Not sure if someone has already figured this out but I have been trying to find when the audio recording of the detention center that has been spreading on social media was made. In the case with pictures, almost all of the pictures were found to be from 2014 or staged. Do we know if this recording of children crying for "papa" and "mama" is recent or just recently revealed?

Kaloyeros' motive was to win favor with Cuomo, prosecutor says

Defense lawyers in the bid-rigging trial of former SUNY official Alain Kaloyeros told jurors in Manhattan federal court Monday that he had no motive to corruptly favor two upstate developers for nearly $1 billion in projects and no need to curry favor with Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

 

After Kaloyerosโ€™ success using nanoscience research and public-private partnerships to develop Albany into a growing high-tech hub, defense lawyer Reid Weingarten said in his opening statement, his driven, โ€œpugnaciousโ€ client had made himself โ€œthe most valuable property in SUNYโ€™s world.โ€

 

โ€œWhy would this man who brought this miracle to Albany commit these crimes?โ€ he asked jurors. โ€œHe was a hero in Albany. The second floor [Cuomoโ€™s Capitol office] was more concerned that he would be recruited away than thinking about firing him.โ€

 

The argument targeted what legal experts say may be one of the weak spots in the federal wire-fraud conspiracy case against Kaloyeros, 62, of Slingerlands, the Lebanese immigrant physicist who founded SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and developers Louis P. Ciminelli of Buffalo and Joseph Gerardi and Steven Aiello of Syracuseโ€™s COR Development.

 

Prosecutors admit Kaloyeros didnโ€™t get any payoff or bribe. But after Cuomo took office in 2010, they say, Kaloyeros became insecure about his position and hired lobbyist and former Cuomo aide Todd Howe to lobby for support. Howe advised Kaloyeros to steer contracts to Ciminelli and COR, both Howe clients and large Cuomo donors, the government said.

 

โ€œKaloyeros needed strong support from the governorโ€™s office,โ€ prosecutor David Zhou said. โ€œHowe was the key . . . He gave Kaloyeros access to the top people.โ€

Defense lawyers in the bid-rigging trial of former SUNY official Alain Kaloyeros told jurors in Manhattan federal court Monday that he had no motive to corruptly favor two upstate developers for nearly $1 billion in projects and no need to curry favor with Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

 

After Kaloyerosโ€™ success using nanoscience research and public-private partnerships to develop Albany into a growing high-tech hub, defense lawyer Reid Weingarten said in his opening statement, his driven, โ€œpugnaciousโ€ client had made himself โ€œthe most valuable property in SUNYโ€™s world.โ€

 

โ€œWhy would this man who brought this miracle to Albany commit these crimes?โ€ he asked jurors. โ€œHe was a hero in Albany. The second floor [Cuomoโ€™s Capitol office] was more concerned that he would be recruited away than thinking about firing him.โ€

 

The argument targeted what legal experts say may be one of the weak spots in the federal wire-fraud conspiracy case against Kaloyeros, 62, of Slingerlands, the Lebanese immigrant physicist who founded SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and developers Louis P. Ciminelli of Buffalo and Joseph Gerardi and Steven Aiello of Syracuseโ€™s COR Development.

 

Prosecutors admit Kaloyeros didnโ€™t get any payoff or bribe. But after Cuomo took office in 2010, they say, Kaloyeros became insecure about his position and hired lobbyist and former Cuomo aide Todd Howe to lobby for support. Howe advised Kaloyeros to steer contracts to Ciminelli and COR, both Howe clients and large Cuomo donors, the government said.

I think this is a flailing, desperate attempt to shift the story - because their own reporting from years earlier blames bush for this same shit, and even when presented with the law and facts yesterday they just screech and it doesn't absorb. When this tactic inevitably doesn't do anything they will switch to their final tactic which is crashing the financial markets.

 

Honestly I've always thought the main reason that the plan was slow, was because of this primarily. Fail safes and other protections are needed for the markets - the economy is very important to POTUS.

Are you poisoning the well? It doesn't have to be a DEW (Directed Energy Weapon) to exhibit the effect you are calling out (Dustification, Molecular Dissociation, even Jellification of Metal).

 

There are other explanations, such as a mini-nuke, generating a EM pulse(s), that fit with the facts, and some of them even better.

For example, the seismic signatures that occurred, picked up by geological sensor stations.

 

Plus, you still need to incorporate the nano-Thermite charges that cut the beams. The multiple explosions, etc.

 

Please, STOP pushing a partial answer as THE truth. It is a disservice to 9/11 TRUTH.
