally adopted in its decision was inherently unconstitutional, just ask the question

if any or all of the other states were prohibited from bringing a lawsuit before SCOTUS sounding in fraud against another state(s) whose clear and obviously election fraud was determinative as to the outcome of a Presidential Election, where else could, arguably, the 49 other states go in trying to rectify the insult of a stolen presidential election?

 

Jurisdiction of the Texas, et al, lawsuit fell to the U.S. Supreme Court and no where else. A majority of SCOTUS was about to so vote before Roberts went on his infamous screaming tirade, on the recorded zoom call, that "the Country would be iin flames" if they took the case.

Having grown up with an abusive narcissistic father, it kinda easy now to spot the ruse of The Father worshipping religions..

 

"God" abuses "his" kids, and demands they blindly follow him, or else be further abused. Most people break, and learn to endure the abuse. Some even flip sides and become the abuser's little helper, to avoid their own abuse.

 

At the end of they day, whichever entity wants to claim credit for being the most powerful in the universe also bears the most responsibility for everything being fucked up.
