Tainted Jury Pool In The β€˜Trial Of The Century’: Two Jurors Have Been Selected In Proud Boys Trial So Far, One Is A Black Lives Matter Organizer – The Other Was Convicted of a DUI

 

The J6 Proud Boy Leadership trial, where jurors will decide whether leaders of the Proud Boys are guilty of sedition and serve up to 20 years in prison, began jury selection on December 19 with US District Judge Timothy E. Kelly presiding.

 

Judge Kelly initially predicted the litigation of the case patriot groups are calling β€œThe Trial of The Century” would require only 2 to 3 days to complete the Jury Selection process. But after a full week in the courtroom, just 21 of 46 jurors have been selected, less than half of the potential jurors needed have been qualified to serve.

 

Throughout the jury selection process so far, there has been increasingly evident that finding an unbiased jury pool within Washington DC – ESPECIALLY in a trial with Proud Boy defendants – will prove to be a very arduous and tumultuous task on several levels. Contention between the government prosecutors and the attorneys representing the 5 defendants has flared up nearly each of the 5 days thus far.

 

On Dec. 19, there was a dispute between attorneys over a potential jury member who testified to the court under oath that she had never been arrested or convicted of a crime. Multiple defense attorneys objected, indicating they had information that she had indeed been both arrested and convicted of a DUI. Judge Kelly immediately intervened, decided to keep this potential juror within the pool β€œfor now” pending verification and asked that the Prosecution and Defense get together to β€œwork something out.” The following day the same issue arose. The judge again determined the best approach was to keep her within the pool of potential jurors, which the prosecution supported while the attorneys for each of the defendants vehemently objected.

 

On Dec. 23, there was a half-day before the court would break for more than a week over the Christmas and New Years’ Holidays. On that day, only a single potential juror was qualified, and even THAT juror – to any objective observer – should not have happened! The qualification of this potential juror led to what has been described by eyewitnesses in the courtroom as an β€œexplosive and fiery” exchange between the lead prosecutor, AUSA Erik Kenerson and one of the defense attorneys, Nicholas Smith. In this exchange, the prosecutor warned Smith is a β€œracist” for his line of questioning of the potential juror – which made the entire courtroom break out into a frenzy, prompting Judge Kelly to gavel the courtroom back into order.

 

That potential juror who was β€œqualified” that Friday by Judge Timothy J. Kelly admitted to being a top organizer for the Washington DC BLM organization! The BLM organization is founded by admittedly β€œMarxist-trained” individuals that espouse socialism, communism, and globalism. This is the very reason why this trial will prove to be so important to the present national discourse – it pits traditional Conservatism and Patriotism against the progressive ideals of Marxism, Communism, and Globalism. This is essentially Constitutional Conservatism (Small Government, Individual Rights & Accountability) vs. Constitutional Progressivism (Large Government, Mob Rule, and the broad-stroking of Cancel Culture)

We were cheated out of much of what was Trumps agenda for four years, during which time β€œthey” tried to prevent him from being elected, then inaugurated, and spent the rest of his term trying to remove him from office, and even impeached him AFTER his term, ALL on β€œTrumped-up” charges.

 

We were cheated out of effective people being appointed to key positions, due to approval processes, by people who HATE this country.

 

We were cheated out of several years of the β€œnormalcy” that we had become accustomed to, due to β€œCovid”, and all of the idiocy that came with it, some of which we are still experiencing.

 

We were cheated out of the 2020 and 2022 elections, with no help from the courts, the legislatures, or the executive branch, at the federal or state levels.

 

The military and law enforcement have failed to step up. It is arguable that they would stand against their own sworn oaths of office, if so ordered. They have become a sham.

 

And the exposure from the Twitter files shows direct involvement of the IC (Intelligence Community - ALL OF THEM) AGAINST We the People and the Constitution.

 

And now, β€œthey” are trying to prevent him from running again; the best we can expect is more of the same.

 

We will NOT be able to vote our way out of this mess; nor will we be able to pray our way out; though I caution against giving up either.

 

IMO, there is NO effective β€œConstitutional remedy”; nor is there a means for a β€œredress of grievances”.

 

We are at the point of the β€œlong train of abuses”, cited in the Declaration of Independence.

I guess I was misunderstood. I started being seriously vaccine skeptical in 2016 after "Vaxxed: From Cover-up to Catastrophe" came out, which I watched despite negative comments made about it.

 

I started off just investigating the MMR. Then the "stuff" got real. I'm educated in biology, medicine and nutrition and the stuff I learned about vaccines was so bad I eventually concluded the CDC schedule was a bioweapons program against the citizenry.

 

By the time the "COVID" jabs came out, I had already decided I'd go jobless and stay home sooner than take one.

 

Sadly, almost no one I knew listened to me, including close family.

A new Florida law designed to restrict political lobbying by current and former public officials has led multiple officeholders to resign.

 

The law prevents public officials from lobbying for six years after their tenure and it bans elected officials from lobbying while in office. It is the longest lobbying ban in the country and is likely the reason why Florida has seen a wave of resignations by high-profile officials.

 

Two state agency heads and Florida’s insurance commissioner have resigned in the weeks leading up to the law coming into effect, according to the Miami Herald.

 

Miami Shores Council member Crystal Wagar and Miami-Dade County School Board Member Lubby Navarro both resigned because of the extended lobbying ban, according to local outlet WPLG 10.

I've had a lot of time to consider this and I think I know what I am seeing. Mass vaccination is the definition of a bioweapons program. When is medical care or treatment EVER the same for everyone?

It has become obvious why Trump supported the vax.

 

They were gonna let a lot of peeps die via multiple pandemics while pharma stood around and played with their thumbs.

Anon bumped into an old female fren earlier while participating in outside society. She said she was very excited that she was pregnant again and told anon to pray that "this one takes", meaning her other attempts have miscarried. She is the type to have had every booster. Consider he and/or his family would likely have been killed as ALL the African leaders who called out the vaccines were. Consider also, that many decades of private citizen efforts to expose the vaccine debacle had failed.

I have been laboriously sharing "anti-vaccine misinformation" at personal cost for about 6 years. I think I managed to persuade one person to avoid the COVID jabs.

 

I shared postcards, sticky notes and other materials including copies of the movie "Vaxxed" I bought books and shared information on social media. I watched countless hours of testimony following the release of "Vaxxed".

 

I've been censored, shadow banned and most recently had my e-mail account shut down it appears due to sharing a video of Carol Baker wanting to get rid of whites due to their "vaccine hesitancy".

 

If the awakening could have occurred another way, I'm open to hearing about it.
