I just saw this image posted on HalbChan with no mention of context, but I knew that I had seen it before but couldn't remember what it was supposed to be about.
Now I remember.
Their is a giant earthquake predicted for that time because of the immense tidal forces and energy being projected on that region of the globe.
It's supposed to set off the Madrid Fault as the largest Earthquake ever recorded.
