Fascinating video, according to the video the court cannot grant redress on the legislature for not investigating election fraud, only the Legislature can handle it. If they do not act within the 10 days to investigate the election it goes to the executive branch in this case the military.

This made me think about my post yesterday, saying even of the SC doesn’t uphold the entire complete case,the least they could dois overrule the Sovereign Immunity Congress and states gave themselves. They wrote laws saying they cannot be sued for all the fucked up consequences of the laws they wrote, or gave themselves immunity for their actions.

Maybe the reason the SC took the case was to overturn at the bare minimum Sovereign Immunity clauseby federal and states. If they did this one thing it would prevent criminals getting into office. And each and everyone of the legislature, with Pence can be sued for violating election law. Or any laws they wrote that harmed the people.

That in itself would be a major win, for time immemorial.They cannot assign a special right to themselvesor change the constitutional wording bound by oath.

This is exciting.

This would change the entire case and millions of citizens would be involved.
