Maine School Secretly Gender-Transitioned 13-Year-Old Girl

 

When a 13-year-old girl said she actually was a boy, teachers at her Maine school allegedly started using male pronouns for her and a counselor gave her a breast binder to wear to create the appearance of a flatter chest.

 

No one told her mother.

 

Amber Lavigne said she discovered the device in her daughter’s bedroom. It was then that the child admitted a staff member at the Great Salt Bay Community School had given it to her, as well as changing the name and pronouns she used at school, Lavigne told her community’s school board members during a public meeting on Dec. 14.

 

The youngster was told to keep it a secret from her parents, which caused her increasing β€œstress, anxiety, and depression,” Lavigne told the school board of the Central Lincoln County School System (CLCSS) AOS 93. The district serves seven rural communities in mid-coast Maine.

 

β€œUtilizing these devices can cause serious side effects,” Lavigne told board members.

 

Studies suggest breast binders can cause back pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, skin problems, and rib fractures.

 

When Lavigne expressed concern to school officials for β€œthis heinous act, they expressed grave concern,” she told board members.

 

Her daughter had turned 13 just a month before.

 

β€œShe’s a minor childβ€”my minor child!” the mother said, fighting tears throughout her three-minute opportunity to speak at the meeting. β€œAnd under no circumstances should she have been provided a chest binder without the knowledge of the parents.”

 

The school won’t release notes from meetings between the social worker and the child, Lavigne told board members.

 

A worker β€œat the school encouraged a student to keep a secret from their parents!” Lavigne said. β€œThis is the very definition of child predatory sexual grooming. Predators work to gain a victim’s trust by driving a wedge between them and their parents.”

 

Voice quavering, Lavigne demanded that all employees with β€œknowledge of the secret be immediately terminated from their positions,” and β€œthat our child’s records be released to us. Laws, policies, and parental trust were broken.”

 

A wedge was driven between the child and her parents, Lavigne continued.

So I’m watching Fox News (I know…), and every so often, they’ll bring in someone from the McCarthy camp, and boy I’ll tell you what; they are fucking SEETHING about this.

 

It actually raises some red flags how angry they’re getting about it. I already didn’t like McCarthy because he was a little cunt about the STOLEN 2020 election and Jan 6, but now it’s fucking CONFIRMED. Kevin McCarthy is BAD NEWS, and every slink they trot out to speak on his behalf is right there with him.

 

With that said, there are a couple patterns I’m noticing:

 

They ALL mention not being able to block the 87,000 irs agents if they can’t get McCarthy in place. This strikes me as being very strange because republicans could be taking a fucking BUZZSAW to Washington and THAT’S the first thing they open with? Please. The IRS can suck my dick.

 

The other thing they keep saying is the Jordan faction (we don’t really have an adequate name for these Patriots yet) keeps moving the goal posts, but they NEVER say HOW. All they do is launch ad hominem attacks at the Jordan faction. This (like everything else he does) was very, VERY obvious with Dan Crenshaw. God, what a fucking FAGGOT he is. I hate him.

 

Anyways, I LOVE what’s happening to the Republican Party tonight. We NEEDED this. We NEED to get these establishment cock suckers out of Washington. So I’m praying for solidarity among the dissenters. They have a real chance to do something meaningful here.

It's very likely that you have not heard anything from the fake news regarding the Supreme Court’s decision to meet on January 6, 2023, to discuss whether or not to place the case of Brunson v. Adams on the full Supreme Court’s docket. Brunson v. Alma S. Adams is a lawsuit that has been brought against 388 federal officers for failing to heed states’ warnings about illegal votes. The basis of this case involves Rule 11, which identifies this case as impacting our national security, allowing for an expedited path to the U.S. Supreme Court. In fact, the Supreme Court has expressed enough interest in this case that it has instructed the Clerk of the Court to reach out to the plaintiffs to help them present their case. The basis of the case is that the defendants, which includes members of Congress, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Mike Pence, voted to certify the 2020 election without having investigated the election after receiving a valid request from 154 congressmen to investigate six states where there was a question of validity. The case alleges that these individuals violated their oath to defend the Constitution. The request to investigate the election was brought by Ted Cruz and 154 congressmen, noting the fact that the Director of Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, head of 17 intelligence gathering agencies, stated on multiple occasions that there was Chinese interference with the 2020 election. The question before the court is not whether the election was valid, but that by violating their oath to defend the Constitution and investigate the possibility of Chinese interference, they invalidated themselves from holding public office.

Termination of Treaties by Notice.β€”Typically, a treaty provides for its termination by notice of one of the parties, usually after a prescribed time from the date of notice. Of course, treaties may also be terminated by agreement of the parties, or by breach by one of the parties, or by some other means. But it is in the instance of termination by notice that the issue has frequently been raised: where in the Government of the United States does the Constitution lodge the power to unmake treaties?401 Reasonable arguments may be made locating the power in the President alone, in the President and Senate, or in the Congress. Presidents generally have asserted the foreign relations power reposed in them under Article II and the inherent powers argument made in CurtissWright. Because the Constitution requires the consent of the Senate for making a treaty, one can logically argue that its consent is also required for terminating it. Finally, because treaties are, like statutes, the supreme law of the land, it may well be argued that, again like statutes, they may be undone only through lawmaking by the entire Congress; additionally, since Congress may be required to implement treaties and may displace them through legislation, this argument is reenforced.

 

Definitive resolution of this argument appears only remotely possible. Historical practice provides support for all three arguments and the judicial branch seems unlikely to essay any answer.

 

Although abrogation of the French treaty, mentioned above, is apparently the only example of termination by Congress through a public law, many instances may be cited of congressional actions mandating terminations by notice of the President or changing the legal environment so that the President is required to terminate. The initial precedent in the instance of termination by notice pursuant to congressional action appears to have occurred in 1846,402 when by joint resolution Congress authorized the President at his discretion to notify the British government of the abrogation of the Convention of August 6, 1827, relative to the joint occupation of the Oregon Territory. As the President himself had requested the resolution, the episode is often cited to support the theory that international conventions to which the United States is a party, even those terminable on notice, are terminable only through action of Congress.403 Subsequently, Congress has often passed resolutions denouncing treaties or treaty provisions, which by their own terms were terminable on notice, and Presidents have usually, though not invariably, carried out such resolutions.404 By the La Follette-Furuseth Seaman’s Act,405 President Wilson was directed, β€œwithin ninety days after the passage of the act, to give notice to foreign governments that so much of any treaties as might be in conflict with the provisions of the act would terminate on the expiration of the periods of notice provided for in such treaties,” and the required notice was given.406 When, however, by section 34 of the Jones Merchant Marine Act of 1920, the same President was authorized and directed within ninety days to give notice to the other parties to certain treaties, with which the Act was not in conflict but which might restrict Congress in the future from enacting discriminatory tonnage duties, President Wilson refused to comply, asserting that he β€œdid not deem the direction contained in section 34 . . . an exercise of any constitutional power possessed by Congress.”407 The same attitude toward section 34 was continued by Presidents Harding and Coolidge.408

Very few precedents exist in which the President terminated a treaty after obtaining the approval of the Senate alone. The first occurred in 1854–1855, when President Pierce requested and received Senate approval to terminate a treaty with Denmark.409 When the validity of this action was questioned in the Senate, the Committee on Foreign Relations reported that the procedure was correct, that prior full-Congress actions were incorrect, and that the right to terminate resides in the treaty-making authorities, the President and the Senate.410

 

Examples of treaty terminations in which the President acted alone are much disputed with respect both to facts and to the underlying legal circumstances.411 Apparently, President Lincoln was the first to give notice of termination in the absence of prior congressional authorization or direction, and Congress shortly thereafter by joint resolution ratified his action.412 The first such action by the President, with no such subsequent congressional action, appears to be that of President McKinley in 1899, in terminating an 1850 treaty with Switzerland, but the action may be explainable as the treaty being inconsistent with a subsequently enacted law.413 Other such renunciations by the President acting on his own have been similarly explained and similarly the explanations have been controverted. Although the Department of State, in setting forth legal justification for President Carter’s notice of termination of the treaty with Taiwan, cited many examples of a President’s acting alone, many of these are ambiguous and may be explained away by, for example, conflicts with later statutes, changed circumstances, or the like.414

 

No such ambiguity accompanied President Carter’s action on the Taiwan treaty,415 and a somewhat lengthy Senate debate was provoked. In the end, the Senate on a preliminary vote approved a β€œsense of the Senate” resolution claiming for itself a consenting role in the termination of treaties, but no final vote was ever taken and the Senate thus did not place itself in conflict with the President.416 However, several Members of Congress went to court to contest the termination, apparently the first time a judicial resolution of the question had been sought. A divided Court of Appeals, on the merits, held that presidential action was sufficient by itself to terminate treaties, but the Supreme Court, no majority agreeing on a common ground, vacated that decision and instructed the trial court to dismiss the suit.417 Although no Court opinion bars future litigation, it appears that the political question doctrine or some other rule of judicial restraint will leave such disputes to the contending forces of the political branches.418

WHO Scientists Call on China to Reveal Real COVID-19 Death Numbers

 

Lead scientific advisers for the World Health Organization are seeking a β€œmore realistic picture” of the state of COVID-19 in China, following several obfuscations by China’s communist regime.

 

The WHO invited Chinese scientists to a closed meeting with its technical advisory group on Jan. 3, intending to allow Chinese scientists to present data concerning the variants of COVID-19 currently circulating in China.

 

The meeting between the WHO and China’s scientists will not be open to the public or the press, however, and has been marred by attempts from Beijing to conceal the true scale of the devastation being wrought by COVID-19 in China.

 

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which rules China as a single-party state, lifted its so-called zero-COVID policy in December following historic protests that swept the nation. Rather than phase out the measures, however, the regime ended them in toto, and now cases are surging throughout China.

 

Speaking to the press ahead of Tuesday’s meeting, virologist and WHO committee member Marion Koopmans said that the information Chinese authorities had presented on COVID hospitalization rates was β€œnot very credible,” and urged the regime to be more honest for the sake of China’s people.

 

β€œWe want to see a more realistic picture of what is actually going on,” Koopmans said.

 

β€œIt is in the interests of China itself to come forward with more reliable information.”

CCP Concealing Mass Death and Infection

 

Nearly three years of the CCP’s zero-COVID lockdowns left the Chinese public with little natural immunity against the disease, which appears to be spiraling out of control in China.

 

Despite this, the regime reported that the number of Chinese people who died from COVID-19 in December was just 10. Similarly, the regime reported three new COVID deaths on Jan. 2 and only one new death on Jan. 1.

 

However, leaked images of papers from a CCP conference revealed that the authorities believe as many as 248 million people became infected within the first 20 days of December. The virus has infected more than half of the residents in the country’s capital of Beijing and Sichuan Province in southwestern China, according to the documents.

 

A report released by the UK-based health data firm Airfinity in December estimated that around 9,000 people in China die each day from COVID-19, and that number will likely reach 25,000 deaths per day by late January. Cumulative deaths in China since Dec. 1 have probably reached 161,000, the report said.

 

The BMJ, a weekly peer-reviewed medical trade journal, issued an article on Jan. 3 that found that the CCP was completely obfuscating meaningful data about COVID-19 by changing the criteria it uses to count hospitalizations and deaths.

 

β€œChina has effectively stopped counting covid cases and deaths, abandoning mass testing and adopting new criteria for counting deaths that will exclude most fatalities from being reported,” the article said.

 

Despite the onslaught of new cases, the CCP has announced that it will reopen its borders on Jan. 8.

Elon Musk has subpoenaed the head of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund in litigation over a 2018 tweet claiming the Tesla chief had β€œfunding secured” to take the electric carmaker private. Tesla’s legal team served papers to an office administrator for PIF governor Yasir al-Rumayyan on December 19, according to court documents filed in California federal court on Tuesday. Musk’s team is seeking to have al-Rumayyan, who is also the chair of Saudi Aramco, testify at the trial, which is scheduled to start in San Francisco later this month.

 

Any eventual testimony from al-Rumayyan could focus on discussions the PIF had held with Musk before his β€œfunding secured” pronouncement. The investors who brought the lawsuit claim Musk manipulated Tesla’s stock price when he tweeted in August 2018 that he had financing in place to take the carmaker private at a price of $420 per share. A deal never materialised. Musk has previously said, in public appearances and in court documents, that a β€œhandshake” deal had been reached with al-Rumayyan and the fund to stump up the money required to take Tesla off the public markets. But filings in the case have revealed how the relationship between Musk and al-Rumayyan broke down following a Bloomberg article stating the PIF was merely in talks over the go-private idea. β€œYou said you were definitely interested in taking Tesla private and had wanted to do so since 2016,” Musk wrote to al-Rumayyan in a text message exchange on August 12 2018, published in court filings, saying he had been thrown β€œunder the bus” by a β€œweak sauce” statement issued by the PIF in response to the story. Musk added: β€œYou also made it clear that you were the decision maker, moreover backed strongly by the Crown Prince, who regards this as strategically important at a national level.”

 

In response, al-Rumayyan wrote the fund had not received required financial information from Tesla, and that it β€œtakes two to tango”. β€œLet’s see the numbers and get our people to meet and discuss. We cannot approve something that we don’t have sufficient information on,” al-Rumayyan wrote, adding: β€œI am your friend. So, please don’t treat me like an enemy.” With financing falling through, Musk looked to other outside investors to take Tesla private β€” but within two weeks had abandoned the idea. Musk’s legal team did not respond to requests for comment on the subpoena. Three other PIF executives were also served, according to court filings. The PIF said it had no immediate comment.

A Damariscotta mom demanded the resignation of several public school officials at a school board meeting Wednesday following her discovery that a school social worker had begun secretly transitioning her 13-year-old daughter’s gender.

 

In an emotionally charged address to the school board, Amber Lavigne said a Central Lincoln County School System (CLCSS) social worker at Great Salt Bay Community School in Damariscotta provided a chest binder to her daughter β€” a gender transitioning device the employee encouraged the young girl to keep secret from her parents.

 

Lavigne said she’d never met the social worker β€” Samuel Roy β€” and had no idea school employees were secretly working to put her daughter on the path to gender transition. Other officials in the school also participated in the young girl’s social transition, using masculine pronouns to address her.

Chest binders are medical devices used to flatten the appearance of breasts in females who are uncomfortable with the appearance of their chest. The devices can cause back pain, skin irritation, infections, and exacerbate underlying health conditions even when worn properly.

 

In adults, the devices typically require proper fitting and regular breaks. Advocates for sex-change surgeries as a treatment for gender dysphoria see chest benders as a stepping stone to eventual double mastectomies, a surgery that removes healthy breast tissue.

 

Lavigne said she was aware that her daughter was seeing a social worker in the school system, but that her daughter had been reassigned to a new social worker in October. She was never told about Roy, the new social worker, and Roy never contacted her. She said the chest binder was provided less than two weeks after her daughter first met Roy.

 

Although school administrators initially expressed alarm when Lavigne confronted them about what had happened, she later learned that no school system employee, including Roy, will lose their job over the plan to secretly gender transition a 13-year-old student.

 

She said her daughter turned 13 a month before the social worker started the clandestine plan.

 

The Maine Wire placed multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails to various CLCSS school officials; none of them responded to our inquiries.

 

Superintendent Lynsey Johnston, who started in her role in July, did not responded to multiple requests for comment.

 

An email sent to every member of the school board was acknowledged by board member Jesse Butler. In a short response, Butler said he was referring the inquiry to Sam Belknap of Damariscotta, the board chair.

 

Belknap did not respond to subsequent phone and email inquiries.

 

β€œUnder no circumstances should she have been provided a chest binder without the knowledge of her parents,” Lavigne said to the school board.

 

She said the school will not release notes from the meetings with either Roy, or the first social worker, Jessica Allen-Fumarola.

 

β€œA social worker at the school encouraged a student to keep a secret from her parents,” she said. β€œThis is the very definition of child predatory sexual grooming. Predators work to gain a victims’ trust by driving a wedge between them and their parents.”
