We were cheated out of much of what was Trumps agenda for four years, during which time β€œthey” tried to prevent him from being elected, then inaugurated, and spent the rest of his term trying to remove him from office, and even impeached him AFTER his term, ALL on β€œTrumped-up” charges.

 

We were cheated out of effective people being appointed to key positions, due to approval processes, by people who HATE this country.

 

We were cheated out of several years of the β€œnormalcy” that we had become accustomed to, due to β€œCovid”, and all of the idiocy that came with it, some of which we are still experiencing.

 

We were cheated out of the 2020 and 2022 elections, with no help from the courts, the legislatures, or the executive branch, at the federal or state levels.

 

The military and law enforcement have failed to step up. It is arguable that they would stand against their own sworn oaths of office, if so ordered. They have become a sham.

 

And the exposure from the Twitter files shows direct involvement of the IC (Intelligence Community - ALL OF THEM) AGAINST We the People and the Constitution.

 

And now, β€œthey” are trying to prevent him from running again; the best we can expect is more of the same.

 

We will NOT be able to vote our way out of this mess; nor will we be able to pray our way out; though I caution against giving up either.

 

IMO, there is NO effective β€œConstitutional remedy”; nor is there a means for a β€œredress of grievances”.

 

We are at the point of the β€œlong train of abuses”, cited in the Declaration of Independence.

Conservatives are calling for the new GOP Congress to hold REAL investigations into Ukrainian biolabs and money laundering.

 

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky became one of the first international figures to congratulate Kevin McCarthy on his newly-minted speakership in the wee hours of Saturday morning and even tossed in a request for American money in the process. McCarthy, whose speakership campaign had been blocked by conservatives for days, finally won the gavel on the 15th round of voting after the process was manipulated, allowing him to win with less than the 218 votes that are usually required.

Colorado Won’t Name 31,000 Foreign Citizens It Sent Voter Registration Info, So Counties Have No Idea If They Voted

 

Colorado officials are still refusing to cooperate with local counties after the secretary of state’s office sent more than 31,000 foreign nationals postcards on how to register to vote in time for the 2022 midterms.

 

According to a newly released report by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), the Colorado secretary of state’s office has refused to give county election officials the names of foreign nationals who received voter registration instructions in their counties back in October. According to documents obtained by PILF, Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Beall refused to give the names of 54 foreign nationals who were mailed the voter registration postcards in Moffat County.

 

A spokesman for Beall told a Moffat County official there were β€œpotential legal issues that need to be addressed before lists of erroneous recipients in each county can be shared” and that he did not have a timeline for when such issues would be resolved β€” β€œor if they can be at all.”

 

Because the secretary of state’s office is refusing to cooperate with county officials, there is no way for them to check if such ineligible residents voted illegally in the 2022 midterms.

 

As previously reported by The Federalist, the faulty mailer was the result of Colorado’s membership with the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a voter roll management system that ostensibly helps states register new voters. As part of its membership agreement, Colorado is obligated to send at least one voter registration mailer to eligible citizens per election cycle.

 

As I’ve previously explained, ERIC comes up with a list of eligible but unregistered (EBU) potential voters for states by combining data from voter files, department of motor vehicles (DMV) records, and state agencies that perform voter registration functions. After crafting these lists, ERIC sends them to the states, which use them for voter registration outreach.

 

Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office blamed the mailing β€œerror on a database glitch related to the state’s list of residents with driver’s licenses” β€” but ERIC openly admits it creates voter outreach lists using DMV data. In Colorado, foreign citizens may obtain driver’s licenses. (Griswold claimed β€œnone of the noncitizen” drivers would be permitted β€œto register to vote if they [tried].”)

 

Griswold’s office tried to remedy its β€œmistake” soon after by sending out a second round of postcards to recipients of the original mailer, explaining the qualifications to vote. The office also β€œbuilt a mechanism into the online voter registration portal to prevent any of the 31,093 from using the system,” according to PILF.

 

β€œColorado shouldn’t be sending foreign nationals voter registration information,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. β€œWhen they do, the public should be able to see all of the records so we can hold election officials accountable. Transparency in elections is essential. This circus right before a federal election shouldn’t happen. Knowing who is to blame and what went wrong is essential to prevent a repeat.”

 

PILF is currently suing the Colorado Secretary of State’s office for its failure to make public its voter list maintenance records with ERIC. Press Liason Annie Orloff of the secretary of state’s office did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment asking if any of the 31,000 recipients of the mailer voted in the November general election.

Such a course would seem to be clear violations of Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution which provides that Justices β€œshall hold their Offices during good Behavior.” In addition to such institutional threats to the Supreme Court, several justices and their families have been living under constant threats to their personal security since the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

 

Perhaps these institutional and security threats have provided powerful incentives for the Court to put Brunson v. Adams on its docket as a shield to deter any efforts by the lame duck Congress to infringe on the Court’s independence. Or perhaps conservatives on the Court are serious about using the Brunson case as a sword to remove public officials who they believe have violated their constitutional Oaths of office by rubber-stamping electors on Jan. 6th without first conducting any investigation of serious allegations of election fraud and foreign election interference.

 

Moreover, recent weeks have brought a cascade of news suggesting the likelihood of an impending constitutional crisis that could be difficult to resolve without the Court’s intervention.

 

It is now clear that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was colluding with social media giants Twitter and Facebook to censor news of Hunter Biden’s laptop in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election – a most egregious First Amendment violation intended to rig the election outcome and perhaps to install an unaccountable and criminal puppet government. Meanwhile, the Jan. 6 committee may soon send a criminal referral to the Justice Department to arrest President Trump even though his reinstated tweets are a reminder that he was not calling for insurrection but for peaceful protest on Jan. 6.

 

More recently, the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) was reportedly working with Big Tech to censor election critics.

 

Supreme Court justices may well see these approaching storm clouds and conclude that the Court’s intervention is necessary to prevent larger civil unrest resulting from constitutional violations that are undermining public trust and confidence in the outcomes of both the 2020 and 2022 elections.

Sitting here watching the pre-game show on ABC, Chiefs vs. Radiers, and they were all "praising God", thanking God over Damar Hamlin's recovery and I'm thinking, what is going on here? Same thing happened last Monday night on ESPN after Damar Hamlin was injured. ABC owns ESPN. Just looking at Damar Hamlin with his game face on, he looks like a textbook example of a thug. But I saw an interview he did and it was immediately noticable that this young man is a man of character, family, God. You can just tell by the way that some people act, respond to others, where their soul is and Damar Hamlin is one of these people. He lives in light, not darkness. He talked about how his life revolves around his Mom and Dad and his younger brother and God and once again I am reminded of the old adage, "don't judge a book by it's cover". And I usually don't and I didn't with this young man. I'm not wired like that. Everyone, no mater who, is good with me until you show me different. I prayed for this young man and I am thankful he is going to recover.

I had a front row seat to the initial go-around of election challenges in 2020. I was naΓ―ve then, at least compared to how my mind operates today. It was certainly possible, in my estimation, that the courts would render unjust decisions regarding our 2020 Presidential election, but I figured they would at least hear the cases, given that the fraud was obvious to roughly half the country in the period leading up to Joe Biden’s inauguration, and more than 60 percent today.

 

Standing. Jurisdiction. Procedural grounds. Terms I hoped, after December 2020, to never hear in association with one another again. Our courts, from lower ones all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, canned one case after another, ending with Texas v. Pennsylvania, which correctly alleged that Pennsylvania’s election maladministration disenfranchised Texas’s 38 electors. A plethora of other red states signed on to the suit, all for naught.

 

Lately, Raland J. Brunson v. Alma S. Adams, et. al., has caught the attention of many who have closely monitored America’s unraveling, especially over the past two years. It is one of two identical cases. The other is tied up in Utah Federal Court, while this one will be reviewed by the Supreme Court on January 6, two years after the framed insurrection at the Capitol. I write the remainder of this article reluctant to get my hopes up about anything our courts undertake, but as Wayne Gretzky put it, you miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take.

 

The Brunson brothers (there are four) make this simple. Their case has nothing to do with statistics, forensic analysis, or β€œmy guy should have won.” Their case rests on the allegation that 385 members of Congress, plus Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Mike Pence (in his former role as Vice President), failed to honor their oaths of office, which swear allegiance to the Constitution by vowing to defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

We should always question if putting our trust in someone was misplaced. However, I think DJT had limited options when he was inaugurated. Several lines of evidence suggest to me that a vast conspiracy to subvert our freedoms and roll out vaccine passports was already in place. DJT would have faced even more attempts on his life had he not handled the vaccine situation carefully. Also, you could see how people he wanted were sabotaged or not allowed to assume their roles. Daniel Best was "suicided" in my opinion based on evidence. Also Paul Alexander was not allowed to take the HHS position the WH offered him.

 

What did DJT do? He got the world to know who Dr. Fauci is. He got a lot of people on the left to question that vaccine. A good president is president for the whole country not just one segment.

 

Anyone who spent 5 minutes understanding manufacturing and or supply chains would know that development and roll out of the vaccine however, sloppily done would have taken years.

 

At the end of this I hope no one will be asked to take an injection again, nor give them to their children.
