Alright, time to give this a post. I’ve seen it pop up a few times. So here it is.

THE MH17, ROTHSCHILD, FREESCALE SUPER CONDUCTOR CONSPIRACY

Original FACEGOY Conspiracy

>Four days after the missing flight MH370 a patent is approved by the Patent Office 4 of the 5 Patent holders are Chinese employees of Freescale Semiconductor of Austin TX. Patent is divided up on 20% increments to 5 holders:

>Peidong Wang, Suzhou, China, (20%)

>Zhijun Chen, Suzhou, China, (20%)

>Zhihong Cheng, Suzhou, China, (20%)

>Li Ying, Suzhou, China, (20%)

>Freescale Semiconductor (20%)

>If a patent holder dies, then the remaining holders equally share the dividends of the deceased if not disputed in a will. If 4 of the 5 dies, then the remaining 1 Patent holder gets 100% of the wealth of the patent. That remaining live Patent holder is Freescale Semiconductor. Who owns Freescale Semiconductor? Jacob Rothschild through Blackstone (what an interesting name for a company) who owns Freescale.

>Here is your motive for the missing plane. As all 4 Chinese members of the Patent were passengers on the missing plane, and that patent was the breakthrough. We have entered the future proper, and four men was just murdered so that the last, still living member can keep this for himself to either hide or profit from.

>Employees of Freescale Semiconductor who were on a Malaysia Airlines flight presumed to have crashed were doing sophisticated work at the U.S. chipmaker, a company spokesman said on Sunday.

>The 20 Freescale employees, among 239 people on flight MH370, were mostly engineers and other experts working to make the company’s chip facilities in Tianjin, China, and Kuala Lumpur more efficient, said Mitch Haws, vice president, global communications and investor relations.

>Freescale Semiconductor's $17.6 billion 2006 leveraged buyout won't go down as one of the private equity industry's better deals after the highly indebted semiconductor fell into distress during the credit crunch. But hanging on is paying off for Freescale's four private equity owners: Blackstone, The Carlyle Group, Permira Funds and TPG Capital.

>Blackstone said that Lord Jacob Rothschild is stepping down from its Board of Directors.

>Carlyle, Montefiore and European Camping Group were advised by Rothschild, DLA Piper and PwC.

>Credit Suisse and Rothschild acted as financial advisors and Willkie Farr & Gallagher acted as legal advisor to PAI Partners. Callisto and Clairfield acted as financial advisors to the Management team.

So we do have Freescale employees die in the crash, we do have Jacob Rothschild on the board of directors for Blackstone and we have the some Rothschilds offering financial advice to the Carlyl group.

>Tesla Motors (TSLA) partner Nvidia (NVDA) is making a grab for NXP Semiconductors' (NXPI) piece of the autonomous-driving market, Needham analyst Rajvindra Gill said Wednesday after Nvidia unveiled the guts of its self-driving engine.

>On December 7, 2015, NXP Semiconductors completed its merger with Freescale[2] for about $11.8 billion in cash and stock. Freescale shareholders received $6.25 billion in cash and 0.3521 of an NXP share for each Freescale common share. Including the assumption of Freescale's debt, the purchase price is about $16.7 billion.

You nailed it.
