On further review, "shock the world" is in 4 separate posts; picrels 2 and 3.
"First arrest will verify action and confirm future direction." Does appear after a sentence after indictments, so one is led towards "legal" sense of 'arrest' but, dual meanings exist.
So I guess yeah, does seem to be verifying that the jabbed are the "non-control group" in this world-wide experiment…
