We were cheated out of much of what was Trumps agenda for four years, during which time β€œthey” tried to prevent him from being elected, then inaugurated, and spent the rest of his term trying to remove him from office, and even impeached him AFTER his term, ALL on β€œTrumped-up” charges.

 

We were cheated out of effective people being appointed to key positions, due to approval processes, by people who HATE this country.

 

We were cheated out of several years of the β€œnormalcy” that we had become accustomed to, due to β€œCovid”, and all of the idiocy that came with it, some of which we are still experiencing.

 

We were cheated out of the 2020 and 2022 elections, with no help from the courts, the legislatures, or the executive branch, at the federal or state levels.

 

The military and law enforcement have failed to step up. It is arguable that they would stand against their own sworn oaths of office, if so ordered. They have become a sham.

 

And the exposure from the Twitter files shows direct involvement of the IC (Intelligence Community - ALL OF THEM) AGAINST We the People and the Constitution.

 

And now, β€œthey” are trying to prevent him from running again; the best we can expect is more of the same.

 

We will NOT be able to vote our way out of this mess; nor will we be able to pray our way out; though I caution against giving up either.

 

IMO, there is NO effective β€œConstitutional remedy”; nor is there a means for a β€œredress of grievances”.

Alameda wallets become active days after SBF bail, community mulls foul play

 

The recent movement of funds from Alameda wallets just days after Sam Bankman Fried was released on bail raised many eyebrows about the timing.

 

The crypto wallets associated with now-bankrupt trading firm Alameda Research, the sister company of FTX, were seen transferring out funds just days after the former CEO Sam Bankman Fried was released on a $250 million bond.

 

The transfer of funds from Alameda wallets raised community curiosity, but more than that, the way in which these funds were transferred grabbed the community’s attention. The Alameda wallet was found to be swapping bits of ERC-20s for Ether ETH tickers down $1,199/Tether USDT tickers down $1.00, and then the ETH and USDT were funneled through instant exchangers and mixers.

 

For example, a wallet address that starts with 0x64e9 received over 600 ETH from wallets that belong to Alameda, part of it was swapped to USDT while the other part of the transaction was sent to ChangeNow.

 

On-chain analyst ZachXBT noted that the Alameda wallet was eventually swapping the funds for Bitcoin BTC tickers down $16,568 using decentralized exchanges such as FixedFloat and ChangeNow.

 

The never-ending FTX saga sees a new twist every day, and the latest transfer of funds to scoop out whatever is left in those crypto wallets is worrying for the community.

 

Many speculated that the pattern in which these funds are being swapped looks like an exploiter, but given Bankman-Fried’s known criminal past now, many speculated it could be an insider job to take out whatever is left in those wallets.

 

Others questioned the bail conditions and asked why was he given access to the internet. One user wrote that the former CEO was β€œdesperately trying to funnel money out,” adding, β€œwhy did his bail condition include no computer/internet access?”

The ongoing fund movements from Alameda wallets coincided with Bankman Fried’s bail because right after FTX filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 11, the exchange wallets were hacked for millions of dollars. The United States Department of Justice is currently investigating the $352 million FTX exploit right after its bankruptcy filing as well.

Did disgraced crypto founder Sam Bankman-Fried just cash out $684k to a crypto exchange in the Seychelles while under house arrest?

 

His release conditions are that he not spend more than $1,000 without permission from the court.

When SBF agreed to take over control of the Sushiswap exchange from anonymous founder Chef Nomi in August 2020, he asked for ownership to be transferred to his Ethereum address

 

After SBF was released, his wallet sent all its remaining crypto tokens to a new Ethereum address created an hour earlier. In 3 hours, over 100 new deposits were made to this wallet from various addresses, most having links to SBFs defunct hedge fund Alameda Research

In less than 4 hours, 570 ETH worth approximately $684,000 was transferred out of this new wallet, to various destinations.

 

Funds were sent to a no KYC exchange based in the Seychelles and to the Bitcoin network via the

@renprotocol, a bridge funded by Alameda.

Perhaps the SEC attorneys would like notice of this. I'm a cartoon lizard so can someone else please email them?

 

As the Ethereum blockchain is an immutable public ledger, this on-chain evidence is permanently available to law enforcement and the courts

Democrat politicians and far-left activists are lobbying for clemency to be granted to a transgender child sex offender and murderer set to be executed next week.

 

Democrat Representatives Cori Bush and Emanuel Cleaver have sent a letter to Republican Missouri Governor Mike Parson urging him to stop the execution.

 

Scott McLaughlin, who began identifying as β€œAmber” while on death row, was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl in 1992. He then went on to stalk and brutally rape and murder his ex-girlfriend Beverly Guenther, in 2003.

 

β€œAccording to court records, Guenther and McLaughlin met in 2002 and began living with each other shortly into the relationship. But the cohabitation was marred by break-ups that were often so serious that Guenther sometimes had to obtain restraining orders to keep McLaughlin away from her,” Reduxx reports. β€œIn the spring of 2003, Guenther and McLaughlin formally ended their relationship, but McLaughlin continued to pursue the woman, exhibiting stalking behaviors by frequently visiting her place of work and calling her.”

 

The report continues, β€œon October 27, 2003, McLaughlin was arrested after burglarizing Guenther’s home. He told arresting officers he was trying to reclaim possessions he left behind at the home while living with Guenther, and was arraigned in November. Guenther had filed for a protective order just two days before McLaughlin murdered her.”

 

Less than one month later, on November 20, McLaughlin went to Guenther’s job and waited for her.

 

As she left work and made her way to her vehicle, Guenther ambushed her, forced her to the ground, and sexually assaulted her. He then stabbed her to death, shoved her body in his car, drove to a river, and left her in the underbrush.

 

The cold-blooded killer was found guilty of forcible rape and first-degree murder. He was ultimately given the death penalty.

 

In their letter too Gov. Parson, Bush and Cleaver claim that the killer should be given a life sentence instead of being executed due to β€œgender dysphoria” and β€œmental health issues.”

 

β€œMs. McLaughlin faced a traumatic childhood and mental health issues throughout her life,” the letter stated. β€œShe experienced horrific abuse and neglect at the hands of various caregivers; court records indicate her adoptive father would frequently strike her with paddles and a night stick, and even tase her. Alongside this horrendous abuse, she was also silently struggling with her identity, grappling with what we now understand is gender dysphoria. The abuse, coupled with the persistent mental turmoil surrounding her identity, led to mild neurological brain damage and multiple suicide attempts both as a child and as an adult.”

 

The far-left politicians also claimed that executing him would be the β€œfirst use of the death penalty on a woman” since 1976.

 

β€œMs. McLaughlin’s cruel execution would mark the state’s first use of the death penalty on a woman since the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated capital punishment in 1976, and even worse it would not solve any of the systemic problems facing Missourians and people all across America, including antiLGBTQ+ hate and violence, and cycles of violence that target and harm women,” the lawmakers said.

Geisinger shooting victim identified

Danville, Pa. β€” The woman gunned down in the parking lot of Geisinger Medical Center Friday night has been identified as a 49-year-old Berwick woman.

Officials say the suspect in the shooting of Vikki Wetzel has been connected to a fatal vehicle crash that occurred about 45 minutes later on Route 42 near Weiser State Forest in Conyngham Township.

In that crash, a male who appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound was found near the vehicle, which had exploded on impact into a tree, officials say. Columbia County Coroner Jeremy Reese said the man had been ejected during the crash, but suffered burns as a result of the body's close proximity to the vehicle fire. He has not been identified while officials work to notify his next of kin, Reese added.

Officials say Wetzel was walking to her car in an upper parking lot following her shift at 5 p.m. in Geisinger's laboratory medicine department when she was shot multiple times. Security cameras at a nearby home captured audio of the gunshots at 5:04 p.m., Montour County Coroner Scott Lynn said.

Police said the suspect fled the area in a dark-colored SUV, believed to be a Ford Edge, which was spotted on surveillance cameras.

An autopsy on Wetzel and the decedent in the crash have been scheduled.

DANVILLE- The Geisinger employee killed in a shooting Friday evening in an employee parking lot of Geisinger Danville is now identified as a Berwick woman. Montour County Coroner Scott Lynn said in a release Saturday killed was 49-year-old Vikki Wetzel.

Lynn says the suspect is an ex-boyfriend of Wetzel’s. There is no threat to the public.

Lynn says Wetzel was returning to her car from her shift at Geisinger’s Laboratory Medicine Department when she was shot multiple times, resulting in her immediate death. The incident occurred just after 5 p.m. Friday in the employee lot off Red Lane in Mahoning Township, Montour County.

Lynn says an autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning.

Geisinger was placed on lockdown during the incident, lifting it just before 10 p.m. Friday, according to employees . Evangelical Community Hospital also was placed on a brief lockdown Friday evening due to the situation at Geisinger.

A former Zulily software engineer allegedly stole more than $300,000 from the company through multiple schemes, including one inspired by the 1999 movie β€œOffice Space,” according to new charging documents filed by prosecutors.

 

No, the alleged fraud didn’t involve a red stapler, or smashing printers in a field. Instead, prosecutors say, Ermenildo β€œErnie” Valdez Castro of Tacoma, Wash., altered the Seattle-based e-commerce company’s code to divert shipping fees from Zulily customer purchases to a Stripe account that he controlled.

 

Evidence against Valdez includes notes in which he referred to the plan as the β€œOfficeSpace project,” in an apparent reference to a storyline in the cult classic film, in which an IT worker embezzles fractions of cents from individual transactions.

 

In a probable-cause certification, Seattle Police Detective Nicholas Kartes said Castro, after waiving his Miranda rights, confirmed in an interview β€œthat he named his scheme to steal money from Zulily after the movie.”

 

Castro, who joined Zulily in 2018, also allegedly stole money using code that double-charged some Zulily customers for shipping.

 

Separately, Castro also manipulated the prices of items sold by Zulily and bought them for pennies-on-the-dollar, according to the charges.

 

Speaking with police detectives, Castro claimed that Zulily was aware of various elements of these plans, saying they were part of his role of conducting testing for the company, even though the funds were going to his personal Stripe account.

 

The probable cause-certification added, β€œWhen asked where the money now is, he stated it was β€˜gone.’ He clarified thathe had used the money to invest in stock options, particularly GameStop stock options, and reiterated that all the money was now gone. He denied purchasing any physical assets with that money.”

77 members of Congress have violated a law designed to prevent insider trading and stop conflicts-of-interest

 

Insider and several other news organizations have identified 77 members of Congress who've recently failed to properly report their financial trades as mandated by the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012, also known as the STOCK Act.

 

Congress passed the law a decade ago to combat insider trading and conflicts of interest among their own members and force lawmakers to be more transparent about their personal financial dealings. A key provision of the law mandates that lawmakers publicly β€” and quickly β€” disclose any stock trade made by themselves, a spouse, or a dependent child.

 

But many members of Congress have not fully complied with the law. They offer excuses including ignorance of the law, clerical errors, and mistakes by an accountant. Insider has chronicled this widespread nature of this phenomenon in "Conflicted Congress," an ongoing reporting project initially published in December.

 

While lawmakers who violate the STOCK Act face a fine, the penalty is usually small β€” $200 is the standard amount β€” or waived by House or Senate ethics officials. Ethics watchdogs and even some members of Congress have called for stricter penalties or even a ban on federal lawmakers from trading individual stocks.

 

On Capitol Hill, lawmakers seriously debated such a ban, with a vote on a consensus bill seemingly imminent during early autumn. But Democrats, who enjoyed majories in the House and Senate through January 2023, did not press legislation forward, and a bill to ban lawmakers from trading stocks ultimately died.

 

A Republican-controlled House and Democrat-controlled Senate would need to work together in 2023 and beyond to reignite a congressional stock-ban effort.

266K Migrants Apprehended in 2 Months in Texas-Based Border Sectors

 

Border Patrol agents in the five Texas-based sectors apprehended more than 266,000 migrants in the first two months of the new fiscal year. Nearly 107,000 of those entered through the El Paso Sector.

 

El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Peter Jaquez reports the increasing number of migrants crossing into the El Paso Sector. During the first two months of Fiscal Year 23, which began on October 1, El Paso Sector agents apprehended 106,561 migrants, according to the November Southwest Land Border Encounters Report released on the Friday night before Christmas. This is up more than 260 percent from the 29,539 apprehended in the same period last year. It is anticipated that more than 50,000 migrants will be apprehended in December.

 

The El Paso Sector continues to be the busiest sector for migrant apprehensions along the southwest border with Mexico.

 

In the Del Rio Sector, agents apprehended 90,482 during the first two months of the fiscal year. This represents an increase of nearly 55 percent over the 58,439 apprehended in the same period last year. The apprehensions trended upward during the first two months with 42,762 in October and 47,720 in November. The trend is expected to continue in December as large migrant groups continue to cross in large numbers.

In major step, Space Force takes over all military satellite communications

 

The Space Force has taken over all of the Department of Defense’s military satellite communication functions, a major step in building the new service.

 

The Navy and the Army have transferred major satellite communication operations to the Space Force in an effort to consolidate training, operations, acquisition and other activities, according to a news release. The transfer marks the first time all military satellite communication functions have been consolidated under a single military service.

 

The Army’s transfers were expected to include $78 million in operations, maintenance and 500 positions, the release said. As part of the consolidation, the Army transferred the Wideband Global SATCOM and Defense Satellite Communications System to the Space Force in August. The Wideband Global SATCOM system is considered the β€œbackbone of the U.S. military’s global satellite communications,” according to the Space Force.

 

The Colorado Springs area did not see a net gain in jobs although some people did transfer from Fort Carson to Schriever Space Force Base, said Col. David Pheasant, commander of Delta 8. His delta focuses on satellite communications as well as position, navigation and timing, and represents about 10% of the Space Force.

 

As part of the overall consolidation, Pheasant said he expects those trained in space operations will be able to spend their entire career working on space missions.

 

β€œThey can build on that knowledge and be able to share it with others,” he said.

 

Previously, a soldier in the Army might spend just a few years working as a satellite operator before moving on to a new job, he said.

 

The transfer of all new Space Force members as part of the consolidation is still underway and is expected to last through December, he said. However, those people are already working for the Space Force, even though they may still officially be members of other military branches.

 

As part of growing Space Force capabilities, Pheasant said he expects the service to grow its partnerships with other countries.

 

For example, the service could put payloads on some of Denmark’s satellites, he said.

 

Expanding capability in space is important because the military is seeing demand for satellite connectivity in the field proliferate, just as demand for data connections has risen in homes. Any resident likely has five devices or more in their home requiring a connection. Similarly, one military vehicle in the field likely has five different pieces of equipment that need satellite connectivity.

Britain’s Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis will be knighted by King Charles III in recognition of his interfaith initiatives, work with the Jewish community, educational programs and other activities.

 

Mirvis was made a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire, one of the UK’s highest honors, according to a Friday announcement by the UK cabinet office.

 

β€œI am enormously honored and deeply humbled by this award,” Mirvis said in a statement to UK media. β€œIt will be particularly moving for me to receive this award from his majesty the king in his first year as our monarch.”

 

Mirvis was honored for his Jewish-Muslim community engagement projects; a program bringing together Anglican and Jewish clergy; working toward greater inclusivity in Orthodox Jewish life and opening opportunities for female leadership in the Jewish community; advocating for Uyghur Muslims; and an LGBTQ education initiative, among other programs.

Think about this in the most practical of terms. Western politicians have created massive inflation through their collective β€˜Build Back Better’ energy policy. The central banks have raised interest rates, an effort to shrink the economy by lowering energy demand, to offset the skyrocketing costs of the energy problem the politicians created.

 

With workers demanding pay raises to help afford the skyrocketing costs of energy, the central EU bank is now worried that wage increases will fuel inflation.

 

There’s a truckload of pretending needed to avoid seeing the insufferable dynamic of reality.

 

Political policy drives up energy costs. Central banks try to drive down energy demand. Workers unable to afford the energy prices created by politicians, are then blamed for the inflation the political policy creates.

The ECB has raised interest rates by a total of 2.5 percentage points since July in a bid to arrest a historic surge in inflation and has promised even more policy tightening over its next several meetings as longer-term price growth expectations have started moving above its 2% target.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) responded to reports that children were spotted at an explicit Orlando drag show in a Thursday statement to the Daily Caller. The DBPR sent a letter to the Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation warning the organization it may lose its venue license if it did in fact allow underage attendance at a Christmas-themed drag show Wednesday. The letter came after the DBPR launched an investigation into an explicit drag show Monday in Fort Lauderdale that was open to β€œall-ages.” Protestors gathered outside the Orlando show Wednesday night, and videos by the press appeared to show children in attendance at the event. Drag queens at the show danced in explicit ways to songs such as β€œScrewdolph the red-nippled reindeer,” according to reports. β€œDBPR is actively investigating this matter,” the DBPR told the Caller. β€œAs stated in the letter our agency sent yesterday [Wednesday], β€˜If minors are allowed to attend this drag show, the Department will take any and all actions available to ensure that you do not pose a threat to minors in the future.'” β€œThe Department will complete its investigation and act accordingly.” The Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation did not respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment by the time of publication.
