This pretty well captured what I've gone through with some of my family. They seem to identify with their media fed beliefs so much that trying to challenge anything they think can cause a reaction that is extremely hostile, like a threat to their personhood.
On the good side, I've learned a lot about how to pray for them.

Right on. And because it kills slowly from a variety of mysterious ailments it is unlikely the victims make the connection.
And….every law-abiding conservative, patriotic and/or Christian person in NY and elsewhere begins to see it confirmed that any attempt to conduct business in a leftist environment puts a huge target on their backs.

We should always question if putting our trust in someone was misplaced. However, I think DJT had limited options when he was inaugurated. Several lines of evidence suggest to me that a vast conspiracy to subvert our freedoms and roll out vaccine passports was already in place. DJT would have faced even more attempts on his life had he not handled the vaccine situation carefully. Also, you could see how people he wanted were sabotaged or not allowed to assume their roles. Daniel Best was "suicided" in my opinion based on evidence. Also Paul Alexander was not allowed to take the HHS position the WH offered him.
What did DJT do? He got the world to know who Dr. Fauci is. He got a lot of people on the left to question that vaccine. A good president is president for the whole country not just one segment.
Anyone who spent 5 minutes understanding manufacturing and or supply chains would know that development and roll out of the vaccine however, sloppily done would have taken years.
At the end of this I hope no one will be asked to take an injection again, nor give them to their children.
