It was/is a vicious cycle of recruitment, a facade and illusion that the US of A had a system of federally funded programs to catch and stop the behavior but turned out to only entice it, protect it, and continue it. The children who were raped/groomed -who THEN turned adults and continued to do it become guilty from their actions as ADULTS, not what happened to them as a child. Some do escape, some repent even if it is on deaf ears
Take Hunter Bidan for example; he was most likely sold to predators as a child allowing Joe Bidan to grow in the ranks/political sphere for the cameras; Hunter then became a money man and all he had to do was rape/have sex with minors infront of his laptop; eventually someone in the spiritual warfare realm collapsed him making him turn in his laptop to the outside controlling agency; he is guilty for those crimes, not the abuse he suffered during his grooming regimen as a child.
One of the issues is Age of Consent here in the US of A as there is a 'Freedom of Religion'; what religion/cult would claim freedom to rape others there and how would they secretly escape justice?
