This was a gem of a find anon. Not vaxxed, but figure "gene repair" is good for any reason, so went out bought some…. rigth there on the shelf at whole foods. A little gamey, but tolerable.

Continuous exposure to IOP significantly reduced the amount of damaged DNA and thus, the embryos developed normally. Such DNA protective effects could be explained by the enhanced expression of several DNA repair genes. In this study, we observed significantly increased expression of XRCC5, XRCC6, RAD51, and GADD45 genes in IOP-treated UVB-exposed group compared to UVB-exposed group. XRCC5 and XRCC6 encode Ku70 and Ku80 DNA repair proteins that function collectively during non-homologous end joining during DNA damage. Increased expression of these genes have also been reported in several disorders involving DNA damage to correct the DNA [35, 36]. RAD51 ''encodes a protective enzyme that facilitates the repair of double strand DNA breaks by catalyzing strand transfer between a broken sequence and its undamaged homologue to allow re-synthesis of the damaged region ''[37, 38]. It has a major role in homologous recombination, and assists in recombination repair during extensive DNA damage [38]. Increased expression indicated prompt recruitment of DNA repair proteins for the correction of damaged DNA, and maintaining its integrity during early development. We also found increased expression of GADD45 gene, which encodes the growth arrest and DNA damage proteins that have a critical role during embryogenesis by regulating differentiation (by inducing the zygotic gene expression) along with protecting DNA from spontaneous damage, mainly by efficient recognition and repair of spontaneous DNA damages by ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 1 (TET)-mediated DNA demethylation [39, 40, 41, 42]. This gene was highly expressed in IOP-treated UVB-exposed group, which suggested that IOP greatly enhanced the expression of GADD45 proteins that eventually assisted the embryos in normal development. Network analysis showed that all the DNA repair genes acted in a coordinate manner during cellular signaling against DNA damage. Furthermore, p53 acted as the central player regulating the coordinate response of all the genes involved in DNA repair and pro-apoptotic gene BAX (Figure 8).

FBI probed U.S. philanthropic group at Russia's request without any alleged wrongdoing, report

The FBI reportedly probed the MacArthur Foundation, a U.S. philanthropic organization, at the request of the Russian government even though there were no allegations of criminal actions.

Russia requested information from the FBI in 2004 about the Chicago-based John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and its $4.5 million in grants to Ukrainians, according to documents reviewed by The Washington Times on Monday.

"We would like to ask you to request the U.S. law enforcement authorities to confirm or refute the existence of [this] foundation, and if it exists — confirm the legal nature of transactions whereby the funds were transferred to Ukrainian citizens," the Russian official wrote to the U.S. government.

Since 1970, the MacArthur Foundation has awarded more than $7.5 billion in grants to support democracy, criminal justice, journalism and the climate. The group began working in the former Soviet Union in 1991, but was forced to close in 2015 after the Duma placed the foundation on a list of "undesirable organizations."

The FBI's Chicago office fulfilled Russia's request and the foundation cooperated with the federal agency, the outlet reported.

Joshua Mintz, the Macarthur Foundation’s general counsel, confirmed the organization worked with the FBI but was unaware it was ever under investigation.

"In general, we strive to respond to reasonable requests for information from governmental entities that are otherwise publicly available or from other pertinent sources in response to the legal process," Mintz said. "We responded to a reasonable request from the FBI regarding grants we made, which are public knowledge and included in our tax returns."

The unredacted U.S. government documents do not contain any indication that the MacArthur Foundation was involved in criminal or even questionable activities.
