I learned to use the 1% liquid from a cattle man. His suggested dosage for a parasite cleanse was 1cc per 100 pounds of animal weight, every other day, for a total of 5 dose days. Draw it from the bottle with a syringe, put the solution into a shot of drinking water or whatever.
He uses the paste himself, and just gobs some into his mouth from the tube he leaves on the pickup seat, whenever he feels like it …because he is constantly exposed to animals and their parasites.
I like measuring. I'm also using it for a specific issue -a fungal infection in my bladder that has been a problem for decades, untouchable by antibiotics or potassium iodide solution. His recommended dosage made me feel "not well" at 2.75cc for my 6-1 275 pound ass, so I dialed it down to an even 2cc every other day, and will continue until I feel I don't need to anymore, or take a break at 4 weeks -whichever comes first.
I've experimented over a few months to arrive at my dosage and procedure, and currently pissing dead fungus and its attributes at a healthy rate. Also feel better than I have in years. I know guys who are doing a 4 week run every other day for general purposes, and I think I would advise anyone to at least investigate the stuff, and see how they feel.
