Brunson

>i was assuming this case had 0.00% chance of being granted cert.

>apparently, though, the SC took it to conference in a manner that suggests there may be a chance - say, a 0.01% chance

>it's the Rule 11 acceptance and the desire to get it to conference on J6 that has me raise an eyebrow. that said, I'm still not thinking this will get granted cert.

Oh yeah? What about the court 'national security' language buzz and the connection to E.O. No.13848 Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election Required Ratcliff Report that the CCP Dunnit Report over which Trump had been briefed within 30-days under the E.O.? Was Congress scheduled to be briefed on Ratcliffe's Report before the Pelosi/Schumer DS "Insurrection" FF caused the failure of Congress to hear the Ratcliffe Report or debate ANY of the 140 Members' oppositions to the E.C. Votes certification?

And what about the entire Twitter Files (likely ALL platforms) Censorship-laundering

and Hunter Laptop 'hide the sausage' deal with the FBI directives which DEFLECTED all attention AWAY from the beyond any doubt evidence that the Biden Family are nothing but fully-compd CCP stooges? Our Security State actually conspired in the stolen election Treason in order to get Chyna's guy into the White House.

Ya think that SCOTUS just MIGHT take this case in light of all the above (and other reasons per attached) as well as take the Brunson case perhsps seeking atonement for betraying their oaths, caving, when Chief Traitor Roberts bullied them all to vote to REJECT the Texas, et al v. Swing States case on standing or jurisdictional grounds when it was clear that this "States v. States" case was obviously, if not exclusively, and rightfully before the U.S. Supreme Court?

Any other anon think that Trump and Patriots, with Ted Cruz' assistance (about which the Tribunal will remain cognizant) may have set a trap in the way of U.S. election precedent in the 1877 Congress investigation following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the just run Hayes-Tilden election?

…."A significant number of Americans believe the results of the 2020 election were impacted by “unethical activity,” to put it mildly. Those in this camp are told their beliefs have been “debunked.” But in order for something to be “debunked” it must have been proven untrue. However, these allegations were not actually “debunked” but instead ignored or dismissed, which is precisely what this case seeks to address.

The 147 members who objected to the results cited “concerns brought by constituents and legal questions that had been raised about the state’s election process.” Despite this, the vote was certified without investigation. Senator Ted Cruz had proposed a ten-day audit of the election in contested states to investigate claims. In support of this proposal, Senator Cruz noted that:

“The most direct precedent on this question arose in 1877, following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the Hayes-Tilden presidential race. Specifically, the elections in three states-Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina-were alleged to have been conducted illegally.

“In 1877, Congress did not ignore those allegations, nor did the media simply dismiss those raising them as radicals trying to undermine democracy. Instead, Congress appointed an Electoral Commission-consisting of five Senators, five House Members, and five Supreme Court Justices-to consider and resolve the disputed returns.

“We should follow that precedent.”

He went on to propose:"……

And not for nothing, the Brunson case may represent the last real chance for our Civil Government to take this greatest of all Constitutional crises BY THE HORNS and SELF-CORRECT without the U.S. Military's involvement.

“And he really was — I was just talking to him tonight — helping get those final votes. And what he’s really saying really for the party and the country, that we have to come together. We have to focus on the economy,” he continued. “We’ve got to focus, make our border secure. We’ve got so much work to do, and he was a great influence to make that all happen. So, thank you, President Trump.”

Cow Bell Christopher Walken should be offered, at the very least, a couple of good cameos when "The Plan To Save The World: Part 01.01" begins production.
