I keep hearing about Children's Tylenol shortages. Tylenol depletes detoxification pathways and could be dangerous given in conjunction with pediatric vaccines. There are also lawsuits over damage to infants whose mother's used Tylenol during pregnancy.

In my humble estimation the world is better off without acetaminophen. There are better ways to reduce pain and fevers are often part of a health immune response.
