The case of Brunson v. Adams, not even reported in the mainstream media, was filed pro se by ordinary American citizens – four brothers from Utah — seeking the removal of President Biden and Vice President Harris, along with 291 U.S. Representatives and 94 U.S. Senators who voted to certify the Electors to the Electoral College on January 6, 2021 without first investigating serious allegations of election fraud in half a dozen states and foreign election interference and breach of national security in the 2020 Presidential Election.

The important national security interests implicated in this case allowed the Brunsons to bypass an appeal that was frozen at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and get the case to the Supreme Court which has now scheduled a hearing for January 6, 2023. The Brunson Petition for a Writ of Certiorari would require the votes of only four Justices to move the case forward.

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says that the Jan. 6 committee's criminal referral to the Justice Department against former President Donald Trump is unconstitutional and violates separation of powers.

During the Jan 6. final committee hearing Monday, the panel unanimously made four criminal referrals against former President Trump.

"In my view, it's clearly unconstitutional," Dershowitz said on Monday's edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "Article One limits the power of Congress through legislative actions. This is not a legislative action — naming a specific individual and referring them to the Justice Department. It's not legislative and it tramples on the authority of the executive branch."

"The 14th Amendment provides one specific time when Congress may in fact, act against an individual," he later continued. "That is if the person was engaged in an insurrection or rebellion, like in the Civil War, and they didn't act under that provision."

Dershowitz said that he believes that the Justice Department will accept these referrals and will most likely ignore them.

"I think the Justice Department will be polite and accept them, and then go on with its own investigation," he stated. "Remember, they now have a special counsel. They have the ability to investigate. They have a much higher standard of prosecution than Congress does. So they will politely ignore what Congress has said."

According to the Harvard law professor, the law has been weaponized and it is becoming more and more obvious to everyday Americans.

"We're seeing the law weaponized and once the Republicans get power, they'll probably do some of the same thing," Dershowitz concluded. "So the American public has to be protected against the weaponization of our legal system for partisan purposes."

After Killing Trump Program to Crack Down on Crime, Biden DOJ Celebrates Fewest Arrests in 20 Years

The Department of Justice under President Joe Biden released new data on Thursday, and it wasn't good. Yet the DOJ is seemingly bragging that the "number of federal arrests reached the lowest point in two decades" in Fiscal Year 2021 as if that's an achievement to be proud of.

The numbers come via the Federal Justice Statistics report, showing that "arrests by federal law enforcement agencies declined 35% from fiscal year (FY) 2020 to FY 2021, reaching the lowest level over the past two decades."

The report cited COVID-triggered pandemic restrictions as a reason why "federal arrests declined 81% and cases charged in federal court declined 77%" between March and April in 2020, with an additional decline of 25% in arrests and 20% in cases charged, from October 2020 to February 2021.

What's more, the latest statistics report noted, in its apparent hyping-up of lawlessness, that in the 10 fiscal years from 2011 to 2021, "the number of persons under federal correctional control declined 15%, from 410,887 to 350,543." As readers may recall, there was a push by the left to use COVID to empty prisons and return more criminals to the streets before their sentences were served in-full.

But it's not like there was less crime during the same period or a lack of success in federal prosecution of cases. According to the DOJ's report, "about 9 in 10" of defendants who were charged in federal district courts were convicted. Nearly three-quarters of those convicted were sentenced to prison for a median punishment of 37 months behind bars.

Then-President Trump and his Attorney General Bill Barr worked to crack down on crime in the wake of the pandemic by launching Operation Legend in major U.S. cities, beginning with Kansas City in July 2020. Operation Legend then expanded as more cities partnered with the Trump DOJ to get violent criminals peddling deadly substances put away, including Chicago, Albuquerque, Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Memphis, and Indianapolis.

At the end of 2020, Attorney General Barr noted that "Operation Legend removed violent criminals, domestic abusers, carjackers and drug traffickers from nine cities which were experiencing stubbornly high crime and took illegal firearms, illegal narcotics and illicit monies off the streets. By most standards, many would consider these results as a resounding success—amid a global pandemic, the results are extraordinary," he added. "When we launched Operation Legend, our goal was to disrupt and reduce violent crime, hold violent offenders accountable and give these communities the safety they deserve," Barr said.

That is, there was no reason for the pandemic to create a lasting decrease in federal law enforcement activity. Operation Legend was a success and it should have been continued when Biden took office in January 2021. But his administration quietly canceled the program, despite its success.

In the roughly seven months Operation Legend was active, the DOJ made more than 6,000 arrests — 467 for homicide alone — while more than 2,600 firearms, 32 kilos of heroin, 17 kilos of fentanyl, 300 kilos of methamphetamine, 135 kilos of cocaine, and $11 million worth of illicit proceeds were seized.

And Biden still killed the program that was designed to be "a sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative in which federal law enforcement agencies work in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight violent crime" and instead chose to hype up the lowest number of federal arrests in 20 years.

It's not just bad that the Biden administration is trying to be soft on crime, it's that they expect to wear their leniency as a badge of honor in the name of some twisted idea of "social justice."

In 2016, Donald Trump accomplished the most significant political win in American history. He defeated Hilary Clinton – the ultimate Washington insider as former First Lady, senator, and Secretary of State. For Clinton fans, the victory was unthinkable, but Trump’s forthright speeches, confident , demeanor, America First agenda, and most significantly, his determination to fight put him over the top.

His campaign staff let Trump be Trump, and that’s the Trump we all love. We applauded as Trump needled his opponents in both the Republican primary and the presidential election. Nothing was more satisfying than seeing him castigate the politicians who have failed the American people so miserably. Trump demolished the GOP elite, turning over power to the people.

Opponents piled on in a Never Trump onslaught, but he triumphed. Unfortunately, Trump’s campaign in 2020 had little resemblance to 2016. He was undermined by establishment people who competed to see who could tame Trump or exploit him for personal and economic advantage the most. Instead of being fierce Trump defenders, the 2020 campaign team was treading carefully to protect its own image.

Donald Trump received the most votes of any sitting US president despite the impact of COVID-19.

Trump’s presidency was the first to be defined by the president himself. It’s fantastic to see Trump make one last bid for president in 2024. Joe Biden’s administration is an exercise in destroying America, with an open borders policy, soaring energy costs, and edging us closer to war.

Americans are putting up the bat signal, calling for real leadership. A survey from Monmouth University this summer found that 88% of Americans feel the country is on the wrong track.

Trump’s “America First” platform of secure borders, energy autonomy, and a military approach to achieving peace is the blueprint for a stronger country. To win the presidency in 2024, Trump will need more than just his agenda and track record. Trump is the key to his success. People close to Trump appear to be working on a 2020-style image makeover to make him look more presidential and professional. Trump voters in 2016 weren’t looking for a statesman, a career politician, or even a diplomat.

Especially in a world dominated by despots like Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, and a bureaucratic swamp run by career Beltway politicians. We need someone who will stand up to them – Trump has done that.

The results of the 2022 midterms should serve as a warning that “reining in” Trump will lead to a loss in the 2024 presidential election. It was frustrating to see Trump at midterm rallies restricted to reading speeches rather than speaking from the heart, being provocative, and stirring up the media. As in 2016, everyone will be against Trump in 2024, and he won’t be able to win without skilled strategists and staunchly loyal defenders who aren’t afraid of a good fight.

Republican primary success is guaranteed by the MAGA base, but Trump’s appeal to the mainstream by simply being Trump is what will win him the White House.

The historic significance of Brunson v Adams ranks with the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

I say this with no fear of contradiction as every aspect of this case bears on whether our Constitutionthat supports the very freedoms that we enjoy and that make us different from third world dictatorships.

Brunson v Adams is THAT important.

This says the Court could very well rule in favor of Lake or if Lake wins in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, decline to hear Hobbs' objections and in so doing, let a victory for Lake stand.

While as much public attention as could slip by the media censors has been focused on the U.S. Supreme Court’s taking the cases of Moore v Harper and Missouri v Biden, neither would immediately upend the 2020 Presidential Election.

But Brunson v Adams could, which is why you have heard nothing about it.

Despite the news blackout, the thugs that run our government may very well be threatening the High Court’s Justices and their families over the possible outcome of Brunson v Adams.

It is that important.

The case was brought by four brothers from Utah that were outraged that most of the Congress ignored its constitutionally mandated duty to investigate the circumstances of the fake election in 2020.

The Brunsons rightly point out that each member of Congress that helped certify the fake “election” of a “Manchurian Candidate” and criminal, violated his or her oath of office requiring them to defend and uphold our Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Brunson v. Adams, seeks the removal of President Biden and Vice President Harris, because they were certified as winners in violation of constitutionally mandated due diligence on the part of those that disregarded their oaths of office by their failure to support and defend to constitutional process of certification.

Brunson v Adams also seeks to remove all 291 U.S. Congressional Representatives and 94 U.S. Senators who voted to certify the Electors to the Electoral College on January 6, 2021

without first investigating serious allegations of election fraud in half a dozen states and foreign election interference and breach of national security in the 2020 Presidential Election.

Since this could restore Donald Trump to office as President of the United States, this theory HAS to be what the “crazy conspiracy right wingers” were talking about two years ago.

Of course, those of us that knew and understood the theory of Brunson v Adams never dreamed things would be so bad that the Supreme Court Justices would

blatantly dodge their responsibilities to hear at least one of the many cases that sought to have the clear evidence of rampant voter fraud heard in a court of law.

In their pro se filing, the Brunson brothers very wisely stressed that the findings of Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe indicating foreign government interference in our national election, made the matter one of important NATIONAL SECURITY INTERESTS.

The USSC has scheduled a hearing for January 6, 2023 on the Brunsons’ demand for a writ of certiorari which is a demand from a superior court to a lower court that the lower court forward it all of the records of a particular case. A Writ of Certiorari needs only FOUR Justices to vote to grant it so it has a very good chance of succeeding.

A logical question regarding the so far fair treatment the USSC has given this case would be: What was the turning point that forced the Justices to put aside their still well-founded fears of retaliation from the thugs in our government and do what is right and required of honest people?

It would seem that, aside from their threats of bodily harm toward the members of the USSC, the Democrats’ constant talk of trying to use a term limit system to steal the Supreme Court with Court Packing is a likely reason.

Such a system would open the door to a calamitous constitutional crisis of 1860s proportion.

To move their cherished Court packing scheme, forward the Democrats would have to quickly ram through the necessary laws before the end to this current Congressional session – but with these thugs and criminals anything is possible. The fact that it is a violation violations of Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution which gives Justices a lifetime appointment, would legally stop them but their overt contempt for the USSC has already made its impression on the Court’s six conservatives.

The threats to several Justices and their families and the revolution at having to live in fear since the

overturning of Roe v. Wade may have taken its toll on the Justices’ willingness to just “grin and bear it all.”

Instead, the Justices might be viewing the Brunson case as a way remove the threat to our Constitution by walloping the lot of them- one can only hope.

With the recent twitter revelations and other news, the USSC might be ready to act decisively and courageously to be America heroes.

As the Brunson lawsuit argues, all of Congress was put on notice prior to its January 6th vote by more than a hundred of its own members detailing serious allegations of election frauds and calling for creation of an electoral commission to investigate the allegations.

Moreover, the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as required, submitted a report on foreign threats to the 2020 Presidential election by December 18, 2020.

That deadline, set by Congress itself, came and went without any action on the evidence heavy report from John Ratcliffe of the DNI.

In fact, John Ratcliffe reported that 17 U.S. intelligence agencies found evidence of foreign election but were not unanimous in their belief that what they found was sufficient to overturn the outcome of the election.

Nevertheless, honest prudence and a search for the truth and fidelity to their oath of office would have required an inquiry to see what the truth was – nothing happened.

Congress pushed it aside and approved the fraudulent election results on January 6th with the help of the feckless quisling Mike Pence.

There is a clear history of what to do in a situation like that.

In 1876, the first time the Democrats tried to steal a presidential election, Congress set up a special Electoral Commission to investigate.

In January of 2021 the criminals in Congress had two weeks to look into the charges of blatant and rampant Democrat voter fraud and did nothing.

They violated their oath of office.

There were plenty of treasonous acts committed in January of 2021 and the Brunson case can be a remedy for the crimes against of freedoms.

Let us pray that the Supreme Court will find the courage to save us.

Two Super-Earths May Be Mostly Water

A team led by researchers at the University of Montreal has found evidence that two exoplanets orbiting a red dwarf star are "water worlds," where water makes up a large fraction of the entire planet. These worlds, located in a planetary system 218 light-years away in the constellation Lyra, are unlike any planet found in our solar system.

The team, led by Caroline Piaulet of the Trottier Institute for Research on Exoplanets at the University of Montreal, published a detailed study of this planetary system, known as Kepler-138, in the journal Nature Astronomy Dec. 15, 2022.

Piaulet and colleagues observed exoplanets Kepler-138 c and Kepler-138 d with NASA's Hubble and the retired Spitzer space telescopes and discovered that the planets could be composed largely of water. These two planets and a smaller planetary companion closer to the star, Kepler-138 b, had been discovered previously by NASA's Kepler Space Telescope. The new study found evidence for a fourth planet, too.

Water wasn't directly detected at Kepler-138 c and d, but by comparing the sizes and masses of the planets to models, astronomers conclude that a significant fraction of their volume – up to half of it – should be made of materials that are lighter than rock but heavier than hydrogen or helium (which constitute the bulk of gas giant planets like Jupiter). The most common of these candidate materials is water.

"We previously thought that planets that were a bit larger than Earth were big balls of metal and rock, like scaled-up versions of Earth, and that's why we called them super-Earths," explained Björn Benneke, study co-author and professor of astrophysics at the University of Montreal. "However, we have now shown that these two planets, Kepler-138 c and d, are quite different in nature and that a big fraction of their entire volume is likely composed of water. It is the best evidence yet for water worlds, a type of planet that was theorized by astronomers to exist for a long time."

With volumes more than three times that of Earth and masses twice as big, planets c and d have much lower densities than Earth. This is surprising because most of the planets just slightly bigger than Earth that have been studied in detail so far all seemed to be rocky worlds like ours. The closest comparison, say researchers, would be some of the icy moons in the outer solar system that are also largely composed of water surrounding a rocky core.

"Imagine larger versions of Europa or Enceladus, the water-rich moons orbiting Jupiter and Saturn, but brought much closer to their star," explained Piaulet. "Instead of an icy surface, they would harbor large water-vapor envelopes."

Researchers caution the planets may not have oceans like those on Earth directly at the planet's surface. "The temperature in Kepler-138 d's atmosphere is likely above the boiling point of water, and we expect a thick dense atmosphere made of steam on this planet. Only under that steam atmosphere there could potentially be liquid water at high pressure, or even water in another phase that occurs at high pressures, called a supercritical fluid," Piaulet said.

In 2014, data from NASA's Kepler Space Telescope allowed astronomers to announce the detection of three planets orbiting Kepler-138. This was based on a measurable dip in starlight as the planet momentarily passed in front of their star.

Benneke and his colleague Diana Dragomir, from the University of New Mexico, came up with the idea of re-observing the planetary system with the Hubble and Spitzer space telescopes between 2014 and 2016 to catch more transits of Kepler-138 d, the third planet in the system, in order to study its atmosphere.

The two possible water worlds, Kepler-138 c and d, are not located in the habitable zone, the area around a star where temperatures would allow liquid water on the surface of a rocky planet. But in the Hubble and Spitzer data, researchers additionally found evidence for a new planet in the system, Kepler-138 e, in the habitable zone.

This newly found planet is small and farther from its star than the three others, taking 38 days to complete an orbit. The nature of this additional planet, however, remains an open question because it does not seem to transit its host star. Observing the exoplanet's transit would have allowed astronomers to determine its size.

With Kepler-138 e now in the picture, the masses of the previously known planets were measured again via the transit timing-variation method, which consists of tracking small variations in the precise moments of the planets' transits in front of their star caused by the gravitational pull of other nearby planets.

The researchers had another surprise: they found that the two water worlds Kepler-138 c and d are "twin" planets, with virtually the same size and mass, while they were previously thought to be drastically different. The closer-in planet, Kepler-138 b, on the other hand, is confirmed to be a small Mars-mass planet, one of the smallest exoplanets known to date.

"As our instruments and techniques become sensitive enough to find and study planets that are farther from their stars, we might start finding a lot more of these water worlds," Benneke concluded.
