i was assuming this case had 0.00% chance of being granted cert.
apparently, though, the SC took it to conference in a manner that suggests there may be a chance - say, a 0.01% chance
it's the Rule 11 acceptance and the desire to get it to conference on J6 that has me raise an eyebrow. that said, I'm still not thinking this will get granted cert.
