Ronald Reagan's favorite macaroni and cheese.
1/2 pd. Macaroni
1 teaspoon butter
1 egg beaten
3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese. Reserve 1/2 for top
Put in buttered casserole pan
1 t. Dry mustard dissolve in 1 t hot water
1 t. Salt
1 cup milk
Pour mixture over macaroni sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake 350* 45 minutes until custard is set.
